  1. It's a bit of an oldie, but Space Channel 5 music is nice to listen to. Also, I love the song 'Samba de Janiero' from Samba de Amigo.Skyrim has some nice tunes, but I especially love the 'Attack' tune from the game before it: Oblivion. You'd hear that music and just go crazy trying to find that one mud crab chasing you from half the map over. The song from Portal was fun. I loved finding all the radios playing that jolly little tune. 'Still Alive' is also a wonderful song when it is sung at the end.

  2. And it's kind of a coin flip. Either Dirk is going to go all dramatic and straight-up destroy somebody's soul - which would be awesome - or he's going to destroy somebody through the power of soul (music?), which makes him either Terry Pratchett or James Brown - which is an entirely different level of awesome.

This.Either way, it will be awesome.Does rap still qualify as music? If so, it could be in the form of a RAPOFF BEATDOWN.
  3. One with PUZZLESPUZZLES EVERYWHEREAND ALSO YOU MUST UNLOCK YOUR VARIOUS BODY PARTS TO BE ABLE TO USE THEMLEGS COME WITH THE LAST LEVEL... I can't see it as anything other than a shoot-em-up game, really. But perhaps it'll be a good one, with a customizable character and QUESTS. Possibly with the option to explore the world a bit and explore the Hero Factory universe. That's what I'd like in he game, even thinking realistically.

  4. In no apparent order:1. Malum (I lied about the order a bit; this is actually number one).2. Raid on Vulcanus.3. Time Trap.4. Vezon.5. Teridax. He was a very good villain.6. Come to think of it, all Makuta were pretty cool in their own way.7. Not really a moment or directly BIONICLE, but the fact Greg Farshtey would take time to answer fan questions and such was awesome.8. Bara Magna arc. Yes, I understand why people don't like it, but I felt that it introduced some interesting characters.9. This hasn't been seen so much, but I like how the Agori and Matoran cultures have to integrate. It'll make for some interesting story factors.10. The BIONICLE video games. They didn't NEED to be canon. Especially Bionicle Heroes. On Wii, I had so much fun dancing around the Piraka Playground and running away when they got angry at me for shooting them....None of these are moments. :| I'll have to come back when I think of moments.

  5. 1. Bionicle ending.2. Not getting to see the awesome fifth movie that was planned.3. "Coz that's whut friends doo."4. Carapar.5. "FOOOR UNITYYYY!!!" in TLR. It's so odd that the others just yelled whatever Mata Nui yelled instead of going, "... Huh? What is this?"6. The Crossing not being released in English7. Berix in TLR. He's meant to be a full-grown man-Agori. Instead, due to that movie, he's some sort of little kid toddling around and getting into trouble. A Spongebob-esque voice range didn't help the image at all.8. Vakama before he was a Turaga. He was so whiney.9. Sidorak. Dude seemed more funny than anything. Like the Brotherhood kept him on for comic relief.10. Teridax appearing with a large head and tiny Turaga body in LoMN. It was so weird-looking, yet funny.11. Click not getting his own spinoff sitcom I mean what's up with that

  6. I want to be the very best, like no one ever was.Oh wait someone already did that shtick.Well, I'd like to do a number of things. I'd like to write an epic that people will like. I'd like to finish the many stories and art thingies I haven't finished. I'd like to become known on BZP for something positive.(Also achieving full Proto would be nice too)

  7. This is awesome. I especially love the bats in the background. :D Great job!I find water paints so frustrating. All I seem to end up with is a messy mess and a splut of colour in the middle. You must be uber-skilled.

  8. He is. As Toa Novu said, sarcasm travels horribly over the internet. :POn the Great Being debate, I heard somewhere that GregF was going to put a hand- a single hand- of a Great Being in one of the Bara Magna comics, but apparently someone didn't want any hint of the Great Beings' actual appearance in there. I just thought I'd throw that out there. In any story such as the one we have for Bionicle, there is never a lot of control for the author. The company involved will want the story to follow their guidelines and characters. Also, with what I said above, there seems to be a certain line that cannot be crossed when it comes to Great Beings. Assumably, they don't want anything resembling a god or group of gods.
  9. We have no way of knowing this yet. I think it'd be about equal, maybe with a few less women but not much. Hopefully we'll know more when further story chapters come out.And I'd like to know how the Great Beings being female as well is a plot point, too.Wait, got it. Angonce is totally female.

  10. I remember reading BS01 a while back, and they described Teridax as 'sociopathic'. I think the description fits him rather well; he did not seem to feel empathy towards those around him, he was very manipulative, he had no qualms about lying or using others to his own benefit, he felt no guilt or remorse, along with many other signs of a sociopath. (Also there is Incapability for Love but everyone in that universe has it so whatever). He may not have even seen other beings as people, but as thins that are to be used fo his own benefit. As we see a pencil as something to be used for writing, he would see a living, breathing person as something to serve a purpose. When they have outlived that purpose, he would see no problems in getting rid of them. With these thoughts in mind, he probably thought that what he was doing was right. Sociopaths often feel entitled to things as 'Their Right', and so he would have seen no wrong in doing what he did so he could claim his 'rightful place' as King of Everything. So, I do not believe he thought what he did was wrong. Also, with Vezon, I don't think the guy's evil. He's crazy. He's more of an anti-hero, if anything. He occasionally does good things, he occasionally does bad things. It's questionable whether he can tell the difference between them.

  11. I found another great Cuusoo project this morning, which uses customised Friends minidolls. Definitely worth a look, regardless of what your opinion on the dolls is.

I saw those, and you know, I could see those being buyable. They are pretty awesome.Toa Novu, that is a great concept, except the Great Beings also had genders. But maybe they attributed themselves higher than mortal beings, and then thought that all mortal females and males were as you described?
  12. I don't think this information is correct, and seems to be riding on a previous statement which said that Bionicle may or may not be ending in 2012. Besides, would GregF and LEGO leave us hanging in the serials without even giving BZPower, their usual stompng ground for delivering news, the slightest mention of this little tidbit of information? I think not.The fact that there is no mention of where this person got the information from is also a tad inconvincing.Still, I hope the serials continue. The Bionicle storyline still has a lot of potential.

  13. I always got the impression the metals are much lighter than typical Earth materials. They jump and stuff easily, and if it was too heavy you'd think it would be too much of a strain on the muscles. Gravity in general seems to be lighter too, since Spherus Magna is so much huger than Earth and yet there's no indication of crushing gravity.

Well, they could just be super strong, except the intense gravity keeps it to a more reasonable level. Weight is relative in interplanetary terms. A Kanohi could weigh practically nothing to a Matoran on Earth if the gravity on SM is high enough.
I agree with you. Weight is interchangeable; if I were on the Moon, I would weigh less than I would on Earth. With the size of Spherus Magna, I'd guess that a Matoran would weigh less on Earth than it would back home. In an unrelated note, they would also most likely be a lot stronger, seeing as they'd be used to a stronger gravitational pull from the planet.
  14. You can make points of inequal genders on both sides. Statistically, women are paid less at work than men. Men are more likely to be involved in a car crash. Stuff like that is found everywere. The fact is, people of both genders are bound to have differences. I heard somewhere that males are more likely to be able to picture how something's gong to look like, while females aremore likely to have a more literal mind. It's when people are treated differently for these differences that makes me annoyed. That sad, it's kind of annoying when people get overly protesting on either side. I heard some time ago that someone was complaining that the Thomas the Tank Engine franchise was sexist since there was only one female train. They're trains; they don't have genders in the first place! Besides, you don't even notice in the first place since everyone's voiced by the voiceover guy! Argharghargh...People will complain about anything these days.

  15. Reading through these, I realised I had missed Malum from my list. How in the world did I miss Malum? He is the manliest character, for goodness' sake.Malum is an interesting character, described as a brute though he seems to speak with elegance and in riddles. I find him to be fascinating, and would have liked to see him more. He played a prominent role in The Crossing, but as far as I understand it, the books featuring the story have not been released in English. He's unlike the other insane beings we've encountered, as Vezon and Karzhani are more... jovial, whereas Malum represents the pure anger that can be evident in insane people. Also what would be interesting is Malum's fitting in to Spherus Magna. At least, I hope he'll at least be in the future storyline; it would be interesting to see him meeting the new, 'intelligent' Vorox.(I think you can all tell who my favourite character is XP )

  16. Krika, since he had a lot of story potential for a possible 'good guy' before he was killed.Dume, because something about his character says that he'd kick butt, but we haven't seen much of him besides him sleeping or being a grouch.Tiribomba, as he had the coolest name of all the Matoran and possibly of all the characters. That's all I have so far.

  17. Back then: Yes, probably, since the details weren't really looked into back then. All you'd see back then was a happy child holding a LEGO house.Nowadays: Maybe not. These days, there are these parents who read too deeply into things. They'd see a young girl wearing clothes that possibly hint at being inappropriate, hinting at the child actually being a boy, a house that is disorganised and thus reflective of the child's home life, a slogan that states that beauty is important and is encouraging children to appreciate beauty over important things.Maybe I'm reading too much into this. :P

  18. Actually, I'm not really sure if we have a hard-core enough fanbase for anyone to pay a higher price for it. We're mostly docile creatures compared to some of the more angry fanbases.

True, no one wants to buy the guides to Bionicle now anyways.
Not while there's the internet lying around, no. XP Still, the non-updated version may have some appeal, with the story at the end of it.
