Yes, this is an imposter. At a time, mfuss903's account was deleted and then had to be restored by the admins. But when he wasn't restored yet, members got confuzzled with this fake account. It was made in 2006 to imitate mfuss, hence the reason why it is banned.
No, it was actually one in a series of dupe accounts. There were dupes of Ninjo, Dimensioneer, ~X-Clone~, etc.
