  1. IC: Litozen & ThentyleAs the Toa of Plantlife's mask looked like a Tryna, the sudden illusion seemed all too real to Thentyle. He backed away pretty quickly, terror quickly dominating his brain. "Wh-What in Mata Nui are you!?" He screamed out, scared beyond belief. The fear was enough to snap him out of his Hero Syndrome before it could develop much further. He drew his drill and held it in a threatening position, intimidated."D-Don't c-come any closer!" Despite his threats, the Toa of Earth could not do too much but back away, unable to use his mask out of fear alone. As the Toa he'd 'saved' was finally on his feet, he grabbed Syvra's shoulder and shook his head."Don't bother. It's my own fault for falling, and besides...we could do with deviousness like that even if it wasn't well-thought out."
  2. IC: Litozen from Le-Wahi & Thentyle The De-Toa followed Syvra down into the tunnel depths of Onu-Wahi. He accepted the lightvine bracelet, and chuckled. "This reminds me of when we were fighting the Rahkshi. You handed these things out then as well." He carried on walking in the direction of the Koro, but came to an abrupt stop as they reached a fork in the tunnel. Litozen listened carefully. To the right was the distinct noise associated with a village, but something caught his ear; down the left tunnel he could hear what seemed to be someone holding their breath as though in wait. Feeling it was probably a potential ally, he took the diversion down the lesser-used tunnel. When he came towards the end of it, however... "AH!"There was a loud crash as Litozen fell through the soil that was covering a pitfall. and he fell face-first onto the ground below. As he let out groans of pain, he felt himself be lifted by the very soil he'd fallen through. As he came back up to ground level once more, he looked up to see a strange-looking Onu-Toa with oversized and surprisingly luminous shoulders standing in front of him."That was close - you could have been trapped there for days if I hadn't come along and helped you!" Thentyle said, convincing himself that this was not his own fault. His De-Toa 'victim' on the other hand was less impressed, able to see through it straight away."Don't come off acting like a hero. This tunnel goes away from the Koro, so you must have put this pitfall here in the hope someone would fall down it while you could hide.""I'm hurt you could suggest such a thing about the person who saved you!" Thentyle said passively."If I needed saving, there's a perfectly good Toa ally of mine right behind me." At this, Thentyle quickly glanced up to see Syvra behind the Toa of Sonics that was struggling to his feet.
  3. IC: Litozen "A Very good point. It's only natural to find inner darkness in those who don't see light...Although it seems odd to rely on a sentient mask." Litozen was accepting it, though it was still very strange to think of Syvra as two people and not one now. He began walking towards the elevators before looking to Syvra once more, "We should head off now. No point in remaining in this jungle any more."
  4. IC: Litozen "Regarding the plan." Litozen began, stretching his arms when they began to feel stiff, "I was thinking we should perhaps see if we can 'convert' those while not in the open. The Koros aren't exactly as free as they used to be, and I don't want word to spread about our plan that quickly." He seemed very serious, and still was unsure how exactly they could will people over to their side.
  5. I just started thinking about it now but, what happened to Canisters? Granted, throwing away bags is easier but canisters can double up as part containers or even be used for fan story purposes in similar ways to Toa, Bohrok and Rahkshi canisters from the Bionicle line. Was it a cost-cutting measure or what? I just think it's strange and annoying to buy a large, thick bag that's difficult to open, and then there's a bunch of smaller bags inside it, all of which has to be disposed of and can't be used for any further purpose.
  6. IC: LitozenThe Toa of Sonics had long ended the conversation with Syvra and was now acting on the agreed plan, gaining support. But how to do it? He stood leaning against a random hut, considering how he and his partner would be able to gather more followers. It was much harder, of course, to do such things in the open of the Koro. After all, that would make them immediately suspicious and could lead to trouble later on. He looked around for the Toa of Plantlife, to see if he thought the same.
  7. IC: Celite (Dalyaria's mind) "True freedom? Yes...It does feel liberating." Celite agreed as she came to note how...non-existent she felt. She was intrigued when her thoughts subconciously changed the projected form of her 'self' within the mind, and she began learning how to use this ability, eventually making her appear as she had done when she were still a Toa. Her mental form was tall and curvy, the white subtlely striping across different pieces of blue metal. This was nothing more than cosmetic, of course, and she soon realised that it didn't technically matter how she looked since she was now nothing more than a mind within someone else's, like an observer. But it truly did feel free. "But why do I need a new name?" She questioned, feeling happy with the name she'd always known.
  8. IC: Celite (in Daylaria's mind)In the recesses of the Valkyr's mind, a blue-and-white essence began to take form as her soul finished its transition from one body into another. Once fully manifested, it took the form that she was used to most; how she looked in reality, as a Vo-Turaga. She 'opened' her eyes to see nothing but darkness around her, and felt quite scared. When she spoke, it felt like there was an echo...and nobody to hear it. Hello...? she called out, realising that she needn't actually speak - in fact, her very thoughts were being projected. It was an odd sensation to hear one's own thoughts as though they were actual sound.
  9. Sounds like the sort of thing Litozen would take interest in, once I finally make him active again.
  10. I personally find it to be incredibly dumb. Yes, fine, it looks 'interesting', but there is no practical use whatsoever. They say this is because LEGO are afraid of losing younger consumers to video games, but this makes no difference whatsoever. Also, video games have been around (and popular) for quite some time. It seems odd they'd say it's a problem now. In any case, I see no use for this other than using up money that could be better spent on something else. Besides, if they wanted to blur block and video game boundaries, there's plenty of more diabolical ways they could do so...and already do; think of the hero cores you get in all the sets which have redeemable codes for the games.
  11. It's clearly a sprite vesion of whoever that is in your sig but...I see a mechanical version of Super Sonic wearing a blue scouter.
  12. IC: Celite This is it. She thought to herself as she was allowed to follow the Valkyre away from her cell. She had a slight smile on her face, although she was also trembling just a little from either excitement or fear. Honestly, both could have been the case.
  13. IC: Celite "You do bring up worthy points." The Turaga said, eyes raised at the commotion she had somehow not come to notice. "But I don't have any money now, so payment would have to be due later...and I hate being indebted." Her thoughts turned once more to the stranger who had come up to her in court. What he'd said had captivated Celite, and she was reluctant to leave in case she missed another opportunity which would likely involve not being on the run forever."...and you still didn't answer my first point." She said, still mostly disinterested. "Can you guarantee that I would not have to run from insane Vortixx hunting me down again?"
  14. IC: Celite Breakout? From this place? "Surely, you jest." Celite said flatly to the prisonmate. "It sounds like such a fitting name." Her words oozed sarcasm. Still it was clear that this Kordo was aiming for assistance...though the prospect of a breakout seemed unlikely. "In any case, my Rau was taken and my staff stolen. Without either I have next to no abilities so I highly doubt I could pay you back in any means.. Also, unless you have a definite hideout somewhere, I wouldn't even try leaving with you. THe last time I fled from the law I was captured by that brutish Vortixx and had my prized posessions stolen!!" As her sentence neared its end, the Vo-Turaga's voice became increasingly more irate. If she would have to spend at least the next three months listening to this person, Celite would much rather have bled to death..
  15. IC Celite The Vo-Turaga's thoughts were disturbed by Kordo's words. Irritated, she faced the voice.while still laying on her bed."I wouldn't say she was bluffing." Celite said indignantly, "I didn't have much to answer for. Got 80 years with parole in 15. The Ga-Matoran I was with got Death. I feel sorry for her...or I would if not for the fact that she got herself that punishment."
  16. IC: Celite (prison cells)After being led to what would be her new home at the Akiri's pleasure down in the prison, Turaga Celite looked at how drab it all seemed. Of course, she hadn't been in her own hut long enough for it to be much better, but the lack of freedom was still...disturbing. Even so, she thought, it is still better than what Surina must be going through right now. The Vo-Turaga walked over to the dishearteningly basic bed that lay there in the cell, her only place to rest. As she lay down on it, it became clear that it was designed more to accompany a Matoran, though that did not matter. Gazing up to the ceiling, Celite considered everything. How she had gone wrong, what she should have done, where she would go when she was free. Of course, those would have been her normal train of thoughts, if not for one being's actions before she'd left; the one that had whispered something to both her and Surina. As she closed her eyes, everything in her mind was focused on the secret that had been whispered to the conspirators.
  17. Either way, has anyone unbound the defendants?
  18. It's a nice input but at the same time breaks the emotional turmoil that picked up ¬_¬ Oh well. Still itneresting/
  19. And so the trial comes to an end. Dallas, that was quite the judgement. I really could picture Hahli in a courtroom saying that. Impressive work. My only question now is: how should Celite be handled with her sentence. Presumably, effectively shelve her unless I feel like making her try something...not that she could.
  20. IC: Celite Relief washed over Celite as she heard Hahli's words. It was significantly less than even she had expected, and it was perhaps for the first time that she had ever felt happy to be the Turaga she was...even if she had now proven that she was worthy only of the species name and not the title. She awaited to be released from her restraints, expecting to be carted away soon. Fifteen years at least was surprisingly good for the mess that the conspirator had made, although she did feel at least a twang of guilt as she looked at Surina, whose life was not going to last much longer.
  21. IC: Celite Celite's fists clenched as the verdict was given. Surina could well have made the situation far worse than Celite imagined. She sat there, staring at Hahli, awaiting the sentence that would no doubt pierce through her like a spear. I was a fool to trust a Ga-Matoran...
  22. IC: Celite Despite having been brutally honest as much as she could have been earlier, it now struck Celite that as both herself and Surina were in the same trial, she herself would be put in serious jeopardy. She wanted to nudge Yarre and remind him that he could still at least try to get the Turaga a lesser sentence, but now it seemed pointless to even raise a form of objection. Leah's presence - with a power Celite had never even heard of before - had sealed their fate. Although, that said, the prosecutor's remarks were enough to make the Turaga laugh a little on the inside.
  23. Sometimes it's hard to remember not to think about anything canon in this game.Ah, anyway, the court stuff is just great, really. Though I hate to say I'm not feeling as much tension as from the arrest in Ko-Koro.
  24. IC: CeliteThis was the crunch time. It was painfully clear that Hahli was not swayed by Yarre's arguments - at least, it didn't seem that way, based on the way she was acting. It was at this point the Turaga in the docks could not help but think that having the intended victim be the judge would theoretically create at least some bias to the situation. Still, she had no choice but to respond truthfully. At this point, there was little else to do. Everything from the medical ward had been recorded, after all. So there was no escaping the painful truth. Celite took a deep breath before responding to Hahli's question."I raised the notion of alternate leadership." She said, not an ounce of untruth in her voice. "But after that I was mostly a supporting role." She knew this would no doubt anger Surina, but there was no other way to put it. Of course, Celite considered that she could have taken all the blame since she was older and let the Matoran get away, but that didn't suit her own interests, After giving her reply, the Turaga looked to the Ga-Matoran's face to judge her expression.
  25. Well, a metal disk is the first step, and knowing Nuparu's genius...
