      Certain rank images are animated, just randomly. And the images still correspond to the title you should have regardless of custom titles or not.

      I fought my first Rajang in G-rank armor when I was at G1. I'd slain Dalamadur, Ukanlos, Teostra and various other Elder Dragons. I finally got the guts to take on this Super-Saiyan minotaur everyone hates. I went to Guildmarm and selected the low-rank quest. I made sure to use an armor set with high thunder res and the Neve Rod, and lots of evasion skill points. I thought I was ready.

       

       

      I carted twice and finally beat him with 10 minutes left. I was going to catch him, but...

      Rajang doesn't do thunder damage.

       

      Also, armor skills are more valuable than resistances, in my opinion.

      Nah man. Ruby's Semblance is speed, Merc's just cool like that. He's probably my fave character, beating out Blake and Fox.

      Well, while semblances are unique to the individual, we have seen at least two occasions where two people have similar semblances. Flynt Coal and Sun both have duplicate semblances, but they differ in how they work. The Schnees all have the glyph semblance, but that is hereditary. Mercury probably has a variation of the speed semblance, but I don't have confirmation.
