Sadly, you usually have to be absolutely cruel. I've had the misfortune of meeting several people (probably around 4 or 5) I didn't like who kept trying to be my friend. These people also didn't understand when I told them straight out, or when I then told them to go away, or when I then started ignoring them, or when I then started making fun of them. They usually avoid me at all times now thankfully, however there is this one guy who keeps coming back occasionally. However, you should be somewhat thankful these people are telling you you're their best friend, it shows you're a nice person, and uh... friendly, yeah! XP
