    Sad Nova's Room didn't come back in stock in time. Had to pick up a small Ninjago set I wasn't too thrilled about to complete my order.

    I didn't know that about the penguin slushy van! I had initially written it off as too similar to past ice cream trucks, but now I'll have to pick it up. Still $20 short of the $100 mark with everything I want though. Wish I could just grab the bookstore and call it a day.

    Well, good to have it confirmed at least, but the restrictions themselves are still disappointing.

    Lotta hubbub for a little GWP set honestly. But I'm glad we got it! There's a lot of interesting points in the story of how this thing go made and why it is what it is. I do hope one day we get some kind of Bionicle tribute that isn't 2001-2003 though.

    Yeah I have her. She might actually be the first "Toa" set I got. I'm not sure how much she goes for now. She has some unique stuff, but she's still an inika build at the end of the day.

    I believe that's how they were seeded, just by going to Brickset and sorting by number who own. A few surprises here for me: First of all that Ignika is beating Hahli so hard. I thought she had some real meme potential as well as just being a generally cool character and set. And then the close vote in Match 26. That just seems like an easy one for Onua to me.

    Well, good guy isn't a Toa, but that didn't stop some of these characters... I know there's a bunch of newer fans who got into Bionicle with G2, but I wonder how many of them are here.

    I looked back over my journals for the year. There was a lot of work related stuff for me this year, including starting two new jobs. The other big thing I noticed is that I feel like I'm under a lot less pressure at the end of the year than I was at the beginning. So I think it was a decent year overall.

    Yeah big shame they don't overlap. I'm not crazy about the set itself, especially the masks, but I'll do what it takes to get it, whether that be buying sets myself or getting it from someone else who's not interested in it. I just wish they didn't restrict the themes you could purchase from to get it, since I'd love to just buy one of the modulars or something.

    I like the idea of seeding them based on ownership, but then the very first match is so strong. There's a lot of strong matches actually. And then there's Helryx at the end...

    I love this piece! Probably something I'll keep coming back to and notice something new every time I do. For the time being, I think the muaka ear headphones are my favorite.

    I think at some forum upgrade point, posts in all forums along with blog entries/comments and status updates started counting towards the visible post count which is I think now called "content count" technically. PMs counting to ranking up but not the count itself is news to me though.

    New modular was revealed today. I think it looks a lot better than the last few. A jazz club is an interesting choice for a building.
