  1. OOC: Are Raaka and Konaro still bedbound, or able to walk around?

    IC: Raaka

    "Hey, Konaro. You awake?"

    IC: Konaro

"Yeah, completely," Konaro replied, being careful not to lean too heavily on his injured arm.

"Not gonna be in battle for a few days, but we should look for any full doctor with a Mask of Healing."

He paused for a minute and then asked, "After we're all fixed up, what are we gonna do?"

  2.

    IC: Konaro

"So, how long before we're back in commission, doc?" Konaro asked. "I can't exactly idle my time away when there's heroism to be undertaking. Especially when it comes to that hospital in Ko-Koro. What happened there, by the way? And is there any place I can get decent weapons? I'd like to add to my collection."

    IC: Bohrei [Ta-Koro Hospital]

She gave a taut smile.  "'Doc'? That's a new one.  Most of my 'patients' aren't very talkative.  I'll leave the esitmates to the fellow who's healing you, but bar catastrophe you shouldn't be out for too long.  I'm afraid I can't vouch for the practicality of any heroics, though.  As for weapons, I'm afraid I haven't kept up with that sort of thing in a while."  (This was only mostly true; a woman had to know where to get replacement parts for her revolver, after all.)

"As for what happened back there... that's what I'm trying to get a picture of.  It's one thing to mark a victim's cause of death as 'hole in the chest', it's another to understand who put it there and why.  If you're feeling well enough to talk, what do you remember?"

    IC: Konaro

Konaro briefly nodded. "Yeah, I do. Would help at least. Last thing I remember was I was lunging for someone, I was shooting some ice bolts at someone during the battle, then the Skakdi (Raaka I think his name was) and I came here looking for medical attention. last thing I remember was that the heat hit me like a wall."

    He paused for a moment.

"I hope Raaka feels better soon. I'd like to get to figuring out what to do now about our current situation."

  3. IC: Bohrei [Ta-Koro Hospital]

She looked back to the Toa.  "Indeed.  Nor is it cerebral hemorrhaging, a comminuted fracture, or half a dozen other unpleasant souvenirs a battlefield can leave you.  The both of you are lucky."

  4. IC: Bohrei [Ta-Koro Hospital]

"He's here.  Also not dead, despite the surroundings.  Hold still for a moment."  As she had with the Skakdi, she focused and scanned the Toa's body, frowning as she did.  "Upon review, I'm going to change that 'for a moment' to 'the foreseeable future'.  You've got some a few incomplete fractures, so unless you want to be on crutches for the next few months, my best advice is to not move until we get someone with a Vita in here."

There was the clatter of footsteps, and she looked up to see one of the doctors - a Turaga of Stone whose name she had never caught - enter the room, followed a few moments later by Brontes.  "Speak of the Makuta.  Both have more than their fair share of fractured bones, with some general trauma to boot."

"Any unpleasant surprises I should be ready for?"

"Severe scarring on the Skakdi from old wounds.  Don't waste your time on them."

The Turaga nodded and began to make his way over to Raaka.  Bohrei looked up at Brontes.  "Thanks."

    IC: Konaro

"Hmm." Konaro mused. I thought it was only my head that was hurting. I don't feel any-"

He cut himself short and drew in a sharp breath as he slightly slid his leg barely an inch to the left.

"Ok, felt that one. Least it's not my mask. Right?"

  5.

    IC: Konaro (Ta-Koro Hospital)

Konaro opened his eyes and the blur before his senses settled into defined shapes around him. Unaware of what had happened, he looked around.

"Uh," He said, "Where am I?"

The pain in his head seemed to have subsided, and he felt confident he could comprehend whatever answer was given to him.

[OOC: For the sake of interaction I'll roll with this, but for what it's worth Bohrei and co. should be carting corpses at this point, not general patients, so if a third person winds up not-dead it's going to get a bit ridiculous. :P No worries, though! And sorry for the slow followup.

...Also, apparently I had a complete reading comprehension fail a while back and thought there were many more refugees/dead people than there actually were! My bad.  Well, as Perp pointed out this allows for some Monty Python-esque "I ain't dead" moments, so maybe it's all for the best? Sorry for the confusion!]

    IC: Bohrei [Ta-Koro Hospital]

The sound that came out of the Skakdi's mouth started as a groan and slid into a sigh as she thought better of it.  "Dead people," she said to the room at large, "put the dead people on one set of carts, that's all I asked.  It should not be a difficult concept."  She looked down at her first 'patient' for a moment.  "Stay there."

She looked up to the Guardsmen.  "Would one of you go fetch a doctor before another corpse turns out not to be?"  Without waiting for an answer, she stepped over to where the Toa of Ice lay sandwiched between two bodies and carefully lowered the top - a glassy-eyed Voritxx - to the ground before turning her attention to him.  "Hospital.  No, you're not dead, contrary to surrounding evidence.  Name?"

    IC: Konaro

Konaro's head swam as he sought out the answer to the question. "Neoru Konaro. I believe I came in with a Skakdi. Where is he?"

  7. IC: Torana

"I can shock you from a distance, you know?"

    - - - - - - - - - -

    IC: Raaka

"At this point, just pulling something would be a relief."

OOC: Just a note, Raaka's got a few minor burns to his chest and spine, lacerated chin, puncture wound in his left leg, fractured bone in his left leg, and some fractured ribs.

OOC: Oh wow. Didn't catch this. Either way.

    IC: Konaro

"Well," Konaro continued, "Need some ice?" He formed a chunk of it in his hand with his elemental energy half-serious, half-joking.

  8. IC: Torana

"Y'know, this place..." she said, looking to the charred trees surrounding the quartet, "...was spooky enough to begin with. I can't decide whether there being an abandoned mansion here is... overly cliché, or just... even spookier."

    - - - - - - - - - -

    IC: Raaka

"I'd assume the local hospital would be the likely place to go," said Raaka, carefully lowering himself out of Konaro's support and onto the Ussal, trying not to hurt himself in the process.

He ultimately failed at that last bit as searing pain shot straight up his left side.

    IC: Konaro

"Whoa," Konaro said, slightly lunging towards the injured Skakdi, "Watch it man. You'll pull or tear something else. You shoulda let me help."

He turned towards the crab's owner. "If you don't mind," He said, "We should go ASAP. Also, I need a drink."

  9. IC: "Hahaha, you're a funny one. Amount of Heatstone he can haul, you two'll be nothin'."

    Thanks for the compliment.

    IC: Konaro

"Well, by all means," Konaro replied. "We appreciate it. Where you guys haulin' us by the way?"

  10. IC: "I dunno. Red, you ever actually fight matches there? I certainly don't remember either me or the firefly running into you."

IC: "B- Bruh," Kellin warbled, affecting an air of pained sorrow "Am I just invisible to you? After that masterful rigging of explosives, I'm nothing?"

    ...

He snickered. "Just playin'. Name's Kellin, Kellin Santos. The most accident-prone rough-and-tumble miner by trade you'll ever meet."

And I'm Cancer. came the calm chitter, accompanied by a waved claw.

"And this is Cancer. My cool-headed, analytical partner in crime. 'Cept we, y'know, fight crime."

    IC: Konaro

"Oh wow," Konaro said while holding up his Skakdi friend.

"I forgot what Ussals looked like."

He looked to Kellin and said, "Mind helping us out? Raaka's messed up and we need him patched up and the two of us fed and well rested, in that order." He shrugged to bring a little more focus on the Skakdi, making him groan.

  11. OOC: y'all ready fo' dis?

    IC: Torana

    She held her arm out.

"Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the main event!"

She could feel the static tingling over he armour, the rippling electricity in the air.

Her arm dropped and thunder roared.

    "Begin!"

    - - - - - - - - - -

    IC: Raaka

The Skakdi followed his friend, massaging his jaw and trying not to fall over. His injured leg was pretty painful to stand on.

"Dunno. You said you needed a new weapon, right?"

    IC: Konaro

"Well," the Toa of Ice replied, "I don't exactly NEED a new weapon. I could definitely use one but I think getting you some medical attention is a bigger issue."

The Toa wrapped his arm around the Skakdi's back and put the Skakdi's arm over his shoulder to support him.

"I'd say we could use a meal too. But first, some hospice."

  12. IC: Konaro

The Toa of Ice stepped off the cablecar into the blazing heat of Ta-Koro. He struggled to get used to it.

"If there are any other Ko-matoran or Toa of Ice here, you think they'd give me tips?" He asked his Skakdi companion Raaka. "For that matter, where are we going?"

  13.

I'm going to have you shot at dawn for not seeing that this is a revived thread. I reported this ages ago, come on mods!

    Aww son of a Roodaka!

Interesting theory, but it's been continuously debunked since humans are not something that exists in the Bionicle universe (or multiverse).

    They don't , or we don't know ...

Greg has said multiple times that humans don't exist in the Bionicle multiverse. So your theory is false.

Well, he also said that they don't reproduce or have romantic connections. This is Lego. The only thing that matters is HEADCANON.
