  1. Sadly, after doing a search it appears that the old archived forum was deleted for some reason (if you don't remember, BZPower was offline for a really long time following Bionicle's cancellation, though probably unrelated to that, and when it came back it was this new forum with a read-only backup of the old one available). Thankfully, you can still access the old forum using the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine, but it'll probably be difficult to find specific posts.
  2. Hi, everyone! Not sure how active I'll be, but it's awfully nostalgic to be back here, if a little bittersweet with how much less active it is than in Bionicle's heyday. I started getting back into Bionicle a couple years ago, and have been re-experiencing the story with my mom (currently reading the novels and are towards the end of the 2008 arc), and we both are really loving it. It's surprising how well the story holds up as an adult. I used to be pretty active here starting in probably 2006 up until BZPower's extended shutdown in... 2010 I believe it was? Unfortunately, by the time it came back I had kinda moved on, for better or worse. I largely lurked around General Discussion, and had delusions of grandeur that I could be one of the cool people making comics, animations, software and games. 😛 Unfortunately, my (likely) ADHD kept me from sticking with any of those projects long enough to finish them, so I'm not completely sure how many people would have seen any of my creations. As someone who has been a piece of work in the past, and continues to have various problems to this day, I just want to say don't worry too much about it. Forgive your past self and strive to be the best person you can be. This is, of course, easier said than done, though. 😅 That being said, I, too, would like to apologize to anyone here I may have been unduly rude to in the past.
  3. If I'm being honest, I kinda like the solution they went with for the masks. It doesn't look as bad to me as the Marvel sets, but that might be due to these representing the face of biomechanical robots rather than human beings. Really, though, I think it hits my nostalgia just right, and Takua is just so cute I can't complain. 😛
  4. First off, really glad that this topic is back up. The last we heard from RQ was that he was working on a secret plan of sorts to allow the game to be made legally available to download. No word yet on how this has progressed during the forum downtime, of course.Aside from asking Lego - who, as the copyright holder, is the only entity who can legally distribute LoMN - for permission, I'm not sure what RedQuark could do.Well, RQ has understandably not revealed details of his plan yet, so there's no real way to judge whether it will work short of waiting for further word from him. As for the programming stuff, members such as JMMB, DJ Reidak, and alpha123 seem convinced that they'll be able to pull this off given enough time. I don't know much about that kind of thing, so I'll leave it up to them to respond if they wish... Second off, I want to make it clear that I have faith that other people here will be able to fix this game if we are able to get it. I can make some decent programs in Microsoft Visual Studio (VB.NET), but what other people can do here is way over my head. DJ Reidak

    Legends Of Mata Nui

There are some people who have the "full" game. At least, as complete as it was when it was canceled. And it isn't impossible to get past the first level, it is just harder than it should be, as I understand it. People with the game disk have been able to get past the first level. DJ Reidak
