  1. I just had to laugh when I read you post. Knew exactly what you meant. Have fun and enjoy it. I've been back four years and it is still the best two years I've ever had. Now, question, how many of us are in this community?
  2. Yeah, there's something wrong with the Ta-Koro entrance. It works great to get out, just not in. Nuparu's already been told this. Just avoid going in at Ta-Koro. Use the little stump bridge.
  3. Did you go straight in or did you turn around and looked at the gate? Looking at the gate is what causes the glitch to happen.
  4. When and where did you enter? There's one location that will glitch the game when you enter it at a certain point in the game.
  5. she is, just as the taxi crab into Onu-Koro from Po-Koro, like in the original game.
  6. no, we're still waiting for the rest to come out.
  7. I just have a question about VNOG. I thought it was deemed non-canonical? I mean completely non-canonical, not only partially like MNOG and MNOG II.
  8. I can write is easily enough, but when it comes to reading it, I'm a bit slow.
  9. If you're thinking about that fight at Ga-Koro where the Boxors were out powered, it was more of a terrain thing than it not being able to defeat the Bohrok. You can go read the Wall of History entry about it the encounter with the Gahlok. It's titled "New Invention Saves Onu-Koro". Edit: Just looked at the Boxor on BS01. Under Features it states that a Boxor had enough force to disable a Bohrok-Va on it's own. Multiple Boxors were need to take down a Bohrok. This seems to contradict the entry on the Wall of History, which was originally posted by LEGO, that a single Boxor was able to clear a swarm of Gahlok out of Onu-Koro. I think someone who has either the guide or the encyclopedias so look this up, as it's confusing me.
  10. Glad to see things are finally falling into place. I know it's been tough, but it's been worth it and the wait.
  11. That's a great explanation if I may say so. Plus, it helps to explain how Artakha created six versions of the Golden Kanohi (he already knew how to do one, the mask could easily do five more), 30 Kanohi Nuva to send to the island of Mata Nui, and then six sets of Adaptive Armor, with their own Kanohi Nuva, for the Toa Nuva when they had proven their worth. In my opinion, the Mask of Creation is more of a time saver than a magical create anything you want/need out of thin air device.
  12. I kind of am. I do it through the walkthrough as I don't know how to edit the files for it. I've sent them two versions, one with the revisions and one without for everyone to see. I know I can use some help with it, as proof reading is usually something someone other than the writer does.
  13. I'd agree. How does this category differ from Masks of Sensory Enhancement and Physical Enhancement, which both offer higher chances of survival by enhancing your natural capacities? These don't necessarily enhance natural abilities. The Kiril, for example, only does inorganic material, allowing for the repair of damaged parts or armor.
  14. Looking at your quote, it mentions that the drain is so slow that a Toa wouldn't notice it until it was too late. Since EE recharges and Toa Energy doesn't, how can a Toa notice a lack of energy but by becoming a Turaga. It seems the Toa Army under Tuyet's control in the Toa Empire weren't at the stage of becoming Turaga yet when Takanuva arrived. It also seems that it's ability to drain energy from a Toa cannot be controlled, explaining why Tuyet just didn't turn rebellious Toa into Turaga.
  15. The Elda can detect other things as well. The primary purpose of the Great version is to find the Ignika, but it can find any hidden object, like Matoro's Spirit form from.
  16. I can see that, but what do you mean the "supposed reboot," and how does it confuse you? I think he is referring to 2014's Invasion From Below, which was made by a different animation company than Tinseltown Toons. It was made by Ghost & ADVANCE. And due to the change of voice actors, animation company, and even theme of the sets that year, a lot changed. Everyone's voices changed drastically except Stormer & Breez whose voices managed to resemble their old ones close enough. It was also the first time we saw heroes take off their helmets to reveal Glatorian heads underneath. HEROsector01 says that this year was suppose to be a reboot of the series for some reason, and doesn't give the reason, hence the new voice actors. Even other info sites like this say so, so I don't really know. I just think someone was lazy and didn't want to create a flowing story, but one in which fans would create their own stories.
  17. I'm wonder if the Mask of Rahi Control would be considered one of the Mental Enhancement Masks? The reason I bring this up is the scene from the MNOG where Lewa uses the Komau to control the Nui-Kopen and free the trapped villagers of Le-Koro. It seems as if the Komau and MoRC are similar, just the MoRC only controls Rahi while the Komau controls any mind weaker than the user.
  18. I agree on some sort of Psionic mask category, as well as other sub-elemental categories, i.e. Flight and Levitation can/could be sub to Air and the Volitak and Huna sub to Light. I personally would have placed the Kaukau under either physcial enhancement or alteration, as it allows the user to breath water. Now that I see it written, I'd say physical alteration. It's a minor one, but it still sort of changes the user.
  19. Nex and Stringer's absents during the Brains Attack can easily be explained as they're off helping capture other villains. (Daniela Capricorn asks the Heroes who are in Makuhero City about the still escaped villains in the begin of the Brain Attack episode.) As for everything else, it did kind of bother me, too, that potential stories seemed to form, and then were cut off. Even in other episodic series, story arcs or multi-part stories happen and they create character development. It seemed here that whoever was behind telling the story for Hero Factory didn't want a full story to occur because they didn't want to hammer out any details. I will say this though, I always thought the Brain Attack was a continuation of the Breakout storyline. It seemed like a natural flow. Accquire the plans of Hero Factory, "shut down" Hero Factory so they can't make more or equip themselves to fight off a hoard of Hero-like Villains. It's the supposed "reboot" of the series that got me so confused.
  20. I'm not saying busted, more turned off. Unless that was his desert form, which would then mean that the desert and default forms are similar.
  21. For the Matoro knowing, read Legends 1: Island of Doom. When Jaller found Matoro in Ko-Metru, he knew something was up. And from the look in Matoro's eyes, a secret he wasn't suppose to share. Now, I know this is in relation to Mata Nui dying, but in order for Jaller to recognize a look in Matoro's eyes as he was keeping a secret means that Jaller knew that Matoro's roll meant he had to keep secrets and that his character, i.e. who he is, meant that Matoro couldn't tell anyone anything. So yeah, I say Matoro knew about Metru Nui, why else would he have been Nuju's personal aid if he didn't and kept it a secret. As for the narration, I'm going with oversight. It's a common thing that happens in "published" storytelling. By that, I mean, when someone else is writing a story that a character is suppose to be telling. It happens a lot in books, TV (great example would be How I Met Your Mother), and sometimes in movies. Just take it with a pinch a salt as to whether or not you believe it's canonical or not.
  22. I feel as if only the mask was replaced, much in the same way when they collected the masks to begin off with. That of course means that Tahu had to had another Suva built on Metru Nui in order for it to work. (I think it was stated that a Suva was needed in order to store masks.) I feel as if the Golden Armor just covers his AA, and would be unaffected if his AA still worked. That right there is the true question, does Tahu still have working adaptive armor?
  23. Agreed. The Movie version of Toa Lhikan's Hau looks more like a regular Tahu-style Hau to me, and his movie Noble Hau looks like both of his set's Haus. So in my headcanon, Lhikan wears a standard Great Hau as a Toa, and the "Lhikan" Hau as a Turaga. It doesn't mean it's not canon, it just means that his unique Hau finally has an explaination- that he elected to have it molded into the noble shape, like how Norik's Pehuki looks like a noble Kiril. I just always preferred to think of it as a noble version. And Toa wearing masks that weren't there proper shape was a thing (like always, look to Toa Norik). Plus, what exactly would be the point behind marking noble masks with a black top if it wasn't to discern it from a great one that looked just like the noble version. Remember, there is a reason behind things being done a certain way, even if that certain way was never fully explained in relation to certain characters.
  24. I'm going to try an combine some of y'all theories here. I say the GB created it as one of the "Bohrok Vents", as Bonesii stated, but they also covered it up, much like the Kini-Nui path as stated by Thormen. Since Mata Nui crashed onto Aqua Mange, the device in the nest could have been damaged, and given how close the EP was to the Bohrok Nest, see the Toa Mata becoming the Toa Nuva, I say that part was pushed up by the tunnel extending due to the EP created the island. That would explain how it was left undamaged by it. It would have most likely remained in the tunnel until it was found. I can't find who mentioned the Turaga exploring the tunnels while looking for Kraata, but the Turaga could have very well explored the many passages on the island. That way they would know of any danger near their villages. Vakama, while exploring this tunnel, could have found the piece, and thinking it looked like a chisel, "called" Onewa to give it to him and possible carve the statue around it to give it some significance to the Matoran of Ta-Koro.
  25. While we don't know what the noble Hau Nuva, Pakari Nuva or Kaukau Nuva look like, we do know it for the other Kanohi Nuva. The Av-Matoran Photok, Solek and Tanama wear Kanohi in the shape of the noble versions of the Kakama Nuva, Akaku Nuva and Miru Nuva respectively. No, you are wrong. Sorry, but I have to clearify this. The Av-Matoran were wearing regular Noble Kanohi, not Noble Kanohi Nuva. No Noble versions of the Nuva Masks exist in any form, set or otherwise. Nuva Masks weren't known to exist (possibly with the exception of the island of Artakha) in the MU until the Toa Nuva arrived. Edit: Sorry for sounding so mean. It just that when I read this, I literally cringed. If you go and read the individual pages of the Akaku, Miru, and Kakama on BS01, you will see Solek, Tanma, and Photok and their respected pages.
