  1. Sweet! Looks very much like the original set.
  2. Yeah that is one thing I didn't expect. I have been collecting magic cards/ yugioh cards and those tend to depreciate unless they are a super good card. I didn't think that lego would appreciate in value faster. Seems like you get an awesome Yugioh pull and 2 sets later its trash. (This is part of the reason I only play casual nowadays)Yeah, I think it's because it's a novelty. Kinda cause it transcends generations nowadays.
  3. Going one up from this, we could make Kolhii an official sport, maybe even an OLYMPIC sport! :biggrin:Also, a few Bionicle plushes, like Tren Krom, Annona and some Spherus Magna wildlife. Plus a remote-coltrolled Mata Nui Robot. Think Robo-sapien.Definitely. Kohlii and Quidditch by the 2016 Olympics!!!
  4. Well, I assume that would be corrected with...well...being thrown across an island, yeah. :lol:And Takua would have forgotten about his Light powers upon becoming a "Ta-Matoran" during the Time Slip. Despite this, he would still have had them, just never had anything happen to them where he would miraculously and instinctively activate them. And since Av-Matoran stopped moving around the Matoran Universe following the Time Slip and were completely separated in Karda Nui, completely out of anyone's memory, so I don't imagine the Onu-Metru Archives would have any records on them.
  5. Well, Air-types are naturally created a certain way, hence certain characteristics shared by Matoran of certain elements (greater physical strength in Po-Matoran, limited night vision in Onu-Matoran, etc.), so I guess the propensity to pick up a certain dialect would be "programmed" in as well, which he would have picked up upon first meeting and settling in with the Le-Matoran.
  6. Yeah, it'd depend on the location. I thought Metru Nui Matoran were slightly taller (not sure it this is canon or not), but generally similar, yeah.
  7. So incredible! Movie quality, and I love what you did with the mask! How exactly did you do that?
  8. I do think this is certainly not Morgan Freeman's usual caliber...and I wouldn't have expected Will Arnet. But I'll stay updated on it!
  9. That is a good question...I guess it was for set reasons, to make the weapon to scale, but I guess some things in the storyline don't make sense. But, in any case, I'd definitely pick the Power Lance over Twin Light Staffs, yeah.
  10. Sad to see Ziko go. :(But huge congrats to Sumiki!
  11. Well, I actually don't have any Bionicle sets on my shelves anymore. I put boxed them up and they're now stored elsewhere in the house, so the shelving units went away with that. Don't worry, I still take them out every now and then.
  12. Manufactured Kohlii staffs...with Wiffle balls for safety.
  13. I found this to be insulting. Saying it on the front page for LEGO employees to see only makes things worse. It's like the general populace doesn't even want it to come back!I agree. There is no new material right now, but I don't think we need to go that far in saying it.
  14. Well, congrats to the guys up north!! :)Might be able to see those online!
  15. The community. It's really friendly, really easy to mesh with just about anybody.
  16. For a trip, I'd take a small one, like a Matoran set, probably Hahli, but given any choice, probably my Light-Drained Takanuva.
  17. Sounds cool! Might make their way into the console games someday!
  18. Sweet! Looks really interesting, and I've always wondered about the creatures in Bionicle that are more organic!
  19. Yeah, it was defined as 85% organic, 15% mechanical. They have lungs, brains, muscles, and I believe some sort of gastrointestinal kind of system, as they eat in the same sense that we do. As per hair or skin color, I'm not sure.
  20. Sweet! I do remember people guessing this when the issue came up. Now I can't wait to see the new chapter!
  21. Yeah, seeing how Invisibility powers and the like have worked in the past, these things seem to be pretty all-inclusive, so yeah.
