  1. Ic: "Suvak?" Still waited for the drillmaster to receive it. The Rahkshi had a simple question, one unrelated to the studies and shenanigans at Corpus Rahkshi. "How are Skakdi made?"
  2. IC Limos: "Not a clue. Don't have time to think about these other things with Rahkshi breathing down your necks every night. He important?" Limos paused, looking for some sign or landmark. "...And make a left here..."
  3. Don't you handle all of these things in a car by just running over them? I've backed over curbs before And I'm definitely not going to break 40 in ice
  4. IC Limos: "Three centuries!?" Limos exclaimed. "Sounds like there's a story in that." OOC: Limos vs Xaeraz
  5. IC Limos: Well, Xaeraz's instincts were right. Limos's play was simple. Slowly sap this one's energy, blame it on the wind and cold. Not many knew that Toa could wield the power of Hunger, after all. Limos grunted as he raised the other Toa up. "Heavy fella, huh?" He pointed in a certain direction. "The refuge should be thereabouts. Anyways, as to your question..." Limos tromped on ahead. "Was frightened. Unsure. Probably bit like yourself. Got beaten around, but... that doesn't matter." OOC: Limos vs Xaeraz.
  6. OOC: Limos and Xaeraz IC Limos: "I... c'mon. Let's get out of this weather. I'll tell you about it on the way." Limos offered a hand to the Toa of Rust.
  7. IC Limos: "Once," Limos said shortly. "Wasn't expecting another run at it, but... gotta make the best of it." OOC: Limos and Xaeraz
  8. OOC: Iskane and Prose vs Kale and Kopen Limos vs Xaeraz IC Iskane: That stung. Though the Vortixx had used the shadows to hide countless times, he could never get over that murky, icky feeling. But it was useful. The Toa feared the dark by nature. His foe did not follow, which meant that it would likely try to scorch him from afar... well, he could work with that. Rhotuka charging, Iskane prepared for the inevitable beam of light....There! Must have been a big one, for it to not come near instantly. And the bigger, the better... His heartlight burned hot as the Reverse Snap suddenly pulsed, countering the elemental attack. At the same time, he dove out of the shadows, firing another Rhotuka blast low, at his foe's knees. On Kale's end, it would appear as if the light had sputtered and failed him, reverting back to raw energy, energy that turned on him, surging through his body, just as a shadowy disk spun towards him. IC Limos:. "Limos." The Toa held out his hand for a shake, only to be met by a bump. He bemusedly closed it into a fist before meeting the gesture. "You seem a nice guy. Tell you what, assuming this is the exact same mountain as they've used before... I know a nice place to hole in and wait for the majority of the fighting to blow over. Whaddya say? Anything's better than waiting for someone nasty to come along."
  9. IC Limos: "Someone up there," The Toa waved airily at the sky, "Took an interest in you. Just roll with it." Limos surveyed the shivering and chattering Xaeraz closely. "Look at you; you need shelter. Otherwise you'd catch your death in this weather!"
  10. IC Limos: "Cold, friend?" Another Toa grumped up behind Xaeraz, his arms spread wide in a non-threatening manner. "Have to admit," Limos conceded, "This isn't exactly my most favorite of arenas. Kind of surprised to see another Toa not rushing headlong into the fight."
  11. OOC: Iskane and Prose vs Kopen and Kale IC Iskane: Just as the Vortixx blinked the last of the stars out of his eyes, he felt another attack, the force sending him staggering forward. That speed wasn't natural - no way someone came at him from the front and then the back so quickly. This was no good. Iskane needed to reset the battle. He waited a split second - enough time for both parties to formulate and commit to a plan of attack - and then fired off another Rhotuka, swiftly latching onto it. This second trail merged with his first, creating a large swathe of blackness, large enough for him to disappear in. OOC: Think of them as irl censor bars
  12. OOC: Prose and Iskane vs Kale and Kopen IC: Briefly blinded, Iskane, in one swift motion, spun his shield into a defensive position and fired the rhotuka forward, sending a lance of darkness coursing through the air. The reflexive motion clipped against his unseen foe, preventing the worse of the attack. However, without the right stance the Vortixx was still sent reeling back by the Toa's attack.
  13. OOC: Iskane/Prose vs Kopen/Kale IC Iskane: Odd name. Even odder power. Prosperity? "Uh, haven't-" the Vortixx admitted, before a sharp yell interrupted his thoughts. "Hey," Kopen called over to the creature. "You done hiding behind your master there?" Iskane immediately went into full alert, sensitivity shooting up. From his experience, these people, Toa or Matoran, were not this cocky, especially after running like that, unless... A trap.
  14. aight bruh, seems we both edited. We just arrived in the general area you guys are hiding.
  15. Whoops, that case i can edit accordingly after arctic
  16. "Your landing needs work," Iskane grunted. He coiled his body, let go of the flying spinner, and gracefully made a three-point landing, crunching into the snow. OOC: iskane and prose vs kale and kopen
  17. OOC: He's a Toa of iron. It probably jumps him up like a catapult. in pursuit of Kopen with Prose also sleeping time IC Iskane: Huh. Bit faster than usual. Was it this Rahkshi's influence? Iskane knew of no such power, but there wasn't any time to dwell on such things. The Rhotuka ripped itself out of his shield, as he latched onto the projectile in pursuit of the matoran.
  18. IC Iskane: He wasn't really suited for tracking in the snow. It took Iskane a few precious seconds more than it should have to follow the plowed snow, the results of the matoran's hasty retreat. "Yeah. Catch on," the Vortixx grunted as his Rhotuka started spinning again. It lashed out, a swirling spinner going in the general direction of the quarry's path. It would take another second or so to charge up another spinner with which to follow. OOC: Pursuing the slippery Kopen with Prose
  19. IC Iskane: "Uh-" Before the Vortixx could respond, the Rahkshi was already off, following the obvious black trail his Rhotuka left behind. Well, nothing to do but pursue. Iskane stumbled down the slope, eyes searching for the Matoran. The plowed snow would be a good place to start. OOC: Pursuing Prose and Kopen
  20. Everyone got zoop'd and zap'd right onto Mt Ihu, regardless of what they were doing
  21. OOC: Not knocked out, just down. It was a combination of surprise and him not in a favorable stance to receive it. With Kopen and Prose IC: Iskane stumbled to his feet, shrugging the snow off him. "Make sure it doesn't hap-" The Vortixx cut himself off, seeing the Matoran tumbling away. He swiftly loosed a Rhotuka after the fleeing foe, a lance of darkness screeching after her. He wasn't confident in the shot - not in a proper stance, certainly no time to deliberate on his aim. But it was better than nothing.
  22. IC Iskane: Five out of ten points for landing. The buffeting snowstorms didn't help. It was clumsy and heavy, but at least Iskane made his target. He attempted to regain his balance, grunting out "Y'alright Rahk- Guuhh!" The Vortixx's words were cut off by a surprised grunt as he met the brunt of the Rahkshi's shovel, sending him staggering onto his back. OOC: Vs Kopen and Prose try to help a dude and he smashes you with a shovel
  23. IC: After the black trail dissipated with nary a response, Iskane sighed. He'd have to do this the hard way. He launched another Rhotuka into the air and latched onto it, attempting to survey the area from a better vantage point. The snow played havoc with his visibility, but he thought he caught the tell-tale spine of a Rahkshi. These sons of Teridax were always loyal and effective allies. Perhaps he could start there? The Vortixx yanked sharply, altering the trajectory towards it. As he approached the Rahkshi, he could make out another figure, a Matoran assaulting it! Swiftly making a decision on the spot, Iskane hurled himself from the Rhotuka, intent on smashing into the foe. OOC: That's Kopen and Prose
  24. at least just say it in ooc. People can read. Bold isn't necessary.
  25. Hey all, it's getting real confusing with all the free-for-alls going on here and I have no idea who's fighting who which makes it hard to get a clear picture of what's happenin' Could we make an OOC tag saying who's vs who? Would clear things up a lot.
