Me: It's been over a month since my last blog entry. I wonder if I can find something to blog about. 'finds story about a live action Dora The Explorer movie being made with Michael Bay as a producer' Me: Yeah, that's something to blog about. So Michael Bay is helping to make a Dora The Explorer movie. I didn't see that coming, TBH. Apparently the movie will age Dora up to a teenager and will be about her moving to the city to live with her cousin, Diego. So congrats to all the Dora The Explorer fans for getting a live action movie for your show. Let's just hope that Michael Bay doesn't blow it up.

This is kinda an obscure question, but I gots to know! Le-Koro was known for its musicians in MNOG. We saw a band playing drums, strings, but most baffling of all horns and flutes. My first question is HOW?! In my experience playing flute, you need to use your lips almost like whistling and then blow air with your tongue in a "tu-tu" pronunciation, while playing horn requires buzzing your lips together. I'm not questioning that Matoran have tongues or lips or anything, but... they do so while wearing masks. What sorcery is this?! D=Also, I wanted to know if there were any other references to music in the story. Lewa Nuva (in one of the early books) commented that nobody could be so cheerful and party like a le-matoran. Did they have music styles in Metru Nui as well? Can Lewa play an instrument? Do Skakdi know how to get down and break dance? Do Xians like to tango? ... I think I'm getting a bit far-fetched, but this has honestly been boggling my mind for a while now. XDEdit: Let me rephrase that last question a bit: Where do you think music fits into the Bionicle Universe? Is it a part of culture like ours? Do the matoran have a sort of respect for the arts like we do? Is it just ceremonial and do they have a different view on it as opposed to humans?
