  1. Yeah, there was definitely a whole thing where the Nuva Symbols were a plot device. Worked pretty well. :PBut they were a direct link to the Nuva's heightened power, and one way to free the Bahrag, which was vital to the clearing of the island of Mata Nui for the emergence of the Great Spirit Robot from the Aqua Magna sea.

  2. They would definitely sell for more with the box. Kind of a novelty thing. And as for whether or not it's worth it to wait, I dunno. Depends on how much, if at all, Bionicle resale values appreciate over time. Seeing as they're Lego models, I imagine they would.

  3. Well, it seems that just about everything that would regard the Matorans' survival has basically been explicitly covered at some point, but if not, I'm sure that the Matoran, still settling into life on Spherus Magna, would be able to either replicate of retrieve their previous technology from the Matoran Universe to maintain their population and survive.

  4. Well, they have spirits that can be stored in masks for a while after death. Then those fade away. Whether to nothing or to float away to someplace else is a matter LEGO would not comment on as it touches on religious beliefs. And I expect fans choose the answer that matches their own religious beliefs, the details of which we are not allowed to discuss here of course.
Yeah, like Lihkan's Hau having some effects on Jaller when he began to wear it.And I definitely agree, something so undefined and subjective can be taken however one would want to take it, whether based on their own beliefs or otherwise. And I think, based on what we've seen on Bionicle spirituality, that it's something like Star Wars and the Force, where those who die kinda become part of this invisible psychic force/energy and sorta assimilate into everything in the world around them.
  5. The Toa would have had no real reason to oppose the League of Six Kingdoms at the time, as they didn't pose a real threat, until a certain point, where they began to grow too fast and turmoil began to emerge. Even then, though, I'm not sure if there was any actual opposition to them from the Toa.

  6. Yes. Mata Nui (or whoever occupied the Great Spirit Robot), had control over the natural forces of the Matoran Universe, such as gravity and the like, and over the land itself. Another such example of that omnipotent power is Teridax's formation of the stars over Metru Nui in the shape of a Kraahkan upon the success of his Great Plan. And slightly confused, but if you're referring to the Silver Sea surrounding Metru Nui, then that was a form of liquid Protodermis. But the ocean surrounding Mata Nui on Aqua Magna was just plain ol' water.
