  1. I suppose so, but the 90th Anniversary tag should be enough to entice huge sales. I doubt they would've add Bionicle as an option to the poll if they intended the finished product to be System only.
  2. It might be wishful thinking, but if it results in a brand new 90th Anniversary set, the massive success of that set might inspire a new wave of Bionicle. 1 set, or 100, I'd just be happy to see Bionicle celebrated as it should be!
  3. We've just voted for Bionicle! Together we can bring back our beloved series for one last ride!
  4. Bionicle has made it to the top spot! There'll be another poll on Feb 3rd, where we can help Bionicle further by voting!
  5. Bionicle is winning! https://www.brickfanatics.com/the-lego-ideas-90th-anniversary-fan-vote-is-now-closed/ This could be the moment we've been waiting for!
  6. Looking at photos of store shelves (usually Blockbuster or Toys R Us) that are packed with classic Bionicle sets! I wish I was there
  7. I'm hoping for a deluxe Takanuva vs Makuta set, built in the classic Bionicle style!
  8. Vote for Bionicle, and it'll be in a chance of being revived for one last set for the 90th Anniversary of Lego! https://ideas.lego.com/blogs/a4ae09b6-0d4c-4307-9da8-3ee9f3d368d6/post/fd5cc3b8-284f-4520-825f-7c3f5e4a50fe What set do you want it to be, if we do win!?
  9. 100% Agreed. Vakama being the one to to turn to darkness was the best options and was wildly entertaining and thrilling. I can't fault it.
  10. The problem with Ninjago is that the first two seasons were incredible, top-notch and coherent. I loved the skeletons and snakes as villains, and the story with Lloyd and his father. After they had the perfect ending, everything that came after was just a decade-long bunch of anecdotes.
  11. ...I hate it when companies make bootleg Bionicle sets!
  12. It should've ended in 2013, the Stone Warrior/Overlord storyline was the perfect conclusion. That being said, I did quite like the Nindroids Arc.
  13. It's difficult to quantify beyond saying "It's magic". The other users above me seem to have put it into words much better!
  14. Great to see this question circulating again. I guess it's just one of the great mysteries of the universe.
  15. I can imagine Makuta would find his way onto the enterprise and start possessing people so he can spread his conquest to the rest of the galaxy. I'm sure Dr McCoy would have some brilliant quips to make about Bionicle characters. It'd actually be a pretty fun episode!!
  16. I hope this is just a silent change of leadership, if they change the fundamentals of the website I will be heartbroken.
  17. Hello again BZPower! I've recently finished my latest stop-motion film so I thought that I'd share it with you all. This is Desolate Shrine, the third film in my adventure series. You can watch the first two installments"Desolate Sands" and "Desolate Jewel" through the following links: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0MMb8InKYDQ - Desolate Sands https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QZQDpwKNmJY - Desolate Jewel Deslate Shrine, the third installment in my adventure series. Trapped hundreds of feet underground, with enemies closing in on all sides, can our Hero escape the desert tomb and retrieve the artifact intact? Please do share your thoughts on the film! I'd love to hear them!
  18. I think the films get better as they go on to be honest. Web of Shadows is actually brilliant and The Legend Reborn is much nicer to look at than the odd designs in Mask of Light. Also, The Legend Reborn felt as though it was working with the rest of the franchise, whereas Mask of Light in particular felt like it was set in a different universe entirely.
  19. Axonn and Brutaka... ...in the end, anyway
  20. It all seems like a waste of time considering Bionicle isn't coming back, either way thanks for reporting!
  21. Pretty cool! The satellite polybag is perhaps the best they've ever done at that scale, and the figure in the sterile lab clothing looks awesomely accurate! That poor alien
  22. That is totally epic! I love it! Great work building this beautiful robot!
