  1. IC: Cravious NUVA - Skakdi NUVA of Lightning, Mind Reading and Quick Healing Location - Kini-Nui Okay what was happening… It was no longer humorous. Cravious cursed his luck and started running, letting the mask power shut off. He didn’t want to wait for it to reset. He used his power over Iron to pull on himself, leaping great lengths. Really, he was testing his ability to pull on the metal of his body. This idiot mech was going to get itself killed by the other one. When he got close enough, Cravious jumped, pulling on the metal of his body in mid-air. It was easier to do a ton of mini-changes instead of just telekinesis-ing himself the entire way. He shot up towards the back of the mech, seeking to gain entry. OOC: @Eyru
  2. IC: Cravious NUVA - Skakdi NUVA of Lightning, Mind Reading and Quick Healing Location - Kini-Nui What in the world? His mech just got up and walked away. It attacked something. Cravious felt his anger flare. How dare it act without permission. He was it and it was him. It shouldn’t function without him. He spoke aloud, Mask of Conjuring on his face, “Grant me the power to teleport. Weakness: only to places I have been previously.” Cravious waited a moment, watching as another Kaita mech retaliated against his own. Input accepted. His world swirled as he experienced teleportation for the very first time. But he didn’t have time to think through the sensation. He was now back in his mech and he attempted to reassert control. 3. IC: Forgemaster Viltia NUVA - Toa NUVA of the Green Location - Fau Swamp, Near the Air Suva With - Zataka, Exuze, Muaka NUVA Proxima Idle time was either spent conversing with friends, thinking up new ideas for Kanoka, or practicing her abilities. Viltia spent the airship ride doing the latter of the three. She mostly tested out her Density Control and Shapeshifting. One time she phased right out of the airship. Thankfully her power of Flight allowed her to quickly catch back up before Zataka or Exuze noticed her gone. It was kind of embarrassing, actually, and she was glad they both were in the front seat facing away from her. Shapeshifting finally seemed close to what she was hoping for from it. Maybe just one more level and it would be perfect. At least now she could transform for real instead of just being a puddle. She couldn’t really change her size, but she copied several beings from Le-Metru Nuva, seeing how it felt to move as a Vortixx, Steltian, and Zyglak. She went back to normal and saw her Muaka balefully looking back up at her. No doubt it wanted to be able to be full size again. She patted his head and whispered, “Soon, precious one.” Zataka got Viltia’s attention and the Toa NUVA unstrapped herself and walked over behind the piloting chairs. The view was impeded by being in an Airship, but at this point Viltia had flown over the Fau Swamp far more times than she had walked through it. She knew exactly where they were. Based on their speed, they were just a few minutes away from the Air Suva. She gave further directions, pointing to where they would soon see the sandstone roof of the temple peeking out amidst the many leaves of the canopy. She reached out her mind to the Air Suva, hoping against hope that it might just be mysteriously powered on all by itself. OOC: @Vezok's Friend @BULiK IC: Life Creation Viltia #2 - Toa NUVA of the Green Location - Le-Metru Nuva With - Life Creation Muaka #3 The half-sized, Life Creation Viltia cheered as Twekohui saw her as the intended pilot and accepted her control. So she really was an exact duplicate, minus the size. And with how the cockpit sealed behind her and she was still around, that meant she wasn’t relying on any type of power to remain summoned. She truly was new life. That was equal parts amazing and confusing. Eh. Whatever. She had orders to fulfill. She needed to help with the falling Aqua Sphere however she could. She input three powers into the Kaita mech. The Green, Flight, and Quick Travel. She also swapped out the Rahi Grenade Launcher for the Lance Launcher. Then she flew up out of the Fau Swamp, trees, branches, and leaves moving apart to allow her exit and moving back into place after she left. She turned to the east, teleporting to where there was a fresh growth of tropical trees. What was going on here? She looked up, a smile forming across her face inside the mech. The Aqua Sphere was floating! And now its healing waters were falling once again. Although it definitely had fallen quite a distance before stopping. Life Creation Viltia #2 looked up where the sphere once had been, a large hand blocking out the sunlight from her mech’s six optics. The fortress thing was still up there, menacingly floating. And since she was now free from her command to save the Aqua Sphere from falling, she decided to check out what was going on with it. So she teleported up, already beginning the process of swapping out her power of Quick Travel as she flew around, taking in the situation unfolding atop the fortress. OOC: @pokemonlover360 @Tarn and @whoever is controlling Mantax. Permission for Life Creation Viltia to be able to pilot a Kaita mech given by GMs. IC: Voracious - Zivon Location - Kini-Nui Valley With - Whira, Cravious Voracious had carefully made his way across the mountain range, making sure to avoid the other two Zivons already in the valley. As he peered upon the beings below and the large beings that were also there, one in particular caught his optics. She seemed just like the others, but for some reason he felt bonded to her. That whatever she might command, he would obey without question. So when the command came from her, he was already moving to comply. He stood before his master, out in the open in the same realm as she. He stood as tall as he could, not moving a single of his many legs. It was an easy command to obey, though he understood not its purpose. OOC: @~Xemnas~ IC: Cravious NUVA - Skakdi NUVA of Lightning, Mind Reading and Quick Healing Location - Kini-Nui, Akamai’s Bunker With - Whira, Voracious As Cravious picked clean the severed arm’s secrets of construction, an idea came to him. Using what he could from the arm, Cravious started a design he knew by sheer repetition. A design he felt he had perfected. He couldn’t recall how many times he had taken apart and reassembled his Seismic Pickaxe, constantly trying to improve things. So it was with an almost uncanny speed that Cravious formed the parts he needed to build the weapon as he built it. Copper wiring here, protosteel bolts there, a dash of Kaita mech arm everywhere that was appropriate. With his power over Iron, he didn’t even need his Improbable Machine to finish the job. He could create all the parts he would ever need. All he had to do was adjust for the increase in size and weight, which was an easy adjustment once he figured it out. In a couple minutes, he had a Kaita Mech Seismic Pickaxe. It was a perfect weapon. It fired long range, had a melee component for up close combat, and it was an extremely handy tool to boot. He missed Whira’s command from far below, but he didn’t miss the giant bug that suddenly appeared before him. A Zivon. Voracious. The table stabbed into the ground before him shifted and morphed rapidly into a thrusting, hollow point spear. It stabbed the Zivon around its surprisingly small heartlight, the end of the spear closing and cutting off the wires of the Heartlight from the rest of the body in one savage move. Cravious added a third power to his Kaita mech, Lightning. It surged through the spear even as he grabbed a hold of it and retracted it from the body of the already dead Rite-born. Voracious slumped to the ground in a heap of legs and chitinous armor. Cravious then stabbed the spear into the ground, the part surrounding the Heartlight opening to reveal it. As quick as he could, Cravious had his mech crouch low and he climbed out, rushing to the Heartlight. He extended his hand, making sure his Lightning kept it beating. He pulled out his briefcase and unlocked it, revealing the Heartlight of the Kaita within. He fiddled with the mechanisms inside. With a little help from his Improbable Machine and his new powers over metal, he created portable batteries for both the Kaita and Rite-born Heartlights. He attached both to their respective Heartlights with a crackle and zap of electricity. Then he turned to Whira and offered them to her, “Let’s hope this works.” OOC: @~Xemnas~ Still working on a Sorilax response.
  4. IC: Cravious NUVA - Skakdi NUVA of Lightning, Mind Reading and Quick Healing Location - Kini-Nui, Akamai’s Bunker With - Whira “Heh. Heh. Hehehahaha! Heheheha heh ha.” Cravious cackled, the noise rolling around the valley from the mouth of his Kaita mech. This was more intuitive than even his ACRs. And the power within! He basked in it. It was worth it. It had all been worth it. But he needed more. Whira needed more. There were still beings beyond their touch. Cravious looked at the Kusarigama in his mech’s hand with disdain. Why would he ever use such an impractical weapon? He sent it back to the Kaita Suva with a thought. He could make far more useful weapons that this machine was worthy of. But first… Cravious activated one of his three power slots, filling it with the Kraata of Quick Healing’s ability. Cravious took hold of the outer forearm with his other hand and pressed down hard in a scraping motion. The damage healed almost instantaneously. “Heh heh heh hehehahahah!” Cravious activated a second power, this one from the Legendary Mask of Iron that had burned its power into him. A thin, yet sturdy slice of protosteel formed in his right hand, one edge as sharp as protosteel could get. He swung it a couple times, getting used to how it felt in his giant hands and how his large form slowed his movement. Satisfied with his work and now used to how it felt to move, Cravious held out his left arm and sliced it off at the elbow in one fell swoop. He quickly moved what remained of his left arm away so that it wouldn’t just reattach as it healed. His left arm rapidly regrew, starting with the protosteel under framing and the ceramics and glass forming atop that in patterns that resembled muscles. In a few seconds, his arm had returned to normal. He made sure to carefully watch the process. The severed limb fell to the ground with a crash that sent a vibration through the earth, kicking up dirt and grass. Cravious stabbed his sword into the ground, where it formed into a one-legged table. He picked up the severed, maroon colored limb, setting it on the table. He then started taking it apart, observing how his mech was made and the techniques that were used that he could stea- learn from. OOC: @~Xemnas~ Figured I would just post as I finished up the characters instead of posting all at once.
  5. I guess I need to be more specific, then. Cravious has a stage 6 Kraata of Quick Healing. Is the Quick Healing power able to be used to repair the mech should it get damaged? Or would Quick Healing not work since functionally the mech is just a machine?
  6. Any injuries it might sustain. I suppose from Kaiju or maybe enraged Kaita mechs. Or from Kaita too, actually. Just any injuries.
  7. Oh hey it actually worked! Now to see if it actually means anything since no one really wears it. --------- Hey GMs, I figure I better ask this before writing it working. Would Quick Healing channeled through a Kaita Mech allow it to heal from injuries?
  8. Kaita Mech Profile Name: Akamai, Great Kaita of Valor ACR Faction/Homebase: Builders/Kini-Nui Primary Pilot: Cravious NUVA Great Disk: Enlarge Physical Description: Stands 100 feet tall. Face of a Toa, specifically a Toa Mata head, except with six optics rising up the forehead. Made of a protosteel skeleton with additional ceramic, glass, and protodermis plating covering essential systems. Painted a deep and lush maroon with the glass being black. Breed Quirks: -Piloting is done via thought. Pilots sync their mind to the ACR via paranormal means. Due to the nature of the interface with the ACR, pilots are unable to personally use any other of their abilities, breed quirks, or other powers to affect anything beyond the walls of the cockpit. -Kaita ACRs ignore all but the strongest blows. They ignore damage from creatures less powerful than Kaita. -Great Disk Beam One of the Kaita ACR’s arms is capable of transforming into a beam-based range weapon that fires powerful mid-range blasts of the associated Great Disk’s power. Abilities: -Power Amplification Choose up to three abilities or breed quirks (excluding equipment powers) at a time from the combined powers and breed quirks of all onboard pilots (maximum three pilots). The Kaita ACR may use these powers as if they were its own powers or breed quirks and increases the overall strength and power of the chosen powers or breed quirks to the level of a kaita. You may take one post to change these three chosen abilities or breed quirks. This ability resets when all pilots fall unconscious, die, or exit the Kaita ACR. Flaw: the cockpit must be fully sealed for Power Amplification to work. Additionally, unconscious or deceased pilots do not count towards the available list of powers and breed quirks. -Suva Kaita Attunement You may choose to summon up to two one-handed weapons or one two-handed weapon from the Suva Kaita in Kini-Nui at any given time. You must return these weapons to summon different weapons from the Suva Kaita in Kini-Nui. Flaw: the Kaita ACR must be within the Suva Kaita’s range to use this ability. Flaws: Physical Flaw: While they can be put into a slumber while unmanned, Kaita ACRs are living machines and cannot be turned off. If not restrained, they very well may just wake up and wander off in search of a rite-born kaiju to kill (read: GMs may start writing your mech randomly when you are not piloting it). A Kaita ACR will refuse to start if the primary chosen pilot is not onboard. Pilots are unable to use their powers or breed quirks to effect anywhere outside the sealed cockpit while piloting a Kaita ACR. If the Primary Pilot falls unconscious or dies while piloting a Kaita ACR, the kaita inhabiting the machine itself will take over and go on a berserk rampage until it is destroyed or the Primary Pilot is removed (read: GMs will start writing your mech). Psychological Flaw: Kaita ACRs are inhabited by the conscious spirit of a Kaita, a spirit of great power. Kaita are proud and vicious beings, and have an incredible hatred for all rite-born kaiju made by Irnakk. If given the opportunity, a Kaita will pursue the death of a rite-born kaiju without concern for any collateral damage to their surroundings. Kaita ACRs cannot condone the destruction of Builder civilization. Kaita ACRs refuse to ally with any riteborn, even if it would be to their benefit. When berserk, Kaita ACRs treat other Kaita ACRs as Rite-born monsters.
  9. IC: Forgemaster Viltia NUVA - Toa NUVA of the Green Location - Kini-Nui Valley, Tuyet’s Airship With - Zataka, Atamai, Exuze Viltia stopped the flow of liquid protodermis and pulled off the line of cactus from the airship. She reabsorbed the plant back towards her so that it retracted from the lake. In the past, she would have been amazed at her level of control over Absorption, but now that she was a NUVA, it was just completely natural. Once it was all gone, she turned to move into the airship, but Exuze was in the way. The Lesterin was waaaay bigger than she remembered and for a moment she wondered if he had similar powers to her. But it didn’t really matter right now. They needed to get moving. So Viltia got a view of the inside and teleported in. She sat down in one of the chairs, her minimized Muaka coming to curl up at her feet. I’m ready, she mentally said to Zataka. The Lesterin nervously spoke up, "How far of a walk would this be. What if I just walk wherever we're going?" Viltia happily answered him, “Three days at the very minimum if you travel perfectly without rest. But that’s only if you know how to scale a mountain range, sail across the ocean, and then navigate a deadly swamp full of disease and mutations. If you don’t know how to do those things, then uhh….” She thought about it for a moment, “A couple weeks worth of travel, I guess. But I’m sure you could make it.” She smiled at him. 10. IC: Cravious NUVA - Skakdi NUVA of Lightning, Mind Reading and Quick Healing Location - Kini-Nui, Opened Bunker With - Whira Cravious growled as he came to, though it sounded more like a groan of pain. He haltingly got to his feet, head foggy. It smelled like dank and uncirculated air. When he peered through the mist and saw but a glimpse of his reward ahead, he immediately moved his shaky body. He forced his limbs to work despite their sapped state. Why in the world did he ever think feeding the hungry door was a good idea? As a towering mech came into view, kneeling and shackled, he knew. The reward was well worth the risk. Cravious gathered himself, trying to build up some form of energy, then started to climb. With a heavy thud he landed in a heap on the floor of the large bunker. He laid there for a moment, taking in the pain, not having the energy to move. Well that didn’t work. Cravious grit his teeth. He would not be denied his reward just because his body wasn’t up to it. He, carefully this time, got to his feet and started to climb towards what looked to be a cockpit. OOC: @Eyru @~Xemnas~
  11. Whoa! Just realized a huge mistake. I wrote up elements being able to be used in the Elemental Temple of Light. Please bear with me as I fix this. EDIT: Sorry, just noticed your post, @Harvali. I was mistaken in thinking elements could be used. I had forgotten that was a thing. I'll update this post when I fix things. EDIT 2: This post has been updated to fix my mistake. I'm glad I caught it when I still had time today.
  12. IC: MC - Wing - Toa of Air Location - Le-Metru Nuva Wing cautiously pondered Viltia’s actions as the Toa of the Green moved about. She took in the splendor of the overarching Vuata Maca Tree. The pure EP seemed to be healing the land, but it was her job to keep Le-Metru Nuva safe no matter the circumstances. So she hesitantly enjoyed the renewal of the swamp around her. She wanted to enjoy it more, but danger could arise at any moment and from any source. The birds sounded happy, not scared. The roars of predators were crisp like a bell, with a tone of purity she hadn’t realized had been missing. The air itself felt cleaner. And that for sure was something she realized the most after becoming a Toa herself. As she sat in her guard post situated a little ways out from the village in the trees, she felt a sudden surge in power through her Kraata. She somehow knew she could control Rahi and Insects easier. She knew she had grown more accurate. But what really struck her was her body. While she tried to keep her organic protodermis muscles in shape, it was often hard when sitting around a guard post every other day. But now her muscles were in better shape than they had ever been. She made a couple mock attempts to throw a Kanoka, amazing at the level of strength her body now possessed. She felt healthier too. It had to be her Life Kraata, for she felt far more in tune with the world around her. She could feel life energies swirling in her, forming new possibilities. She almost felt like… she could create herself? She jolted as Sorilax’s mental voice suddenly filled her head, sounding desperate and hurried, I require aid! I implore you, make new Life of yourself, please! Wing momentarily was stunned. Sorilax was in trouble? She needed to help him! But… she needed to guard the village. And make new life of herself? What in the world did that mean? She tried to calm her suddenly racing mind. Sorilax hadn’t asked her to come to him, just to create Life. She knew she could already do that with Rahi. Had something more unlocked with the growth of her power? She concentrated on her connection to Life, focusing it upon herself. Utilizing the same technique that she could use to duplicate Rahi, she turned that power from outwards to inwards. She felt her Kraata power make its mark on the world. She felt Life working through her. She gasped as not one, but two of her stood before her. They were half sized compared to her, but they looked exactly like her. They had no weapons like her, but they had their Illuminated masks and Kraata. Wing didn’t know what to say. Could she command them like she could a Rahi duplicate? “Help Sorilax.” Before they could respond, the shadows surrounding them suddenly engulfed them, swallowing both whole. They were gone. IC: One - Rahkshi of Teleportation and Quick Healing Location - Mi-Kiri, Elemental Temple of Light With - Mahrika, Kas, Sorilax One almost teleported to the Vahki at the door to attack with with staff of Fragmentation when he thought better of it. Actually, he was thinking far better than he just had been previously. Things that had been hard to grasp came easily. And his powers, they were stronger. A plan of attack suddenly came to him and he grabbed his Echo Forks, ready to bash them together in the direction of the Vahki when suddenly what started as a tilt to the room became a full tumble in the dark. One did the best he could to stay oriented. He teleported to the nearby door and hung on, the shock that coursed through the room being of little note as he quickly healed from it. All he could see was the glow from Mahrika’s and Kas’ Illuminated masks and… wait. There were more glowing masks. He had no idea what was going on, but as the room continued to spin he did his best to look around the dark space of sloshing water and flailing bodies. If any Vahki started to attack, he tried his best to be ready to defend himself and the others of the room. OOC: @Harvali @Unreliable Narrator IC: Two - Rahkshi of Fragmentation and Life Location - Mi-Kiri, Elemental Temple of Light With - Mahrika, Kas, Sorilax, One Two had been dormant, sedated. He was happy to let Sorilax lead the way. But when that wave of energy washed over him, he suddenly felt strange. Yes, he felt stronger and smarter, but there was something else. Something that wormed its way into the cracks of its mind and grabbed on tightly. He knew he wouldn’t ever die from starvation, and yet… he hungered. He tried to move his body, but his father was in complete control. He didn’t mind that, but he was so hungry. OOC: @Harvali @Unreliable Narrator IC: Three - Rahkshi of Chain Lightning and Dodge Location - Le-Metru Nuva Three sat up with a start. He looked around and got concerned when he didn’t see his father or his brothers. How was he awake? His father had been possessing him. What had happened? Was he awake for a reason? Had something gone wrong in the Aqua Sphere? And why did his head feel clearer? His thoughts untangled. Three started grabbing all the things his father had left behind in a rush. Whatever the reason for his awakening, he didn’t think it was good. IC: Past Viltia #1 - Toa NUVA of the Green Location - Near Le-Metru Nuva, Vuata Maca Tree With - Vauta Maca Tree “Thank you.” Past Viltia #1 graciously accepted the Vuata Maca Crystal. It was a little disappointing that there was only one after all this work and the expenditure of so much pure EP, but nothing could be done about it. She gathered the writings of the previous Past Viltia and the writings she had been keeping herself. She transformed them into a small wooden book, bound with rings of mahogany and a cover of elm bark. Then she made a quick stop by the forging hut to gather supplies and she teleported off to report what had happened. OOC: @Eyru IC: Forgemaster Viltia NUVA - Toa NUVA of the Green Location - Kini-Nui Valley With - Zataka, Muaka NUVA Proxima Viltia laughed, bubbly and joyous. No, no, I can teleport. I can also teleport while in my mech. So it’s across the ocean in the swamp, but nowhere near the Air Suva. Zataka motioned for Viltia to follow her and she started to walk back to the great temple, ultimately leading them to the airship the previous group had been standing around. Viltia lingered a little bit behind as they walked, debating what to do. She really wanted to help out Zataka, but she also needed to be here in case… Viltia beamed. She could see Sidra at the Wall of Prophecies, fiddling with something. A something that restored the mountains behind her and hopefully more of the island as well. Sidra had done it! Viltia was so glad. She knew her friend would get the results desired. And that freed her up to go help Zataka! Viltia took a few steps to catch up with the Rite-born and then stopped as a Past Viltia teleported to her. Past Viltia #1 handed her a book, a single Vuata Maca Crystal, and forging supplies. She seemed to be panting, “Sorry… about only one crystal… I tried the best I could.” Just what had past her done? Well, the book should tell her. “Thank you.” The Past Viltia nodded and then disappeared as she was released back to her own time. Suddenly the other two past Viltias showed up, talking over one another. Viltia kept turning from one to the other, trying to decipher what they said. Perhaps on purpose, perhaps on accident, they spoke in unison, “Aqua Sphere falling! Out of elemental energy!” Concern flashed through Viltia like a fire through dry brush. She quickly dismissed the two Time Duplicates, ready to summon more when the strangest feeling came over her. The heat of the day disappeared almost entirely. Her body felt more under her control even as her muscles strengthened to their maximum. Her connection to Life felt like it grew twofold. Sorilax rapidly spoke into her mind almost incomprehensibly with the instructions to create a new Legendary mask. He must truly be in trouble to have spoken so fast. But at least he was still alive. She wondered if the Aqua Sphere falling had anything to do with the Suvas losing power. Either way, he had given her the gift of a new mask to make. She wrote down the instructions in her book, hoping Sorilax remained okay. She pushed the troubling thoughts out of her mind and tested out her new Life power, creating a half-sized duplicate of herself. She laughed in shock and her jaw hung open before it turned back into a smile. She immediately made as many duplicates as she could, though that only turned out to be one more for a total of two. To the first one, she commanded, “Go help Sorilax.” And to the second, she commanded, “Since you’re a duplicate of me, go see if you can pilot Twekohui. If you can or can’t, then see if you can help with the falling Aqua Sphere.” They both nodded, and oddly, the first one paused, reaching out to her Muaka. Without any flash of light or special noise, a duplicate appeared of the Rahi, fully sized. Viltia gasped. Could she make full sized Rahi now too? The second one did the same. It seemed that she could! The second Life Creation Viltia merged with her Muaka and teleported away. Viltia stared in slight shock. So that was what that looked like. But her first Life Creation Viltia cried out in shock as shadows suddenly enveloped her and pulled both her and her Muaka away. The power of Viltia’s Life Kraata let her know her duplicate still lived since she couldn’t make another, so Viltia did her best to focus back on Zataka and hope Sorilax was at work with weird Aspect stuff. Viltia did a quick teleport to catch up and watched as Zataka got to work. Her new friend really seemed to know her way around an airship. Viltia’s Muaka poked his nose into the doorway and huffed. He grumpily activated his Kanohi power to shrink and kept going until he was about knee high. Then he rode his tread up into the airship and found a place to settle down. At the problem of needing a hose, Viltia got the perfect idea. I’m on it, she mentally told Zataka. In the blink of a self-cleaning optic, Viltia was already teleported to the lake, not paying much mind to Atamai or Exuze or what that might mean about Axxon. She worked her element and formed a pricker-less cactus tube, enhancing and morphing a species that stored a lot of water naturally. She ran the cactus line along the ground towards the airship, finding the receiver intake where there was an open panel on the ship. The cactus line formed up to and then meshed with the intake. Viltia placed a hand upon the unnaturally shaped plant and had it start drawing in the liquid protodermis of the lake. Soon enough, the tank of the airship started to fill. OOC: @Vezok's Friend @~Xemnas~ @BULiK IC: Life Creation Viltia #2 - Toa NUVA of the Green Location - Le-Metru Nuva With - Life Creation Muaka #3 Life Creation Viltia #2 flew down through the trees as they parted before her. She was conflicted in how she felt. She was her, and yet… she wasn’t. She had the same mind, same memories, same powers, as her creator, but she was some half-sized duplicate. And that wasn’t to mention that any orders from her creator were absolute. She couldn’t disobey. It was a very, very odd thing to realize that you were the manifestation of a power. But in very Viltia fashion, she decided not to think about it. Instead, it was time to test out if she really was herself. She flew inside Twekohui’s cockpit and unmerged from her Muaka. She attempted to pilot the mech. OOC: @Unreliable Narrator @Eyru @Vezok's Friend IC: Sorilax Life Seeker - Aspect of Light and Silence Location - Elemental Temple of Light With - Mahrika, Bellicus Kastus, One, Two Even as the revelations of the blueprint of a Mask of Life Creation were revealed to him, he felt gravity suddenly take over. The ground was not as tall as he had thought. He could not look at the mask and keep it plugged in at the same time. That was certainly not intentional and potentially a bad thing. The sudden tilt of the room proved that to be the case even as Mahrika tried to warn him. But the other revelations about the mask filled him with a righteous anger even as the Ignika cursed him and his gaseous body suddenly appeared and was woven into Two’s Rahkshi body. This was no Mask of Life. This mask was tainted by death, polluted by it. It was steeped in it. It was left to rot and decay within the fetid odors that only Death used to entice and defile. And so this mask had no right to curse him. It held no right to condemn him to any fate when it was so corrupted and deserving of a cursing of its own. Sorilax wished to rebuke the mask, to put it in its place, but he could not speak as fast as his mind moved and someone or something was coming down the hallway. So he placed judgement upon the Ignika silently. His will and command was iron in that moment and Two, even as his creation tried to stir from under his control, obeyed. Sorilax opened his spine and attempted to Illuminate the Ignika. If it truly had a mind, a life, of its own, then it would be under his sway. And with a higher connection to Life itself, perhaps it might even be less corroded mentally. As Two did that, Sorilax quickly sent the instructions for the Mask of Life Creation to Viltia as fast as he could think. Whether the Illumination worked or failed, Sorilax wasn’t sure. For the room fell dark, gravity failed, and he experienced a revelation. With the revelation came a jolt of electricity. Or perhaps the jolt was something else, he wasn’t sure. But what Sorilax did know is that he was right where he needed to be and he knew exactly what needed to be made. The shock was lost in the midst of the revealed truths. Kas’ remark about the power only sparked him into action. Sorilax felt his Kraata power surge, contained though it was. He felt Two’s connection to Life and understood what could now be accomplished. Short of finishing his Grand Wish, this was the closest he could get to Life itself. He communicated to Wing, asking for her assistance. Once she gave it, Sorilax pulled upon the two duplicates, summoning them to his shadow. The first threw out her arms and tried to summon her element, only for it to fail and fall short, never manifesting. Instead she was taken in the tumble of the room. Both Wings’ power of Adaption quickly got to work, allowing them to breathe both air and water and the power doing its best to help stabilize them in the air and give them cushioning against debris. Where they struck the wall, their tiny, mutated barbs were enhanced to grip to the surface, keeping them in place. First the one and then the second called upon their power of Insect Control, trying to summon large flying bugs for themselves to help them navigate the swirling room. As she did this, Sorilax focused inwards even as his body was tossed about. He started to reach out to Viltia when he sensed she had already created her duplicates. There also were also a couple Rahi there, somehow also within his ability to control. An Illuminated Kanohi, perhaps. He tugged on one of the Life Creation Viltias and one of the Rahi, pulling them to his shadow. The Viltia grabbed his arm before she could be swept away and had him touch her Taboo mark, the knowledge filling his mind in a moment of intensity. Tethers sprouted down his spine and back, seeking purchase throughout the room. “Finally,” she said as her other tethers reached out and kept her in place. Now it was his turn. He created two duplicates of himself. They already knew what had to be done. When his body wasn’t covered in water, he called out a command for the sake of the rest assembled, “Beware the Vahki! Help me rewire the Ignika to the pillars!” The Muaka growled at the thought of aggressors. The growl was not meant to be a mere growl, but Sonics and Shadows working in tandem. But instead the Muaka was met with emptiness as his elements didn’t work. Instead his Adaption made him amphibious, webbed wings sprouting from his shoulders. He flapped, trying to keep himself upright in the water and air. The shadows somewhat retreated, the glowing masks and many silver tethers giving off enough light to allow the cables running from the top of the crystal pillars to be revealed to view. Life Creation Viltia #1, Sorilax #1, and Sorilax #2 used their tethers to move in the absence of gravity, each one going first to one pillar and then the adjacent one to grab the small cables nearest them as well as they could in the dark and tumbling room. Sorilax was in the center of the space, newly grown tethers holding him in place, Ignika still in his hand and now back to the place where it had been floating before. For a moment, he doubted if this would work, if everyone he summoned could even help him, and then a very familiar voice spoke into his mind. “Sorilax!” It was Sala! He was back! Sorilax did not have time to respond, but his mind filled with joy and determination. As he was brought cables, he attempted to rejoin them to the mask. OOC: @Harvali @Unreliable Narrator @Sparticus147 Whew! 4 hours of almost non-stop writing later and I think I'm caught up with everything! This whole post went through minimal editing and I had to catch up to a lot of posts, so if anything doesn't make sense or I missed something or I accidentally did something wrong, let me know. I may be busy the rest of tonight and tomorrow, but hopefully I'll be able to finish this RPG strong. Edit: Wow... I totally forgot there were no elements in the Temple of Light. Apologies for the mess-up. Hopefully now there's nothing wrong with the post. One and Sorilax's parts have been changed.

  14. IC: Past Viltia #1 - Toa NUVA of the Green Location - Near Le-Metru Nuva, Vuata Maca Tree With - Vauta Maca Tree Past Viltia came to her knees before the Vuata Maca Tree, panting. Whew! That had been quite a workout. The Fau Swamp was a thing of beauty now, a marvelous display of the vibrancy of life. It could be seen in the color of the leaves around her, in the calls of the Rahi in the surrounding area. It was a stark contrast from the Mutagen that had dominated this place before. It was beautiful. But it wasn’t complete. There wasn’t enough pure energized protodermis to fix everything. She was essentially all out. So she placed a slightly shaky hand on the tree as she panted. The final fruit of the season falling from a branch. The last toad beginning hibernation for the winter ahead. “I’m out of the pure energized protodermis to purify the swamp. Is what I did enough for now?” OOC: @Eyru IC: Forgemaster Viltia NUVA - Toa NUVA of the Green Location - Kini-Nui Valley, Twekohui’s Empty Bunker With - Zataka, Muaka NUVA Proxima Viltia nodded, thinking back to Zataka, Yeah, that makes sense. She turned to the south, southeast and pointed. The Suva is about a three day walk that way. Or, it used to be. Now there’s an ocean between here and there because the island keeps disappearing. Can you teleport or anything to get there faster? OOC: @Vezok's Friend
  15. IC: Past Viltia #1 - Toa NUVA of the Green Location - Near Le-Metru Nuva, Vuata Maca Tree With - Vauta Maca Tree Clean it all? There was no way she could clean all of it. There was far too much swamp to… Actually, the swamp was all but gone. She could hear the waves of the ocean nearby in the channel that had formed between Le-Metru Nuva and the Air Suva. The Fau Swamp was but a husk of its former self. The marshes that had ringed it were even less so, being almost completely ripped away. But still, even a month’s worth of purified EP might not be enough to cleanse it all. And that was another problem right there. They were only able to have pure EP because so much defiled EP soaked up through the ground. It wouldn’t stop coming just because of pure EP, would it? Past Viltia #1 looked at the beautiful splendor of the tree. Her optics dazzled in its silver light. She felt its anger at the corruption all around. A feeling she shared with it. Perhaps this tree was the key to it all. Perhaps it could keep the swamp uncorrupted once cleansed. She scratched at her mask as she thought. There was only one way to find out. A lone bee spreading pollen. A single leaf adorning a tree. “I’ll try my best.” Past Viltia flew away, straight to the hut that contained all they had purified. There were rows upon rows of the containers, all waiting for a purpose that had up to this point had been unknown. She left a section of them untouched, ready to be used by herself later for forging or maybe to help Sorilax out. But the rest she grabbed without reservation, tethers allowing her to take far more than she would have been able to otherwise. As sparingly as seemed appropriate, Past Viltia started to pour the golden liquid upon the swamp floor as she Levitated above it, starting below Le-Metru Nuva and spreading outwards in a grid pattern to help keep her place for whenever she had to go back and gather more pure EP. She did this with the utmost focus, time losing all meaning as she spread the healing touch of the golden ichor. OOC: @Eyru
  16. IC: MC - Clash - Skakdi-Xa of Air Location - Kini-Nui Valley, Cravious’ Unopened Bunker, the Cube With - Sagacious, Asperity Clash pat Sagacious on the back as she sat down to keep watch on the cameras. Clash would have loved to watch whatever it was that Cravious was doing, but he had chores to do now that they had stopped. Well, technically he could have done them while they were still moving, but he really didn’t want to. It was so much easier to clean things outside. And speaking of cleaning things, things were going to be much harder now that Voracious was gone. Even though he hadn’t been very nice, Clash had still liked him. He had been a fellow grunt, working hard all for the sake of the boss. Plus his element had let them clean things super easy. But that was Zakaz. Skakdi came and went. Rite-born destroyed settlements. Some Skakdi made another Rite-born to fight back. Such was life. Sagacious, Asperity, and Preceptor had been here before him and he had seen a couple mechanics either too greedy, too violent, or too inadequate get hired and subsequently fired. So it only made sense that Preceptor and Voracious eventually left them as well. Clash opened the garage ramp of the Cube. The large door slowly lowered to form a ramp, hydraulics groaning loudly as it did so from the sheer weight of the protosteel slab that made it up. The opening revealed the lush valley and jungle beyond. It was a display of bright and emerald greens that danced when the wind came through. It was the most beautiful thing Clash had ever seen on the island. He sat on the ramp for a few minutes, just soaking it in, happily taking in the heat of the sun. Worries slipped away from him for a moment of complete bliss. The noise of a bunker opening stirred him from his break and he craned his head around to find the source of the noise. It hadn’t sounded close, so it hadn’t been Cravious, who was on the opposite side of the Cube and out of view. But he also couldn’t see whatever bunker it was from where he was, so he just shrugged and slowly got up, sad to take his optics off the beauty before him. But eventually he did, trudging inside. He grabbed buckets, sponges, and soap, taking them outside and down the garage ramp into the lush grass beyond. Then he went back in and wheeled out a large bin of water. He hoped he wouldn’t use this all up while they were here and have to go down to the lake to gather more. Next he grabbed what needed cleaning. There were a lot of assorted parts, but mostly it was iron and protosteel tools. Some of it for building, some for forging. He did detach the furnace outflow vent, which was fairly large and stained black with soot. He grabbed his brush and got to work, happy to feel the breeze in his frills. After a bit of this, he felt like someone was watching him. He stopped his work, looking around. Sure enough, one bunker over there were two beings and a… Muaka? The one glowing silver, he was pretty sure she was looking his way. He waved and got back to work. IC: Forgemaster Viltia NUVA - Toa NUVA of the Green Location - Kini-Nui Valley, Twekohui’s Empty Bunker With - Zataka, Muaka NUVA Proxima Viltia frowned, saddened that both a Ruin had been destroyed and that Irnakk’s Tooth wouldn’t work out. She shrugged at Zataka’s further questions, “I have no idea. I already don’t know much about technology and the Suvas are full of this space warping technology which is beyond normal technology. So I’m really lost. All I know is that this has never happened before. Maybe it has to do with that Ruin being destroyed. I don’t know.” Viltia scratched at her mask and looked around, trying to figure out some solution that wouldn’t send them wildly off course or take a ton of time. “Going to my village would take far too long, and my Kaita mech is there, which wouldn’t be good for you.” The abandoned and now repopulated village of Kini-Koro glistened in the distance, “And I would have no idea where to start looking for a forge in Kini-Koro.” The mech in the distance thankfully didn’t seem to be heading their way, instead heading for the grand temple. It leaned down, presumably to talk with Nuju. Its voice boomed across the valley, words distorted by the distance. That left only one other bunker unopened and- When Viltia looked to the bunker, which was one over from hers, the bottom of it was blocked by some kind of building so that she couldn’t see if someone was at its door. That definitely hadn’t been there before. Some being was… Anger momentarily flashed through her. It was a Skakdi! He was outside the building, cleaning something. Probably weapons to kill innocents. He adjusted his grip as he cleaned and Viltia recognized a Kanoka mold! A strange mix of joy and anger filled her. How could she go and ask him to help them out? But the opportunity was right there for the taking, practically thrown into her lap. But it was a Skakdi! The green Skakdi looked up like he could sense someone was watching him. He looked around until he spotted Viltia and waved. Viltia’s Heartlight instantly melted. He was one of the good ones! Just like Nektann had become. Now there was nothing holding her back. She looked back to Zataka and pointed a thumb in the direction of the Cube, “Maybe we could go see if that building has a forge inside. The Skakdi over there is cleaning a Kanoka mold, after all. I would say that’s promising.” OOC: @Vezok's Friend
  17. IC: Voracious - Zivon Location - Irnakk’s Tooth Something across the veil kept catching his attention. There was a lot of movement far below in a valley with a lake. He wasn’t one to look for mischief. Or at least he thought he wasn’t. But still, he decided to carefully make his way down the mountain to investigate closer. As long as he stayed in the Realm of Nightmares he would be safe and he could see what was going on.
  18. IC: Forgemaster Viltia NUVA - Toa NUVA of the Green Location - Kini-Nui Valley, Twekohui’s Empty Bunker With - Zataka, Muaka NUVA Proxima Viltia leaned forward, intrigued as the broken mask was laid before her. Piece by piece it was slowly put together into a form she was able to recognize as a Kanohi. It was like nothing she had ever seen before. And although it didn’t compare to the Mask of Creation, it had once been marvelously crafted. The form shifts once must have been amazing to gaze upon. She looked up as Zataka introduced it. Dimensional Travel? That was like… Teleportation gone haywire. Though if she had to guess, it probably had something to do with Time Duplication and Teleportation, both of which she had experience with. Her voice was filled with awe, “That’s so cool. And just perfect, I’m sure my past experiences will allow me to… NO!” Viltia shouted in shock as the voice of the Air Suva spoke to her, Error, this Suva has experienced a sudden loss in power. This Suva will shut down until power can be restored. This is not a test. Viltia looked in the direction of the Air Suva, shock on her face. Her optics were distant, not seeing the wall of shadows before her, “No, no, no, nonono!” She turned to Zataka, mind scrambling. If the Air Suva wouldn’t work, then where could she go? Le-Metru Nuva was a no. Her Time Duplicates were doing important things and she needed them to stay active, so she couldn’t go and move her Kaita mech again to allow Zataka to enter Le-Metru Nuva. Kini-Koro was a mess and who knew if they had a forge that could get hot enough to- The volcano! She had her protosteel tools with her. She could re-forge the Kanohi in the lava flows with her Fire Resistance Kraata. “So bad news. The Air Suva just powered off. Something must have happened to it. But this mask is far more important than figuring out what went wrong. I have experience working with powers lesser than Dimensional Gates, so it shouldn’t take me too much longer to do things by hand. Maybe a couple hours. With how time has been around here, no one might even notice. “But we need to go somewhere else. In interest of time, I suggest the volcano. I have all my tools already with me and-” The sound of another bunker opening up filled the valley, along with it came the sound of rushing liquid. “And it sounds like someone just unlocked their own Kaita mech. They are bound to destroy all Rite-born at any cost. You need to be careful.” Viltia reached out to grab the Olmak, then withdrew her hands when she thought better of the idea, “What do you want to do? I could teleport to the volcano right now and start working as soon as I can. But I totally understand never letting this Kanohi out of your sight.” OOC: @Vezok's Friend IC: Past Viltia #2 & #3 - Toa NUVA of the Green Location - Under the Aqua Sphere Both Past Viltias gasped, the sudden rushing intake of air making a loud wail as their massive forms breathed in. The Aqua Sphere was getting bigger. Kilo in his mech had gone past it. Sorilax was trapped in there, now falling to potentially his death! They were too small to try to keep the sphere aloft on their own, but they could slow its fall. Or cushion it. Anything to keep it from breaking upon impact. Using their combined efforts with a quickly made plan, they got to work. First they tried their best to get under the falling sphere. Then they started with a thick bed of soft vines that coiled and curled in upon themselves in tangled knots. Many leaves sprouted from them, adding even more cushion to the roiling mess. They worked as fast as they could together, growing the field wider and taller, limited by their half-Kaita powersets. Roughly the size of a city block at a time, they grew and nurtured and tried their best in the time they had. OOC: @Unreliable Narrator IC: Past Viltia #1 - Toa NUVA of the Green Location - Near Le-Metru Nuva, Vuata Maca Tree With - Vauta Maca Tree Viltia nodded in understanding. But it wasn’t something she could just help the tree fix quickly or easily. She had no idea where to even begin. Fetid bogs laced with deceased insects. Tainted EP defiling predators and prey alike. Mutated Rahi roaming through a downpour of acidic rain. All was overwhelming and unstoppable. “I don’t know how to fix the swamp. There’s too much corruption.” The sun after a bad storm. The dawning of a new day after a savage night. “Do you have any ideas on what to do to turn things around?” OOC: @Eyru
  19. IC: Forgemaster Viltia NUVA - Toa NUVA of the Green Location - Kini-Nui Valley, Twekohui’s Empty Bunker With - Zataka, Muaka NUVA Proxima A visible change came over Viltia. She was less casual, standing straighter. Her tethers stopped their flowing motions, most of them shortening in preparation for the work her arms would normally be doing at a regular forge. When she spoke, her voice had conviction and drive. Viltia reached around her back, pulling out her Mask of Rahi Control. She swapped it out for a Mask of Growth in the Air Suva. With the warping of space, the mask changed in her hand. She held it out to her Muaka and gave him a mental command. His massive jaw came down on the mask. Once. Twice. Thrice. She pulled the Kanohi away and set it into a wooden bowl that formed below it, a table forming below that to hold both up. Viltia pulled out a hammer from her sack that had been slung over her shoulder. She struck swiftly and with precision. The mask, which had been cracked and mauled, broke into many pieces with horrible crunching noises accompanying the actions. Viltia held up the bowl, “Okay, so as an example, this is your broken mask. It’s destroyed beyond normal repair. I place it into the Air Suva’s forging space…” The contents of the bowl suddenly disappeared, mentally taken from the space they had been residing in, “...and try to piece it back together.” She mentally worked at the Suva’s forge, heating and merging the pieces back the way they had been. When she was finished, the Kanohi was output into her hand. She held it up for Zataka to see. The Mask of Growth seemed thin in spots and had very obvious spiderweb cracks that had been fused back together. It did, however, have that silvery sheen that showed that it held power. “Now, this would be around the best patch job I could do. The power would work for a short time.” Viltia took the mask in both hands and twisted hard. It broke easily. “But as you can see, structurally it is weak. And since it sounds like your mask is a Legendary type mask, the power might not be able to be contained when used, potentially harming the wearer.” Viltia held up a finger as the mask pieces disappeared again, “Instead, what we need to do is melt it all down back into its base form of molten protodermis.” In the Air Suva’s forging space, the mask pieces melted down. Viltia made sure everything was evenly dispersed and pure and then morphed it straight into mask form, just as it had been. The mask reappeared in her hands, perfectly whole once more, “And then I just form it into a Kanohi again. If we were using a normal forge, first I would forge it into a Kanoka and work from there. But thankfully we can skip that step.” She swapped out the Mask of Growth for her Mask of Rahi Control, putting it back in its pouch. “The only complication sounds like it's going to be the sheer power of the mask. Each Great Disc I made took weeks of learning with a normal forge. There might be a major learning curve with this Kanohi that I’ll need to overcome. Or maybe not, the Air Suva’s forging space takes care of most forging problems that would occur. “Either way, I’m sure that I can help you out.” OOC: @Vezok's Friend
  20. IC: Forgemaster Viltia NUVA - Toa NUVA of the Green Location - Kini-Nui Valley, Twekohui’s Empty Bunker With - Zataka, Muaka NUVA Proxima Viltia perked up as Zataka approached, a slight smile forming. The sounds from the mysteriously produced bag were immediately familiar and she felt an urge to get working. She really loved forging. Almost as much as gardening, and that was saying a lot. Zataka did something weird, though, and spoke physically. Her voice held strength and conviction mixed with grace. It made Viltia think of Sidra and how her friend spoke with such a factual mindset. The voice fit Zataka perfectly and she was glad to hear it. But her focus quickly shifted. Viltia itched to snatch the bag and repair the poor, broken Kanohi inside, but that would be rude, so instead she nodded to the bag, “Sounds really broken. Do you know if you have all the pieces?” OOC: @Vezok's Friend
  21. Hey, @Unreliable Narrator. Regarding this Tuyet post, Atamai already swatted that Kanoka out of the air.
  22. IC: Past Viltia #2 & #3 - Toa NUVA of the Green Location - Under the Aqua Sphere With - Kilo-M9, Jutori Both Past Viltias nodded in unison at the signal. They crouched low, tethers coiling on the ground like massive snakes. They gave each other a look to confirm they both were ready and then sprung upwards with a rush of displaced air. Enlarged limbs extended, tethers stretching to their limit, both pushing down into the ground and lifting up the Kaita mech to toss it. The Past Viltias didn’t quite have the strength of a Pakari, but they more than made up for it with their tethers and having each other there. Weightless, Patiwairutiki left their last tether’s grasp and sailed into the air. It was an awesome sight to behold. OOC: @pokemonlover360 @Tarn IC: Cravious NUVA - Skakdi NUVA of Lightning, Mind Reading and Quick Healing Location - Kini-Nui, Unopened Bunker With - Whira Cravious worked his jaw, thinking over the problem presented to them. How were they going to kill that Zivon? Have it fight another Zivon, perhaps? There didn't seem to be a quick, easy solution. He switched topics as he exited the Cube, immediately impressed with the gargantuan size of the bunker before them. It rose a hundred feet up and was made of some metal he had never seen before nor could he affect with his new power over Iron. He walked up to it and rapped on it with his knuckles. It sounded solid beyond belief. To his surprise, he also felt something as he touched it. There was something there. He placed a palm to the surface. It was a hunger that longed for something only he could give. Cravious nodded to himself. It must want the Great Disc of Enlarge’s power, just like the last lock. If it was anything like getting NUVA, then it was well worth the price. Cravious poured the power of the Great Disc out through his hands as he placed both of them upon the bunker’s surface. The door ate and consumed and still it hungered for more. Cravious gave it what it wanted. Even as it sucked dry his Great Disc power, he kept going. Surely it was almost over, right? It still hungered. He gave up his element next, starting to grow concerned as it still consumed. There was a moment where it felt like it would keep going, that it would take everything from him. He paused, almost breaking off contact. But the thought of an even greater reward filled his mind and he gave all he had, confident the door wouldn’t go so far as to kill him. And that decision was his undoing, as now he couldn't stop. The door consumed. OOC: @~Xemnas~ @Unreliable Narrator
  23. IC: Forgemaster Viltia NUVA - Toa NUVA of the Green Location - Kini-Nui With - Muaka NUVA Proxima Viltia appeared before her bunker. She stretched out her body, massive jaws opening wide as her neck extended. It had been such a short time, but she really did care for her Muaka. It wasn’t just the product of some power, it was now her friend and companion. She hoped he could stay at her side for a good long time. She unmerged from him, sad to be apart but getting more used to the feeling of doing so. She peered towards the airship and the colored beings beside it. From this distance, it was hard to make out what was happening. She wished to go see what was going on, but knew she had told Zataka she would show up here, not back at the group. She would honor what she had said. Her Muaka gazed at her, “Creator okay?” It spoke using the power of the Mask of Translation. Viltia nodded and pat him on his side, causing him to purr, the Sonics enhanced vibrations flowing through her body. “Yeah, I’m fine. I want to go back down there, but the right thing is to stay here and wait for Zataka to show up. Hopefully after that Sidra, Korruhn, Whisper, or Stannis will show up with their Makoki Stones.” The Muaka didn’t understand the complexity of what was said, but knew his creator was anxious for something to happen. He rubbed his cheek on her body, trying to comfort her. OOC: @Vezok's Friend IC: Past Viltia #2 & #3 - Toa NUVA of the Green Location - Under the Aqua Sphere With - Kilo-M9, Jutori Past Viltia #3 nodded along with the plan, forgetting in the moment that she could just fly them up there instead of throwing them. The throwing part sounded really exciting. “Sorilax is this super nice Aspect of Makuta that denies majorly how nice he is. He left his main body back in my village, but he can do this like... remote possession thing with the Rahkshi he made and that’s what he’s doing right now. They have these spiky spines and look really mean, though his aren’t. Mean, that is. He rambles on a lot. And he talks super weird, too. “Oh! and he knows even less about technology than I do, and I know next to nothing, so he’s probably way in over his head.” As Kilo and Jutori got ready, #3 jumped off of #2’s shoulder. She flew a bit away and grew just as large as her counterpart. They stood on either side of Patiwairutiki, tethers wrapping around it and hands grabbing the mech at its armpits and elbows. #3 bellowed out a booming question, “You both ready?” OOC: @pokemonlover360 @Tarn IC: Cravious NUVA - Skakdi NUVA of Lightning, Mind Reading and Quick Healing Location - Kini-Nui Valley With - Whira Clash kept his optics on the newly installed gauges and readouts, keeping the Cube on course. Sagacious, who was by his side, called out instructions, “I see the grand temple valley. It looks like there’s portals of some kind and a whole village, just like that Aspect Icarax told Cravious.” Clash responded to her further callouts, slowly lowering the Cube until they could see the bunkers and which ones were already open. Two were still closed, but one of those two already had someone by it. Sagacious had Clash land them near the untouched bunker and went to go tell Cravious. Cravious, meanwhile, had finished the project he was working on. He fitted it over his head, the fit perfect to his form. Two of the device’s arms clamped to the Kanohi on his face. He then pulled out his Legendary Kanohi of Hunger and slotted it onto the secondary space behind his head. The device clamped down on the upside-down Kanohi, keeping it in place. It looked like Cravious was now wearing a split helmet. He sent a spark to a very specific spot in the headgear’s wiring. It activated and the mask was lifted off of his face and raised up. The one on the back slid underneath and into place on his face as the first one now sat behind his head. Cravious tested it out a couple of times before letting the Kanohi NUVA of Conjuring rest on his face. He responded to Whira, “Well I don’t know who this Krom is. Hopefully we get lucky and this is the place you need to go. But then we also need to figure out how to kill our Zivon. Do you think you could possess it and have it kill itself like you did with that Kaita?” He was actually kind of glad that… Cravious paused, hiding his thoughts. Sagacious walked up, looking over Whira’s new form. Cravious had spent a while perfecting that Aspect body. It was good to see it in use. She turned to Cravious, “We’re here. There’s only two bunkers left unopened, but someone is at the other one.” Cravious squinted his optics at that. He wondered if he should be concerned or not that the others were already open. Well, they needed to get moving whether it was a good or bad development. He nodded his head towards the nearest door outside and started walking, Whira presumably in tow. OOC: @~Xemnas~
  24. IC: Cravious NUVA - Skakdi NUVA of Lightning, Mind Reading and Quick Healing Location - Ash Barrens With - Whira Cravious grinned wide. He liked the sound of an even greater reward and he was also pleased that Whira liked his handiwork. It really was one of his better Aspect bodies that he had made. “And do you know what we need to do next for your Grand Wish? We should figure things out so we can get moving as soon as I unlock whatever it is I’m unlocking and you get Icarax's armor.” As he talked, he fiddled with a few pieces of metal that just appeared before him. They were thin, hollow tubes. Soon smaller, more intricate pieces appeared, summoned by his now innate power. He grabbed a few pieces of non-iron that he had lying around. Something that looked like it could go on someone’s head slowly took shape. The Cube soared through the air, pointed diagonally to cut through the air just like it did in the water. Soon the landscape of the Ash Barrens gave way to the mountain range that sprawled out from Irnakk’s Tooth. They were well on their way. OOC: @~Xemnas~
  25. IC: Past Viltia #2 & #3 - Toa NUVA of the Green Location - Under the Aqua Sphere With - Kilo-M9, Jutori Both Past Viltias shrugged in unison, causing #3 to have her tethers latch onto the larger her to maintain stability. When she steadied herself, #3 spoke back to Jutori, “Not really. I can fly or even teleport up there. I’m just trying to figure out a plan for how I can check things out but still stay safe. Both of me here are Time Duplicates and I really don’t want to hurt present me by doing something dumb. But my Aspect friend and his Matoran companion are up there trying to fix whatever’s wrong with the Administrator and I’m worried for their safety. That floating fortress doesn’t look too inviting.” Large Past Viltia #2 looked up into the sky at the Aqua Sphere in concern for Sorilax. He wouldn’t answer her mental communication with him. He must be busy. Or maybe it didn’t work because she was from the past. She hoped he was okay. #3 continued, “But then I saw you guys and wondered if you needed any help while I'm here.” It was at this point Kilo spoke up. “Greetings, unknown toa NUVA. This unit’s designation is Citizen Pacification Unit K1R1 Kilo-M9 NUVA. Short form Kilo. As Ally Jutori just mentioned, this unit intends to reach the aqua sphere and bring this mech to deal with any dangerous forces. The Administrator stated that two matoran released a prisoner that intends to harm the Administrator and potential data servers of builder culture. In addition, this unit has detected a usurper hive adjacent to the sphere that likely contains Barraki Ehlek who is performing matoran experiments. Barraki Ehlek must be stopped.” “Would unknown toa NUVA be willing to assist this unit with reaching the sphere?” Past Viltia #3 quickly nodded, “Oh yeah, I’ll totally help. I wonder if Sorilax knows about this prisoner. I hope he and the Administrator are okay.” She didn’t really understand all the technology talk, but it didn’t sound good. The news of Ehlek angered her though. How dare he hurt those precious stars! She had a mind to blast the fortress with her Great Disc beam and teleport him to who knows where. But she stopped herself. He could just come back if she did that. And what about those he might have locked up? Ehlek needed to be stopped once and for all. “I’ll totally help you guys get up there, if I can. I’m Viltia, by the way. I guess technically it’s Forgemaster Viltia NUVA, but just Viltia is fine.” OOC: @pokemonlover360 @Tarn Was almost ninja'd. Hopefully I made it make sense without changing the first part. IC: Past Viltia #1 - Toa NUVA of the Green Location - Near Le-Metru Nuva, Vuata Maca Tree With - Vauta Maca Tree Past Viltia #1 ran her hand along the shimmering bark of the tree, noticing the play of rainbow light below its surface. The hello came to her and she immediately understood the words the other her had said. The way it spoke was just like how she sensed using the senses of the Fau Swamp, “seeing” through the trees and bushes and mushroom spores. It was so natural to her that it felt like words spoken aloud. “Hello, precious one,” She spoke back, both in words and her mind, but most importantly through her element itself. There were images of clouds clearing from the face of the sun, of a sapling drinking in the nutrients of the soil, of a gardener propping up a broken stem so it could be healed. OOC: @Eyru
