  1. Whoa, I didn't notice that! Nice find!
  2. R.I.P. Kopaka - He Slipped But anyway, this is exciting! I wonder what the new Toa will look like. (Hoping for lots and lots of transparent parts and more bone elements in silver.) Also, it's pretty neat that Kopaka and the Ice creature are in a combo set. I wonder if they'll be allies or opponents...
  3. Maybe that was the preliminary version of this mask...
  4. You know, after watching the video and seeing how these work, I like them! While I personally would probably not use them that much since I'm a bit of a purist, I think this deserves to reach its goal, because I really like the way they attach the arms, since it reduces wear on the arm sockets on the torso and makes switching arms a lot easier than using arms designed to fit directly into the torso's arm sockets, which are prone to getting worn out after having arms yanked out of them repeatedly.
  5. Evil Nya's Spinjitzu was a dark red and didn't have any flame particles surrounding it, which fire Spinjitzu has, if I recall correctly. So it was most likely just an evil-powers-activated-Spinjitzu that was red because it's EVIL!!! As for learning Spinjitzu I'm almost certain we'll see her doing it in the next season. Actually, was that water whirlwind that she did at the end of Season 5 some form of hyper-true-potential-unlocked-moment Spinjitzu? Actually, considering that Nya has probably trained so much in her fighting skills, I think she might actually already know Spinjitzu, but has preferred not to use it in favor of her weapons and fists? I would say that until now her Spinjitzu would have been non-elemental, but seeing as that the 4 original ninja had elemental Spinjitzu long before gaining the ability to use other elemental powers, I'm a little confused. I can only guess their elemental connection to the Golden Weapons has something to do with it, seeing as that only those 4 have corresponding Golden Weapons and only those 4 were unable to use non-Spinjitzu elemental powers without the Golden Weapons/Elemental Blades before Lloyd split his powers for them. Actually, it appears that the connection to the Golden Weapons has transferred to Lloyd, since the 4 ninja's powers disappear/weaken when Lloyd is weak/possessed/etc. And as for Ghost Cole's hand become solid, I bet that's a hint for something happening in Season 6. And I can only guess that Zane's "looking older" thing was probably a subtle joke by the writers, because he's the only ninja who WOULDN'T age... well aside from Cole, who didn't even see a reflection... (Plot twist: Cole dies ...uh... poofs in Season 6, because it is now a tradition for a main character to die at the end of every season. Samukai died in the pliot episodes, Pythor looked like he died in Season 1, the Overlord supposedly died in Season 2, the Overlord died AGAIN in Season 3 supposedly along with Zane, Garmadon died-ish in Season 4 along with Chen, and Garmadon and Morro AND the Preeminent all died/poofed/etc. at the end of Season 5.)
  6. The new spinny year icon is a Gali mask and not the Mask of Creation? I'm disappointed! Not, not really. Happy birthday, BZPower.
  7. Well that makes sense. The whole age thing has bothered me for a long time.
  8. This is awesome! Based on the resemblance between the Latin characters and the Okotoan characters, it seems like the glyphs for <x> and <y> should be switched. Possibly a small error? I'd say probably so. That supposed "y" looks WAY too much like an X, and likewise for the "x". Any clue as to what the Mask of Creation's symbols say? I tried to translate it but failed.
  9. Well, those names are both unexpected and nothing like what I was expecting. I mean, of all the names I could have come up with for my Protector of Fire, Narmoto is not one of those. But I think it'll grow on me pretty quick, and I'm sure that soon I will have Korgotten what it was like always calling these guys just "the Protectors".
  10. So now that Season 5 is over, we now know that there are 15 dimensional realms in the world of Ninjago. (There was 16, but then the Preeminent, who was the Cursed Realm, was destroyed.) So there is: Main Ninjago realmThe UnderworldThe dimension Lord Garmadon went to in season 2Cloud KingdomChimaCursed Realm / PreeminentBut what do you think the other 10 are? Could one of them be an entirely underwater realm? Could one be a futuristic space world? Could one of them even be Bionicle? Share and discuss your ideas/wishes/opinions/theories here! I would actually really love it if Bionicle was one of the 16 15 realms, seeing as that both it and Ninjago share elemental powers and a heavy focus on destiny.
  11. I could swear I heard someone mentioning that it would be cool if there was Doctor Who fun pack with A Cyberman, whose vehicle/weapon-thing was a Dalek. And now it's happening. AND YOU CAN PLAY AS ALL 12 (+War) DOCTORS?!?! I MUST HAVE THIS GAME. Speaking of which, I wonder if this means that characters who have several variations will be able to switch between them, such as Kai between all the different ninja suits, or Superman between the comic book and Man of Steel suits and etc.
  12. I don't know why I didn't see this coming. It looks pretty neat! Too bad it's going to cost so much when it hits Ebay, though.
  13. In view of that image, I would say that the TLG representation may actually be an improvement. Everything is better in Lego. (Except food, because you can't eat Legos.) Yes you can I stand corrected! I wish they still sold those...
  14. The idea is for these to be BZPower videos, but I suppose if you had a good idea and it was accepted we could discuss it. But... aren't videos I create automatically protected by copyright law, giving me full ownership over them? Unless of course there's some contract/release or something I have to sign, in which case I can't do this, unfortunately.

  16. Why can't power and energy be the same thing? I mean, I've heard Skylor's power called both Amber and Absorption, so an element having more than one name isn't really weird. Lloyd has power over all 4 elements, and can also create vehicles out of thin air and transform existing ones, as well as shoot green balls of energy, so I consider his element to be a form of Creation that includes green energy or something. The green energy appears to be a weaker form of the Golden Power, which apparently the FSM used, and if the FSM's element is Creation (which would make sense since Sensei Wu and good Garmadon's elements are apparently Creation), then logically Lloyd's element should be some form of Creation, but unlike Wu & Garmadon, he can control the 4 elements separately and shoot balls of green energy. Maybe Energy/Power is not the same as Creation but is related to it. Maybe Creation is the constructive side of Lloyd's powers and Energy is the offensive side. So Lloyd is the Master of Power, which is a combination of Creation and Energy. This is all very confusing.
  17. Would I be allowed to upload the videos I make to my own YT channel? Because if so, I think this is something I want to participate in! I don't want to spend 5 hours on making a video I can't upload to my own Youtube channel.
  18. As for why the ninja weren't able to use elemental powers before Lloyd gave up his Golden Power (unlike every other Elemental Master), maybe their elemental powers are a special case and became tied to the Golden Weapons for some reason. Or maybe they just aren't as talented as all the other Elemental Masters or they have genetically weak inherent elemental powers. And what Aanchir said about Misako's Spinjitzu actually makes a lot of sense, so Spinjitzu is something anyone can learn, and the ninjas' Spinjitzu is only elemental because they have (apparently genetically weak ) inherited elemental powers. But then, that brings up the question of where Zane gets his elemental powers from. I'm going to assume from his mysterious power source, but where did that come from? Did Dr. Julien discover how to make elemental crystals or something? Dr. Julien didn't appear to have elemental powers, though that could have been because he simply never learned to use them? We don't know exactly how many generations are between the original Elemental Masters and the ninja.
  19. Wow, I actually forgot about the whole Omega Tahu thing until you mentioned it. I would expect the new Toa to have one or more of the following: MORE SILVER/GOLD/TITANIUM or......Transparent parts. Lots and lots of transparent partsPrinted parts, especially masksNew masks, either in color, print, or in a new design entirelySome of the new Star Wars Constraction parts, as well as some of the techniques they use, such as how they cover up the back of the lower legs using the IFB legs and System parts.Gear functions again or some other new function-thingySmall trinkets to replace this year's Skull Spiders and golden masks
  20. EDIT: Updated my theory with more info/alterations. EDIT 2: Having seen some of the new episodes, I feel I can revise the list a bit again. It also seems that I had forgotten to put Mind on the list of secondary elements So with the recent revelations that Fire, Earth, Lightning, and Ice are NOT the only elements, and that Wind is apparently an element, I'm a little curious as to how Ninjago elements actually WORK. Since there are (as for as we know) only 4 golden weapons, that would seem to imply that fire, earth, lightning, and ice are the main elements. Does that mean other elements are derived from those elements? Do the "secondary" elements make up the main ones or do the main ones combine to make the secondary ones? Is Wind even an element? How do golden power, creation, darkness, and destruction fit into all of this? Can any four elements combine to form Creation (as in either Mega-Weapon or Tornado of Creation), or does it require the four "main" elements? What are your theories or opinions? Post them below! My theory is this: All elements can be used in Spinjitzu and Airjitzu, although Wind is rather redundant in both, though it is possible that Wind Spinjitzu/Airjitzu is more powerful than other elements, in terms of how much "Elemental power" there is. The ninjas' elements (minus Lloyd) are the main elements, and other elements are combinations of them. Light & Shadow (Used by the Elemental Masters) are distinct from Creation & Destruction, the supposed elements of Sensei Wu and the formerly evil Lord Garmadon, until he turned good. It is possible that Lord Garmadon was using Shadow in the pilot episodes when he did the whole Kai VS. Garmadon Fire Temple battle. And during that episode where Lord Garmadon is staying on the Destiny Bounty on the search for Lloyd, he appears to use a dark form of lightning at one point, which is obviously not a Shadow power, and therefore might be a Destruction power, especially when you see his Spinjitzu character card which depicts his element as being Destruction and showing him using dark lightning. Then we have Golden Power and Darkness/EVIL, the former being used by Lloyd until the events of Rebooted, and the latter being used by the Overlord. These could be the same as Creation and Destruction, though they appear to be much more powerful. My theory on the combinations is as follows: HIGH-POWER SUPER ELEMENTS Golden Power - Ultimate combination of all 4 main elements and possibly also Light. A rare higher-power form of Creation + Green Power/Energy - Used by Lloyd (during the Golden Ninja era) and First Spinjitzu Master.Darkness/EVIL - Probably a higher-power form of Destruction that is possibly a dark, unbalanced combination of the 4 main elements and possibly also Shadow. Used by the Overlord.LOWER-POWER SUPER ELEMENTS Creation - An equal balance of the 4 main elements. Low-power version of Golden Power. Used by Sensei Wu and Sensei Garmadon. Lloyd possibly uses a more powerful form of Creation, allowing him to fire balls of green energy from his hands and create things out of thin air (like the motorcycle he made in "The Titanium Ninja"), as well as transform existing vehicles (like the 4-wheeled vehicle in "Ninja Roll"). It is possible this is because Sensei Wu's Creation is the same level of power as the ninja of the 4 main elements, meaning he is not a master of any one element, and Lloyd's is equal to the full power of all 4 elements combined.Destruction - An out-of-balance combination of the 4 main elements. Used by evil Lord Garmadon and probably the Overlord. Possibly a low-power version of Darkness/EVIL.(?) Energy/Green Power - Lloyd's ability to shoot green balls of energy doesn't appear to be a power that Sensei Wu or Garmadon have, so it is possible that Lloyd's Creation element includes some sort of additional power allowing him to do this. This appears to be a lower-power version of the golden balls of energy in Golden Power. It could be its own element or just the offensive side of Lloyd's Creation element. PRIMARY ELEMENTS Fire - KaiIce - ZaneEarth - ColeLightning - JaySECONDARY ELEMENTS Sound - Jacob PevsnerSpeed - Griffin TurnerGravity - GravisMind - NeuroPoison - ToxMetal - KarlofWater - Nya, Lar (if canon)Smoke - AshNature - BoloboForm - ChamilleLight - PalemanShadow - ShadeAmber/Absorption - Skylor (now lost)Wind - Morro It can be really confusing to understand the elements involving light and darkness, good and evil. Light & Shadow are confirmed to be elements, though they are apparently different from the elements of Creation and Destruction, Sensei Wu using the former and Lord Garmadon using the latter. And then you have to throw in the Golden Ninja Lloyd's Golden Power, as well as the Overlord's Darkness/Evil power. Golden Power does not appear to be the same as Creation, and the same applies for Destruction and Darkness/Overlord Power. And then Lloyd's Green Power is there. At first I thought this was a separate element from Creation and possibly a weaker form of Golden Power, but I had forgotten about that scene in "The Titanium Ninja" where he creates a motorcycle out of thin air, which means that he does in fact use the element of Creation, albeit at a much higher power level than Sensei Wu, as he is able to create balls of energy to use as a weapon. So yeah, this is all very confusing. What do you think? What are your theories? Feel free to discuss them here!
  21. I was bothered by the same thing when playing Shadow of Ronin, and had hoped for Lego Dimensions to be different given its higher budget. You'd think that if they could get an A-list actress like Elizabeth Banks to reprise her role as Wyldstyle, they could manage to swing the voice cast of Ninjago... but I guess not. Actually, is that the same actor as in Shadow of Ronin? Perhaps they signed a deal stating that they would voice the character in all videogames with Ninjago or something, and that's why Kai doesn't have his TV show actor. I'm not really sure why else they wouldn't give Kai the TV show's voice actor in Dimensions...
  22. Universal was the group that was involved in setting the whole Bionicle soundtrack thing up. Remember the agonized life of BIONICLEmusic.com? That was a deal with Universal that fell through. 19 Entertainment I know little about, but I would guess that it derives its name from one-hit wonder Paul Hardcastle's track "Nineteen". He pretty much confirmed he composed the track on his Facebook. Lewa had to come in on short notice to work on mixing and sound design for the track. That hard-hitting opening was his work. Thanks for the info! I wonder what would have happened if the deal with Universal hadn't fallen through... And also, how much involvement did Templar Studios have in Bionicle music, mainly the MNOG soundtrack? Or was that Hardcastle as well? I'm actually rather curious as to if either has a higher quality version of the "Vahki opening sting".
  23. Thanks! And also... Hardcastle? Was that the band/person/something that composed "The Bionicle Music"? Because all I know about that track is that Universal, 19 Entertainment, and Lewa were all involved in making it.
  24. XD I'm guessing Lego is expecting the movie to give it a resurgence or something... Now I wonder if they'll ever make Lego Pac-Man sets.
  25. Because the 6th Hero Is you. Consistency is overrated, like most ripoff sets. Look at these delicious color schemes WHAT'VE THEY DONE TO THE BOHROK?! This is an outrage! They made them... invincible. :V Edit: Please add some more substance to your posts in the future! -Wind-
