  1. IC Asuno: The matoran understandably was on edge, and Asuno couldn't fault her for refusing to serve them. As the matoran read the letter that was attached to the 'mook', and Jrahann inquired as to it's contents, Asuno looked about the shelves and prepared to offer services to the matoran owner of the store. "Jrahann," Asuno addressed his Skakdi companion, "Wait till she's finished reading, my dear."
  2. IC Asuno: Asuno kept his hands up. "Again, we don't want any trouble." He replied "We just want to buy stuff. Don't worry, we have widgets. Tons, in fact. We might even be able to help in other ways. So whaddya got?"
  3. OOC: I trust you're the one referred to by Akavakaku, and are replying to her. If not, I'll edit this post later. IC Asuno: Asuno held up his hands. "Whoa whoa whoa!" He exclaimed. "Hold up, we don't mean any trouble. Do you own this store?"
  4. IC Asuno: "Whoa..." He whispered to himself. He ran into the shop that Jrahann dashed into. "Jrahann, I don't know what you're gonna get me into," he said, looking around. "Now, where's the shopkeep?"
  5. IC Asuno: "Well," Asuno started, "My little cache should be here somewhere..." He frantically looked left and right, and moved almost immediately toward a small portion of the exterior wall of the Highway. He sighted an area whose only feature was a faint, barely round outline that indicated that there was something a little out of the ordinary about it. he tapped it a few times, and the top sunk in a bit, with the bottom moving the other direction proportionally. "Ah, yeah!" He exclaimed quietly. He managed to pull the rock out, which exposed his cache. Approximately seventy widgets, and two more loosely coiled portions of rope. He removed the contents and replaced the rock covering properly. He turned to Jrahann. "Now, let's find an intact shop. If the chaos gets too much, we might have to go back through, to Onu-Koro. Should be relatively safe there, wouldn't you think?"
  6. IC Asuno: (From Le-Koro) The recovering amnesiac Toa of Sonics stepped out of the tunnel that formed the Le-Onu-Ta Koro Highway. He beheld before him the fiery city, and it appeared that there was a blazing lot of action. He looked back, hoping to see Jrahann coming behind him.
  7. Good: Polip. he sold me his Trans-Yellow Misprint Kaukau for 30.50, including shipping. Took a little while, but that wasn't his fault. It's confirmed to be in the possession right now of my "reciever", and she'll be transporting it to me soon. I thank him profusely. Neutral/Bad: giantpurplejerkface. He started that "buy my stuff please" topic, offered to sell me all six of his Bohrok Kal for 30 bucks, plus 10 shipping, and he'd throw in what Krana Kal he had for free. I told him I had to wait for payment, but then he said "send it to me when you can, and when you do I'll send it out." I was messaging him, and he never replied after the 18th of April. It was approaching my birthday and I sort of panicked, especially after seeing his "update" which was last june (I didn't pay attention to the date), and sent him the money, hoping he'd get the message. He hasn't been on in over a month, so no word on the BKs. He hasn't responded to anybody's other queries. I began a process to reclaim my cash through paypal already.
  8. Good luck with that. He hasn't been on since the 18th of april. He hasn't replied to anyone. You guys should PM him, that if he has the preference turned on he will get an email I have. A couple times.
  9. Good luck with that. He hasn't been on since the 18th of april. He hasn't replied to anyone.
  10. IC Asuno: Asuno put the remainder of the widgets into his satchel, and withdrew one of the lightstones and the rope. "Fine. I'll buy you a bag then for it," He replied. "And we'll get there when it's dark. It's not gonna be very bright in the Highway. I can see the entrance from here. Plus, I have another cache just outside of the Ta-Koro entrance. So I'll get the stuff from there, buy you a bag so you'll be able to carry whatever you obtain, and we'll carry on, alright?" He handed her the lightstone and the rope, and withdrew one of the other lightstones. "Let's go." (TO Le-Onu-Ta-Koro Highway)
  11. IC Asuno: Asuno nodded. "Yeah, it's not so much that they name the places after the elements, but kind of organize themselves based on what ambient elemental power they have. Ta-Koro is full of Ta-Matoran. That's the way it usually goes, isn't it?" He stepped out, and began walking towards the forest. "Anyway, I'm glad you're along for the ride." He smiled. "Maybe I'll manage to get you heroic." They began to walk deeper into the forest. Suddenly, Asuno stopped, and began looking around. "And it should be... Aha!" He exclaimed, approaching a rock oddly positioned on another. He gently removed the first rock, and pushed the other rock away. What lay before his eyes was a small cache of resources; a couple of lightstones, some rope, and quite a few widgets. He picked up the lightstones and rope, depositing it into his satchel before beginning to count the widgets. He was amazed nobody found it and pilfered it. "...67, 68, 69, 70... I'll take that much, and..." he trailed off again, putting the widgets he counted so far into his satchel, and began to count the remainder. A short time after, he finished. "....78, 79, 80. Ok. Hold out your hands." He told Jrahann.
  12. IC Asuno: As they descended in the elevator, Asuno noticed and addressed Jrahann's bad expression. ''And why are you so sour, my dear?" He asked, smirking. "The fool got away, but I dont think he'll be hurting anyone anytime soon. Besides, you're getting some free stuff soon. I thought I told you my amnesia seems to be wearing off a bit. In fact, I think I have an inkling of my next destination. Yours, too, if you're gonna follow along." He began playing with the knife he stole from Shadowstalker. "I have a hunch that we might find some fun in Ta-Koro. If my recollections are correct, that place never has a shortage of fun. Let's hope nobody touched my supply cache yet."
  13. IC Asuno: "Hey!" he exclaimed in defense, "That's not fair. You should have just as sensitive hearing as I do!" He paced for a moment with his hand to his chin, and raised his finger. "It doesn't matter. During that battle I recalled one of my supply caches. You want a reward, I'm sure I can oblige. Come on, we're going back into the jungle."
  14. OOC: I agree. I believe I may have lost my edge. IC Asuno: The Toa of Sonics heard a bit of creaking. Suspicious, he spun around. Their captive was gone, nowhere to be seen. "Wha-?!" He blurted, astonished. "Where'd he go? He was right here a second ago!"

  19. Has anyone heard from the OP lately? I dont think he's been on since 18th of april.
  20. It's really interesting if you ask me. I know a bit about most of what he talks about, but his presentation is absolutely delightful. It IS a bit hammy but it's only because when you really look at it, science IS that dramatic. I dont see how anyone can be disappointed by it.
