Well, in terms of opinion on the movie as a whole, I still really liked it (although the casino subplot was pretty weak and superfluous overall) -- definitely one of my top three favorite Star Wars movies. To each their own, though.

"Her arc culminates in stopping Finn’s suicide run, saying to save what they love instead of fighting what they hate."
Except, since no one knew Luke was going to save the day, from the characters' perspective all she did was ruin their one remaining hope (i.e. Finn's kamikaze attack on the ram allowing the Resistance in hiding to survive by giving them more time).
I like Kelly Marie Tran and Rose's character, but that final scene with her was dreadful.
Obviously this has nothing to do with people being horrid to Tran on the Internet. But that scene in TLJ really bugged me, and I think it should have just been cut entirely.

Definitely #4.
And as an aside, I can't make out any details on 1 at all, which surely won't do it any favors in voting...

If by any chance these are still valid I'd be interested in those for both Moon versions -- even several if there haven't been many takers.

Yeah, that's all a bit of a stretch, especially the "money creates villainy in Star Wars", when the main villains (the Sith) don't have interest in money as a motivation, and the capitalistic groups like the Trade Federation were explictly manipulated by the Sith...

Came here expecting Space Pimp to be number one. Glad to see things are as they should be.

#3 seems far too busy. I much prefer the simplicity of #1.

I loved it, and thought it was way better than Episode 7 (and it's not like I didn't like that movie). Different tastes, I guess.

1. The Prime Trilogy edition.
2. Definitely Metroid Prime. I loved the areas, atmosphere, and overall feel of the game, and the Trilogy Wii controls were perfect.
3. Probably Quadraxis. The spectacle of fighting this gigantic machine in the huge arena, combined with the multiple boss phases and cool music, really made it a memorable fight.
4. Phendrana Drifts, definitely. It has those beautiful desolate landscapes, and the best music of any area.
5. Yeah, because I've heard that various enemies from the Prime Trilogy return, and I want to see those.

While there has often been schedule slippage in the past, it's not the case here. The preliminary polls, which were never edited since being posted in June, all make no mention of semifinals, only the finals. In this contest, as in a number of others in that past, semifinals were cancelled since there were few enough entries that those advancing from preliminaries will already be enough for a final poll.

And here I am playing Pokemon Go disconnected from the real world, having turned of the AR feature due to the game guzzling my phone's battery even more with that enabled than when it's off. :/

May an individual departing BrickFair convert a surfeit of hugs back into hats?
One hug per every ten hats after the first hat.
Do we get a discounted entry fee if we wear multiple hats? =PEntrance to BrickFair requires at least one (1) hat.
Sorry, I don't make the rules

Kill it.

The power bomb is a later-game powerup, but since you still need one more beam and to collect the artifacts there ends up being more left to the game than you think (especially since you can't progress further into the mines once you get the power bomb without new gear).

An interesting choice STOP They tend to be rather rare in the modern era STOP On the plus side, there's no spam STOP

A great series that I'm currently reading through is The Dresden Files. It basically combines urban fantasy with the detective genre, and especially as the series goes on the writing and action become pretty great. Highly recommended.
There's also about 15 books out right now, so plenty of reading material.

From that new footage, it looks a lot more like a successor to Hunters than the earlier footage suggested. It actually looks a bit like a Metroid game now, which is good.

Fun facts: the Phazon Beam is capable of one-hit-killing the Parasite Queen if you cheat. The only other ways to one-hit-kill a boss in the Prime Trilogy are sequence breaking to use a Power Bomb on the Boost Guardian, and the mentioned X-ray + Nova Beam combo on the Metroid Hatchers.

The Prime series was amazing! And if you have a Wii U, you can purchase it from the e-shop, without even tracking down a physical copy. I'd highly recommend it.It's a bit disappointing, because I never got a chance to play the Prime series, which looked amazing.
Given that there aren't so many games, a top ten bosses/items/weapons list sounds like it would be the most interesting.
