Okay, so for a while, I've been anticipating LEGO Dimensions for a long time now and was plesantly surprised that a lot of big names such as the LEGO Movie and Doctor Who got properly represented with the original voice talent for each character. One thing that occasionally gets on my nerves is how a lot of LEGO games tent to not have the budget to get the original voice actors to preform their roles as the characters. LEGO Ninjago Shadow of Ronin and LEGO Ninjago Nindroids unfortunately had those flaws. When it was announced that most voice roles were to be reprised for the LEGO Movie and others, I was estatic. Then I saw a trailer to the game featuing Kai (Ninjago) and Batman. Kai had a pretty scratchy voice that didn't match Vincent Tong's (voice of Kai's) voice at all. I kept my optimism though, seeing that a lot of game and movie trailers are acted or voiced differently from the actual product. The game came out and I bought the starter pack with the fun pack of Zane and the other of Emmet. I was happy to hear Chris Pratt's voice again after his apcense in the LEGO Movie Videogame. However, as soon as Zane opened his mouth, I was nearly heartbroken. I might be taking this a bit too seriously but there was a pit left in my stomach when I found out that none of the Ninjago characters reprised their roles and were replaced with cheap imitations. I even read somewhere that Vincent Tong wasn't even ever contacted to voice Kai again. It just feels disrespectful to the characters. Me and my little sister could comepletely tell the difference between the two voices for the same characters. I'm only assuming, but I'm pretty sure all the other Ninjago characters are suffering the same fate and not just Zane. Oh well...At least I can still play as the TRUE Emmet, Wildstyle, Homer Simpson, Doctor, and Unikitty.

Mine are a bit different, especially the hair. I also adapted them from cartoon pictures so most of them were smiling.

I love this. I might need this Mii when I get back to Smashing. I have a whole assortment. I'll see about getting some QR codes for them so others can use them. I have more Ninjago Mii Fighters than characters from any other franchise, in part because once I nailed the minifig proportions it was easy to pump them out, and because the Ninja Suit was one of the default costume choices for Mii Swordfighters and didn't have to be unlocked or anything. I made a few Ninjago Mii Fighters. I made Lloyd a Brawler though. I gave him the martial arts outfit. I aslo assume you gave Zane the Shurkin of Light as a B move as a swordfighter.

Okay so I went to the Ninjago website on LEGO.com a while back and I found a funny error on the picture for the box art for LEGO Ninjago: Nindroids. On the side of the 3DS game's box, you should be able to see the logo for the game, Super Smash Bros. I found this beyond hilarious for the fact that this hasn't been changed sense it was posted to the website! http://www.lego.com/en-us/ninjago

Well there wasn't a Farshtey version of the book but he had another version of the ending.

There's been something that's been bugging me about the cannon of BIONICLE in the 2001-2003 era in the ending to BIONICLE: Chronicles #1 Tale of the Toa. In Cathey Hapka's version of the ending, when the Toa have their shadow doplegangers, they switch opponents and work together to defeat them. In Greg Farshtey's ending, the Toa absorb the shadow Toa into their bodies. Wait WHAT?! Okay honestly I liked the Hapka version better than Greg's confusing and kinda creepy version. I just think Hapka's version just seems more true to the story. What's your thoughts and what do you think is more cannon?

I was thinking of an idea that the NINJAGO storyline could try something new. I was thinking of the show having a timeskip when the character's story archs are finished. Let me explain. Let's say NINJAGO has some kind of series fanalie but it returns but entirley new with a new cast of characters to replace the old ones. We wouldn't feel bad about it because there was closure in the original ending. Maybe the show could keep in Wu, Garmandon, and maybe an older Nya or Lloyd trying to train a new four boys to become the next Masters of Spinjitzu. A lot of action shows and anime do this idea really well! (Like Power Rangers and Digimon) So I think NINJAGO could do it too.
