  1. As the title says, this is a general discussion topic for mafia. You can discuss older games long ended, cool ideas or collaborations you might have, or even story ideas tied to the games. The possibilities are endless! Please note that this is not meant to replace discussion of currently running ganes; while those topics remain open, try to keep discussion directly related to those games in their respective topics. This has been approved by Windrider. If you are looking for additional information on certain games, roles, players, strategies, or history, check out the BZP Mafia Wiki. It is rather outdated, but still has information up until Bionicle Mafia XV: Nightmare. About Hosting: Experience has (repeatedly) shown that the forum can usually support only two Mafia games at a time. As such, the standard practice is to post in this topic stating your desire to host (whether it be an entry in the main series or a side game). If multiple members want to host, the other players will typically vote on which host or game they want to play first. Once you have the community's go ahead, you can then post your game. For those of you that would skip this not-as-painful-as-it-sounds-process, experience has also (repeatedly) shown that the community will come down rather hard on games posted without going through the community in this topic first. 2. Scrubbish Productions is proud to present: BZPOWER’S MAFIA: BIG TROUBLE IN LITTLE BZ-PAN The mythical realm of BZ-Pan. Once a shining, glorious civilization and the pride and joy of the world, it now sits in squalor, a mere shadow of what it once was. Degeneracy runs rampant. Theft and murder are daily occurrences. Innocents caught in the crossfire are meted out heavy, unjust punishment at the uncaring hands of the Modarata gods. To the south, chaos reigns. The Three Cities of Gamusu, Andou, and Torivia have fallen under the thumb of the devil-touched daimyo Tekkusu and his army of shapeshifting Gamato demons. Nato and Pulsu, two of the Three Cities’ former Triune Kings, have been slain, but the third, Luro-Ka, has barely managed to escape. Tekkusu has sworn to hunt down Luro-Ka and end him, thus cementing his place as the rightful usurper of the Triple Thrones. It is on the very outskirts of the Three Cities that Luro-Ka has hidden himself, along with his senile butler Lan-chan. It is here that the House of Tohu has been formed, a nascent cell of Free Swordsmen with the shared goal of ending Tekkusu’s reign of terror and tyranny, in the hopes of restoring the Three Cities back to their former glory. Some have answered Luro-Ka’s call, and journey now to the Temple in the Valley. But this summons has not gone unnoticed by Tekkusu. He has sent four of his deadliest Gamato spies to infiltrate the ranks of hopeful Free Swordsmen, that they may destroy the House of Tohu before it even begins to flourish. Then nothing will stop him from extinguishing the flame of the Triune Kings. And if he does, what little light BZ-Pan still has will give way to darkness. RULES If you’ve played a BZP Mafia game before, then you know how this works. If you haven’t, or you’ve forgotten, then here’s a rundown. Roles will be assigned via PM. If a player does not receive a PM, then they are a Pupil. Day and Night rounds will both last for 72 hours, or until all necessary player actions have been taken. During Night rounds, designated Mafia players may choose players to eliminate; the number and method is determined by their ranks. No coordination between designated Mafia players, outside of knowing who their teammates are, is necessary. During Day rounds, the players killed during the Night round will be revealed, and a suspect list will be created. All players will cast their vote toward the player they think is the guilty party. At the end of each Day round, the player with the most votes is eliminated, and their role is made public knowledge. In the event of a tie, an extra 24 hour voting period will serve as a tiebreaker. Play will continue until either the designated Mafia players have eliminated all the Free Swordsmen, or the Free Swordsmen have eliminated all the designated Mafia players. ROLES THE FREE SWORDSMEN These are the good guys. Their job is to eliminate the Gamato infiltrators. PUPILS x12 - Normal Free Swordsmen, come to learn the art of the blade. During Day rounds, their vote counts as one. THE INSOMNIAC x1 - A Free Swordsman who cannot sleep, and thus spends each Night round wandering about the Temple. During Night rounds, the Insomniac may investigate one player to determine their role, and can choose whether or not they wish to make their findings public knowledge. During Day rounds, their vote counts as one. THE MYSTIC x1 - A Free Swordsman blessed with the gift of Healing Hands. During Night rounds, the Mystic may select one player to protect for that Night round; barring special circumstances, that player will be protected from elimination for the duration of that Night round. During Day rounds, their vote counts as one. THE GAMATO These are the designated Mafia players. Their job is to eliminate the Free Swordsmen. GAMATO ASHI x2 - Normal Gamato demons. During Night rounds, the Gamato Ashi may select one player to eliminate. During Day rounds, their vote counts as one. GAMATO KYOBONA x1 - A brutal Gamato demon. During Night rounds, the Gamato Kyobona may select one player to eliminate; the player eliminated by the Gamato Kyobona will be unable to be protected by the Mystic. During Day rounds, their vote counts as one. GAMATO CHUI x1 - The most intelligent of the Gamato infiltrators. During Night rounds, the Gamato Chui may select one player to eliminate. During Day rounds, they may add to the suspect list one player of their choosing. Their vote counts as one. SPIRITS These are the non-affiliated entities hiding within the Temple. Their job is to shape the game to make it more interesting. THE NECROMANCER x1 - A spirit blessed with the ability to raise and speak to the dead. During Night rounds, the Necromancer may resurrect one previously eliminated player; if a Gamato casualty is resurrected, the Necromancer will learn the identity of the player’s murderer, and can choose whether or not they wish to make their findings public knowledge. During Day rounds, their vote counts as one. THE CLOAK x1 - A spirit blessed with the powers of protection. During Day rounds, the Cloak can choose to protect the player voted to be eliminated; this player will be spared the execution. Their vote counts as one. ROSTER Take a slot, any slot. Your name will be added to the roster in the slot that you choose. 1.) Valendale 2.) Rahkshi Guurahk 3.) 4.) xccj 5.) 6.) 7.) 8.) OctoPahrak Traveler 9.) 10.) 11.) Davros (still TTL) 12.) 13.1.) 3. The Last Verse Let me tell you the legend of our island. In the beginning we were just like other Matoran adjusting to life on Spherus Magna, but then they came. The two Titans of Time and Reality came to our world and threatened everything we held dear. The two brothers used our home as a battle ground for their ancient conflict. The Titan of Reality came close to destroying everything but the Titan of Time was able to defeat his brother and with the evil Titan's destruction the first age ended. The second age began with the Titan of Reality's servants raining chaos. The Mafia as they called themselves caused havoc on are island and other Matoran settlements but the Titan of Time aided the Matoran in stopping their evil but, the Titan of Time was soon defeated by the Mafia and imprisoned in the Pandorica. With the fall of the second Titan so did the second age. We now live in the third age where history is confused with legend and the Mafia and Titans are forgotten from most living memory. Now are world is in danger from its own past. The shadows of history threaten our future and our only hope is lost to time. Is this the end of the island of BZPower? Rules 1. Follow BZPower rules 2. No role revealing 3. No screenshots 4. No vote changes 5. No betraying your faction 6. Dead character do have a chance of coming back to life so you may still have a impact on the game. Breaking of any of these rules will result in a horrible murder of your character and no chance of them being brought back to life. Roles: Matoran X12 Normal Matoran from the island of BZPower. Vote counts as one. Can be brought back to life only once. Turaga X1 Reclusive history keeper of the island and has learned how to use the magic of the Titans from his studies. Vote counts as two. Can investigate one living person a night or revive one person from the dead. Cannot be killed by the Mafia but can be killed by lynching. Mafia X1 The evil servants of the fallen Titan of Reality. Kill one person each night round. Vote counts as 1 Mafia Leader X1 The leader of the Mafia and a user of dark magic by suspicious means. Votes along side the Mafia on who to kill and has the ability to convert dead Matoran into Shadow Matoran who join the Mafia, but only can have them join there ranks if the Turaga revives them. Once a shadow Matoran is created he can control that characters day votes. The revived player will not know they are being controlled. If the Mafia leader is killed all shadow Matoran he has created are killed at his lynching. How to Win The Matoran win by lynching all the Mafia members. The Mafia win by killing the village off to the point they have the majority. How death and resurrection works. If you are killed once you have the chance of being revived. If you are then killed again you are permanently killed and out of the game. The resurrection concept is to give players who always get killed early in the game a chance to play later on. 4. Bionicle Mafia XLII: Graveyard Synopsis A small island once hosted a thriving Matoran community, but in years past they were ravaged by the Mafia, and the lifeless wreckage of the village is all that remains to this day. Nearby islands want to resettle the island, but are wary because it now resembles a hap hazardous graveyard, which attracts many dark creatures. A company of Matoran has been giving a daunting task: restore the village and lay its dead to rest in a proper graveyard. For this, they have recruited a team of Matoran grave diggers; stalwart Matoran who can stomach the dire atmosphere. But not all of them are as noble as they appear, for some have a hidden agenda. A small sect of Grave Robbers has joined the company, with the intent to profit off the hidden treasures remaining in the city. But they know that they will only get away with it if the rest of the Grave Diggers meet unfortunate ends. And they aren't the only ones to be wary of, for a Vampire and Necromancer have also joined, enticed by the dark callings of the former village. To keep things sanitary and uncontaminated, all the villagers are provided new masks upon arriving on the island, to help them identify each other. But that alone will not stop those will ill intentions. Will the island be restored from its dark Mafia past, or will the shadows find a new haven in this forsaken village? The answer remains to be seen... Rules • One vote change permitted per day, but it has to be made clear. • Once killed, players cannot publically impact the game, although some roles will have after-death abilities. • Do not reveal your roles / post screenshots. • Follow all BZPower Rules. Roles The Company 1x Accountant - A duteous keeper of records, they can discern much about the other members based on their paper trail. Can target one person per night and learn their role. If they discover a Grave Robber, they can neutralize their vote the next day. 1x Gate Keeper - A tough and intimidating individual. Can protect one person per night from getting targeted, as they will dissuade the other roles from approaching. Will survive first attempt on their life, but a clue will be publically revealed about their identity. 1x Vampire Hunter - Seeks out the undead to remove them from this world. They can target one person per night, and if they find the Vampire or Necromancer, they will kill them, but a clue will be publically revealed about their identity. If they target someone bitten by a vampire the previous day, they can cure them. 8x Grave Diggers - Ordinary workers, they get one vote per victim per day. 1x Vengeful Spirits - They appear to be mere Grave Diggers, but their spirits can return upon their deaths. This will happen if they are killed by a Grave Robber who is not brought to justice the next day, and they can only target the members on their suspect list. Once they kill their murderer, they return to the afterlife in peace. 1X Survivor (Hidden Role) - Survived a previous mafia attack, but lost many friends. Seeks retribution against the Head Honcho. Targets one member per night to see if they are the Head Honcho. If they discover him, he will be killed, and the role will revert into a normal Grave Digger. Grave Robbers 1x Head Honcho - Makes the ultimate decision on whom to kill each night, their vote counts as double during the day, and they can kill one other member if they are lynched. 1x The Influencer - A talker with a sweat voice, their opinion is greatly valued, so their votes count as double. Also assumes Head Honcho's position if they are killed. 1x The Meticulous One - They leave little trace when they make a kill, which causes the suspect list to grow. 1x The Maniac - Can target two people, but their methods are not always effective, allowing the potential for their targets to survive. If this happens, a clue will be publically revealed about their identity. The Undead 1x Vampire - Can bite someone every night, with the chance that they can kill their victim. If the victim survives, their actions will be neutralized, and their vote will not count during the day. Because the Vampire is unable to stay out in the direct sunlight, their vote does not count, but if they have a victim they can vote through them. If they attack the Gate Keeper, they will be killed. ?x Vampire Victims - They survived a bite from the Vampire, but they are transforming. They will be unaware of this change the first day, as the Vampire will control their ability to vote. The next night, they will transform into a full vampire and have control over their actions. The exception would be if they are targeted by the Vampire Hunter, who would cure them, and they will provide a hint towards the Vampires true identity. 1x Necromancer - Can reanimate one of the dead per night, but there is a chance they will fail. If they succeed, the undead will kill for the Necromancer. However, they must be cautious, because if they reanimate a vengeful spirit, things could go badly for them. ?x Reanimated Corpses - A formerly dead player can be reanimated and kill for the Necromancer. They will be allowed to share knowledge of their former lives with the Necromancer and have a say in selecting their targets, but only one corpse can attack per night, and not on the night they are first reanimated. If they target a role other than a Grave Digger or Accountant, they will be destroyed in the process. Due to their official dead status, they cannot be targeted and will not leave behind a suspect list, so the other members will attempt to vote for the Necromancer. If the Necromancer is killed, his energies will be unable to power the corpses for long, and they will only have one more night to perform an action before they return to their dead status. Member List Each member will select a mask in a particular color. If a hint is given to their identity, either the type or color of their mask will be revealed. The more players who have a particular type or color of mask, the harder it will be to identify them, so choose carefully. If a player doesn't select a specific mask, they will be provided the first available one on the list. 25 masks will be initially made available; if there are more players, more masks will be added, but they will be easier to identify. Red Hau: Taka Nuvia - Survivor - Killed by Vengeful Sirit Night 4 Red Kakama: Kuan - Vengeful Spirit - Killed by Maniac Night 2 Red Matatu: Rahkshi Guurahk - Secondary Vampire - Survived Orange Hau: Toru Nui - The Meticulous One - Lynched Day 3 Orange Kaukau (In the form of a Kakama): Finch - Grave Digger - Killed by Maniac Night 4 Orange Pakari: Valendale (Basserman) - Grave Digger - Killed by Reanimated Corpse and Vengeful Spirit Night 3 Tan Hau: Toa Smoke Monster - Gate Keeper - Lynched Day 1 - Reanimated by Necromancer Night 2 Tan Kakama: Azalea - Grave Digger - Killed by Reanimated Corpses Night 4 Tan Pakari: Unit#phntk#1 - Necromancer - Lynched Day 3 Tan Ruru: Scrubbish - Accountant - Killed by Meticulous One Night 3 Brown Kakama: Trijhak - Grave Digger - Lynched Day 2 Brown Matatu: Pahrak #0579 Head Honcho - Killed by Secondary Vampire Night 4 Black Hau: Lucina Vampire - Killed by Vampire Hunter Night 2 - Reanimated by Necromancer Night 3 Black Kaukau (in the form of a Kakama): Rassilon (TTL) Vampire Victim - Killed by Maniac Night 2 Black Matatu: Railgun - The Maniac - Killed By Vengeful Spirit Day 4 Black Ruru: Vox - Grave Digger - Lynched Day 1 Signups will last for a couple of days, or until we have a decent group of members. 5. Bionicle Mafia A Simple Vacation. Over a year and a half ago the members of BZPower were minding there own business when suddenly out of no where a time traveling Rahkshi appeared. They were skeptical of the strange Rahkshi and annoyed with his constant questions and horrible grammar. But over time they came to accept him as one of there own. Now the self proclaimed TimeLord has gathered twenty members of the BZPower community to a tropical island vacation on Voya Nui in its beautiful Mahri Nui village. What's the worst that can happen? It's not like he accidently brought five psychotic murderers along to the island? Right? Rules 1. I don't know, follow all BZP rules. 2. No role revealing 3. No screenshots 4. No vote changing 5. Don't betray your faction. Breaking any rule will result in you being exiled from the island by cannon fire. Roles Good Guys BZPower Citizens X15 Member who just want to enjoy the vacation. 6. Welcome to land of Games & Trivia. It is divided into many topics: BZP Realms, Hitman, BIONICLE Caption Contest, Steal the Mask, Pool of Protodermis, The BIONICLE Last Letter Game... and the dead topics of BIONICLE Mafia. Two years ago, the citizens of BZP Realms united to overthrow BIONICLE Mafia, whom they felt had hung onto dominance of Games & Trivia for far too long, having gone through three ages. Their rebellion was successful, and now Games & Trivia is littered with dead Mafia Topics, echoes of ages past, instead dominated by giants like BZPower's Game of Thrones, BZPower's Bara Magna, and BZPower's Mata Nui. But all is not lost. Echoes of ages past still remain within Games & Trivia, seemingly dead topics of Mafia games both ancient and new. Because long before BZPGOT, and even longer before BZPBM and BZPMN, there existed ages mired in mystery, ages where most knowledge was wiped by a great disturbance known as the 'Dataclysm'. But they still existed, and more importantly, they tell of a time when Mafia ruled Games & Trivia unrivalled. Ages the current age of Mafia looks to for inspiration, ages that give it the strength to strike back... Mafia aims to begin resisting the series of BZP Realms, and rise to dominance once more. For Mafia, times are tough, and they only look to grow tougher. Mafia, troubled as it is, has been offered protection in the form of 'BZPower's Game of Mafia' by G&T regulars, who claim this will resolve Mafia's issues and unite it under the banner of the BZP Realms. In such times, such as offer is a very attractive prospect - but change is on the wind once more. This is Games & Trivia, and in Games & Trivia... you live and see the whole thing through to the end, or sputter out halfway through. RULES: No vote changing permitted.Once killed, players can no longer have an impact on the game.Role revealing is not allowed in public channels. As usual, BZP rules apply.HOW IT WORKS: You post to say that you are signing up. When the game begins, I will PM you your role. The game will go through several rounds, each with a 'Night' phase followed by a 'Day' phase. During the night, roles perform whatever actions they can. During the day, players vote to lock the topic suspected of being guilty from a suspect list.ROLES: Games & Trivia's Resistance: Games & Trivia has a slowly building resistance, including many Mafia games, the Caption Contest, Gift-giving game, and Steal the Mask as a professional thief in their service. BIONICLE Mafia x15 - There's tons of these games. They are in no short supply, despite dying out. BIONICLE Caption Contest x1 - Through its aptitude at captioning images, this topic can figure out who did what to who. (including their role, who protected who, and will receive a suspect list of three players if they investigate a dead player) The Gift-Giving Game x1 - This topic can give gifts to other topics to prevent them being killed by the BZP Realms. Steal The Mask x1 - Due to its tendency to steal the mask, this topic's votes count for double as it is mistaken for another topic when it steals said mask. BZP Realms: These games really want power over G&T. BZPower's Game of Thrones x1 - BZPGOT leads the BZP realms as the first one to have ever existed, and wishes to keep its dominance over G&T. Thus, it leads the BZP Realms. When killed, it may choose to kill one other topic of its choice. BZPowers Bara Magna x1 - BZPBM answers to BZPGOT. Due to its tendency to have the forums eat its episodes, it may choose to correct that by extending the suspect list with players of their choice. BZPower's Mata Nui x1 - BZPMN also answers to BZPGOT. Due to its tendency to have episodes split into two parts, its votes count for twice as much. Games & Trivia's Neutral Topics: These topics do not care and just want to cause chaos. Because they can. BIONICLE Hitman x1 - BIONICLE Hitman may choose to kill one topic per night. Pool of Protodermis x1 - Pool of Protodermis demands things change. It wants you to step in it. Please step in it. Go on, do it. (Each night, it visits someone, which usually results in a change that makes the role they visited more powerful. The BIONICLE Last Letter Game x1 - The BIONICLE Last Letter Game may choose to visit one player each round, and gains whatever abilities the visited player has for the next. PLAYER LIST/LIST OF MAFIA TOPICS: I. Taka Nuvia - The Gift-Giving Game, lynched Day Three II. xccj - Pool of Protodermis, killed Night Three by BZP Realms III. Onaku IV. Voxumo - Steal The Mask, killed Night One by BZP Realms V. Toru VI. Basserman VII. Azalea/FF - BIONICLE Mafia Topic, poisoned Night Three by BIONICLE Hitman VIII. 7. PREVIOUSLY ON BIONICLE X NINJAGO MAFIA: A NEW CONFLICT / NINJAGO STRIKES BACK / RETURN OF THE TOA (credit to art in banner goes to TBK, may his presence on BZPower rest in peace) Turmoil has engulfed BIONICLE MAFIA. The rising threat of the sinister BROTHERHOOD OF MAKUTA threatens to break through the defenses of the perilous Desolation. Hoping to resolve the matter with little bloodshed, the MATORAN have enlisted a small village to defend and form a blockade at the Wall. While those who control the STAFF OF UNLIMITED POWER endlessly debate this alarming chain of events, the evil villain known as HAPORI DUME has secretly dispatched his Cult Leader to the blockade, hoping to settle the conflict to further his own devious plans…. --- RULES 1-Vote changes are not permitted. 2-All BZP Rules Apply. 3-Once killed, players can no longer have an impact on the game. 4-Role revealing is not allowed. 5-This game will employ “innocence” lists rather than suspect lists. ROLES THE MATORAN Matoran x9 – Ordinary players who vote on who to execute each day. Detective x1 – This player investigates one other person each night to determine their role, and cannot be brainwashed by the Cult Leader. Medic x1 – This player can protect one person each night from both death and the Cult Leader. BROTHERHOOD OF MAKUTA Icarax x1 – Leader of the Makuta sent to the Wall; he decides who to send and who to kill each night. If he dies, Icarax can take two other players down with him. Gorast x1 – Most bloodthirsty of the Makuta; when sent, she will kill two players instead of one. Bitil x1 – Thanks to his ability to summon past versions of himself, Bitil is safe from the influence of the Cult Leader. Krika x1 – When sent to kill, there is a chance that Krika can still end up on the innocent list for that night. Vamprah x1 – Vamprah leaves no trace; when he is sent, no innocent list will be given. HAPORI DUME’S CULT Cult Leader x1 – A very mysterious figure; rumor has it that he is a ninja warrior from another world entirely. Each night, he selects two players to target; one of the players targeted is immediately converted to the Cult, and they become a Cultist allied with the Cult. If the Cult Leader dies, all other players allied with the Cult also perish; luckily, the Cult Leader will survive the first attempt made on their life. THE OTHER GUY Pyro x1 – This cherry flavored Ta-Matoran has gone completely insane, and each night, will decide the fates of two chosen victims by the flip of a coin. The unlucky one gets burned alive, or meets some other unfortunate end. 9. 2 YEARS AND 5000 POSTS AGO WHAT IS THE POTOO?! 2 STARRING: Portalfig Ehks Luroka Blade Nato TimeLord RG Voltex Underscore Voxumo ToaD Taka Nuvia Valendale Jed ShadowVezon Smoke Monster Unit Hellyam FF Wiriamu Pulse Trijhak Tiragath Burnmad Dragonstar Onaku WITH XCCJ AND WINDRIDER - PART ONE: WE ARE NUMBER (PO)TOO - In which Voltex is still missing after two years, Ehks finally gets roasted, ToaD flexes his many muscles, Portalfig is the butt of many jokes, Voxumo reveals his scythe, TimeLord asks too many questions, Luroka stokes his own ego, Blade gets elected, ShadowVezon falls in a hole, Onaku suffers through role call, Quisoves (though absent) gets a cameo, and Windrider hands out a mission. - Several Matoran were sitting around a campfire, rambling madly and pointing fingers as they tried to decide who would be roasted with the marshmallows that evening. It was a difficult task, for such a campfire of roasting someone with marshmallows had not gathered for two years, ever since the unfortunate disappearance of Voltex. One Matoran – whose name was Portal – was sitting off to the side, still sulking about his long-lost friend, but obviously, nobody else cared. Two of the Matoran in particular – Luroka and ToaD – were making things quite difficult, engaged in a furious argument over which of them was more worthy of being roasted with the marshmallows. “I am a god,” Luroka was saying. “Clearly, it should be me.” “Nonsense,” ToaD replied, flexing his arms and causing at least half of the Matoran present to swoon. “I am clearly the sexiest person here. It is I who should be roasted!” Needless to say, it was going about as well as trying to grow coffee beans using only horseradish. “I’m telling you, I am a GOD, like, capital-G God!” Luroka exclaimed, refusing to allow his ego to be beaten. ToaD tore off his shirt, revealing gleaming, chiselled muscles that caused everyone to swoon – including Luroka. Smirking with satisfaction, he turned to the crowd, flexing and posing for them. “It’s too much,” Ehks said, eyes rolling up into her head as she passed out on top of Blade, who immediately dumped her on top of the fire. Ehks immediately roasted with the marshmallows. “NOOOOOOO!” ToaD’s horrified cry split the air, and he immediately rushed forward, only to be held back by a cackling Luroka, whose eyes gleamed madly. “No! It was meant to be me! Meeee!” ToaD cried, bursting into tears. Staring down at him, Luroka chuckled. “This is so going on my Wall of Best Moments Ever.” “Well then,” said Windrider, who had shown up just in time to watch Ehks get roasted. Her words effortlessly got the attention of everyone present, and they bowed before her, for even in retirement, she was, and always would be, the patron deity of Games & Trivia. “Well what?” Luroka asked, for he was the only one foolish enough to think himself worthy of interrupting the mighty Windrider. Twin laser beams shot out of her eyes and incinerated Luroka on the spot; ToaD, no longer supported by his worst enemy’s arms, collapsed to the ground. Windrider turned back to the crowd. “Play time is over. You have done your roasting, and now it is time to move on to your next task.” “What is it?” TimeLord asked, his eyes going wide even as both Nato and RG tried fruitlessly to shut his mouth. “Is it a mission? Will we be famous? What are we doing? Who are you? Are you important? Why is everyone listening? Why do we roast people? Are we-” GONG! TimeLord wavered before falling face-first into the dirt courtesy of RG, who held a large pot in his hands, and had, of course, slammed it on top of the other Matoran’s head to shut him up before he could really get started. Everyone’s attention immediately turned to RG – even Voxumo, whose head had to turn a full 180 degrees. “Um,” he said. “I, uh. That was, uh. Yes. Yes. That was, I mean, well you see, the thing is. Um.” “Nice,” Nato muttered, eyeing TimeLord (and the rapidly growing lump on his head that was already the size of a grapefruit) with an air of distaste. “Wherever we’re going, I am not carrying him.” “AS I WAS SAYING,” Windrider continued, muttering to herself under her breath about something or other. “I have a task for all of you.” “…and that task is…?” Nato prompted. “Voltex,” Windrider said, scowling. “He disappeared from this very campsite two years ago. I want you all to find him.” “Find Voltex?” Voxumo asked. “Why? Who cares about him?” “I have received word that he is attempting to play god,” came the response. “Naturally, that cannot be allowed to continue.” “Darn right!” Luroka agreed, nodding frantically and ignoring the fact that he should be nothing more than a pile of ashes. “Only I can be-” Windrider silenced him with a look that promised endless torment if he continued. “Very well,” Voxumo said, pulling his scythe out of nowhere and swinging it experimentally (very nearly taking off Nato’s head). “What do we do when we find him?” “Bring him to me for his punishment,” Windrider ordered. “He will know eternal torment for his foolish games.” Somewhere in the back of the crowd, Portalfig sobbed. They all stood there in silence for another minute before Windrider frowned. “Well? Get moving!” The crowd of Matoran immediately burst into action. ToaD and TimeLord were both trampled as the others sprinted back and forth to gather supplies. While this was going on, Blade stepped up to Windrider, with Portalfig right behind her; the two formally shook hands. “Blade, you will be the leader of this quest,” Windrider said. “Of course.” Portalfig frowned. “But what about-” “Bring him to me alive,” Windrider continued, ignoring Portalfig’s stammering. “If he is missing one or two limbs, that is okay.” Blade cackled. “Excellent.” She immediately turned around and vanished into the crowd. Portalfig remained behind for a moment longer, staring at Windrider, before blinking. “Ha! I win!” Windrider exclaimed, before shoving him into Taka Nuvia. “Now be gone with you!” - An hour later, the group was finally assembled and ready to rumble. Blade, looking over her so-called team, had the brief thought that they might have a few too many characters for an adventure that would be a simple three-chapter disappointment of epic proportions, but then again – character development had always been overrated. “Alright, before we begin, we’re gonna do a role call!” she announced. “When I call your name, simply shout ‘here’! Got it?” “Yes!” they all cried back, thoroughly exasperated, for this was now the third role call that they had done. “Blade!” she yelled, before glancing around and shrugging. “I am here.” “No way,” Luroka muttered, rolling his eyes. “Nato!” “Here.” “Luroka!” “Here, obviously.” “ToaD!” “Present and sexy as always!” “Xccj!” “Not here!” Blade frowned, glancing around. “Alright, where did Xccj get to?” Pointing at himself, Xccj said, “uh, that was me. I was joking.” “Well, stop that,” Blade snapped. “Some of us have work to do, and you’re slowing us down!” “Uh… sure.” Closing her eyes and taking a deep breath to calm herself, Blade continued. “Taka Nuvia!” “Here!” “Underscore!” “Here.” “Voxumo!” “Present.” “Rahkshi Guurahk!” “Please, call me RG.” “TimeLord!” “Please, call me TL.” “Valendale!” “Yes.” “Jed!” “Here.” “SV!” “It’s ShadowVezon, not SV, for the last time! I keep telling you people to call me by my proper name!” “Onaku!” “Here, despite my wishes.” “Dragonstar!” “Here.” “Pulse!” “I’m here.” “Trijhak!” “Um… yeah. I said I’m here. It’s one name, two parts. You know, like a first and last name. ‘Pulse Trijhak’. Because, well, because… well, I’m not sure. It is what it is.” “Unit!” “Here as always.” “Smoke Monster!” “Present.” “FF!” “Please, call me… wait, what does ‘FF’ even stand for, anyway? Fantastic Four? Freaky Friday? Freddy Fazbear? Oh, whatever.” “Wiriamu!” “I actually don’t know why I’m here, could someone please explain?” “Hellyam!” “Here.” “And finally… last and certainly least…” Blade’s face crinkled up into a look of disgust. “Portalfig.” “I’m here,” Portalfig said quietly. “There’s no need to be rude, you know. Just because I’m actually friends with Voltex.” “Whoa, whoa, hold on now,” Onaku – who was standing next to Portalfig – replied. “You’re actually friends with the guy?” “Uh… yes?” Portalfig said, looking uncertain. Onaku took several steps back. “Ew.” “Oh come on!” Portalfig protested, throwing his arms up in the air (and accidentally knocking a clueless RG back into Nato, who cursed as he fell only to be caught by TimeLord). “What’s wrong with you people?! It’s not a crime to be friends with somebody!” “Uh, yes it is, when that somebody is Voltex,” Luroka snapped, shuddering with revulsion. “Good lord, Portal, what is wrong with you?!” “But you’re friends with him too!” “Am not,” Luroka said, smirking. “We’re rivals. Big difference.” Portalfig huffed, crossing his arms and glaring at the other Matoran, but otherwise blessedly falling silent. The silence stretched for several minutes, and was well into the awkward phase before Blade finally spoke again. “Well, anyway, the last sighting of Voltex was… well, him storming away from the campfire two years ago and suddenly vanishing in the darkness. Consensus-” “You mean like common sense?” Portalfig interrupted. “It’s obvious that he fell down a hole.” “-states that he probably fell down a hole,” Blade finished, ignoring Portalfig. “So we must now look for a hole.” “I found a hole,” Onaku replied, raising his hand. “Um, I might have accidentally shoved ShadowVezon down it a few minutes ago. By accident, of course. I didn’t mean to, I swear. It was just an accident.” “Then we have our hole and we must push on through,” Blade declared. “Please stop,” Nato muttered. “Who wants to go first?” Blade asked. “Portalfig, how about you?” The Matoran shook his head. “Uh, no thanks.” Blade frowned, leaning in until her mask was pressed up against Portalfig’s. “I said, ‘how about you’?” “Uh…” Portalfig trailed off, gulping nervously, before grinning weakly. “Sure?” “Excellent!” Without further ado, she grabbed Portalfig by the shoulders, hauled him over to where Onaku was standing, and tossed him into the hole. “SON OF A BIIIIIIiiiiiii……” The group stared down at where Portalfig had slowly vanished into the distance of the gaping black pit before Luroka finally spoke. “Do you think that counts as bypassing the word filter?” “Probably,” said ToaD, looking over from where he was busy flexing for Unit, “but who cares?” “Voltex, probably,” Nato replied, before he shrugged. “Well, here goes nothing.” And then Nato too jumped into the hole – and, with him having kickstarted the process, one by one, the rest of the group did so as well. - Windrider slowly walked up to the hole, gazing down at it with a pensive expression. The sound of footsteps on the dirt behind her drew her attention to Ehks, who looked well and truly crisped after being roasted with the marshmallows. “Y’know, I was kinda hoping to do more in this,” Ehks commented. “They all get to go off on an adventure, and what do I get? A glorified cameo.” “Nonsense,” Windrider replied, reaching up to stroke the disgusting and absurd-looking bird on her shoulder. “We’ll both be reappearing in Part Three – and maybe even Part Two if you’re lucky. Now my little pet here, on the other hand – it has a glorified cameo.” Ehks glanced at the bird, her eyes immediately widening as she shuddered involuntarily, unable to repress the urge. “Please tell me that it’s not what I think it is.” “It’s not what you think it is,” Windrider said cheerfully, still stroking the bird. “Isn’t that right, Quisoves?” “MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM.” Ehks shuddered again. TO BE CONTINUED IN PART 2: “TEX IS THE ONE IN THE HOLE” Welcome to my 10K 3-Part Not-So-Special.
  10. For Coronet and Cancellation [slizer Mafia 3] The Slizers invaded Okoto. Seeking a way to turn back time and build a new future for themselves, they transformed a villager into a Skull Slizer who would be willing to use the Mask of Time for them, and a new timeline was built were the Slizer theme continued for many years. As the astral mutation experiments continued, it created eight Coronet Slizers to lead the eight regions of Slizer Planet—seven were created solely for this purpose, while the Skull Slizer was modified into the Judge Coronet. The Okotans invaded Slizer Planet. Hoping to save their world by destroying this ill-gained timeline, they slowly eradicated the force sent to eliminate them, all while gathering the information they needed to confirm the Judge Coronet’s original identity and find a way into their chamber. They appealed to the former villager in vain, and all but the Mask Maker were killed. The Judge Coronet had developed new plans, motivated both by their Coronet instinct to protect their people from all harm, and the Skull Slizer instinct to rip all enemies into shreds. They would obtain ultimate power…and any who opposed them would be killed. War has devastated Slizer Planet. Most of the population has been wiped out, and the Judge Coronet has killed the other Coronets save for one: the Ice Coronet. These two have met in the ruins of the Slizer Dome, where the last few surviving Generic Slizers live, to settle their battle once and for all. As the Ice Coronet seeks to save as many of the survivors as possible, they come to learn that there is something the Judge Coronet seeks to further their goal of carnage, and that if they can find it first, then perhaps they stand a chance of ending this tyranny once and for all. *** This game will be separated into Day and Night rounds each lasting 24 hours. During the Night rounds, special roles will decide on actions via PM, and then during the Day, all players vote, and whoever receives the most votes is killed. The Court of the Judge Coronet: First an Okotan, then an undead Skull Slizer, and now the immortal leader of the Slizer Dome, the Judge Coronet has set their sights on ultimate power to slaughter any and all who are not loyal to them. -Judge Coronet x1: Leader of the Slizer Dome and scourge of this dark future. The Judge Coronet’s identity will be known to all, but they cannot be killed under normal circumstances. Each night they will choose one player to protect. -Energy Slizer x1: A scout Slizer who has their doubts, but is determined to follow their orders regardless. Chooses one player to investigate each night, learning their role. If they are killed, then the Judge Coronet will learn the role of the player they protect. -Rock Slizer x1: A brutal Slizer who rather likes the Judge Coronet’s fascination with bloodshed. Chooses one player each night to bring before the Judge Coronet, and then kills them unless they are one of the Pivotal Roles. If they are killed, the Judge Coronet will give up their previous ability and take this matter into their own hands. The Court of the Ice Coronet: One of seven Coronet Slizers created from the ground up by the astral mutation program, and the only one who is still alive, the Ice Coronet hopes to slay the Judge Coronet and save as many of the remaining Slizers as possible. -Ice Coronet x1: Leader of the Ice Sector and the only one with a chance of defeating the Judge Coronet. The Ice Coronet’s identity will be known to all, but they cannot be killed under normal circumstances. Each night they will choose one player to protect. -City Slizer x1: The City Slizer of the original timeline, who has made it their goal to finish this terrible mistake once and for all. Chooses one player to investigate each night, learning their role. If they are killed, then the Ice Coronet will learn the role of the player they protect. -Sub Slizer x1: A hunter who seeks to avenge the death of the Sub Coronet by doing whatever they can to lead the Judge Coronet to oblivion. Chooses one player each night to bring before the Ice Coronet, who will remove them from the game unless they are one of the Pivotal Roles. If they are killed, the Ice Coronet will give up their previous ability and take this matter into their own hands. The Pivotal Roles: These two hold the key to victory in this war. The game ends when they have both been activated or killed. -Delta Slizer x1: A Slizer created by the astral mutation program. If one of the Coronets is able to find them, the Delta Slizer will join their Court and take over the duties of any attendant who has been slain. -Mask Maker x1: An Okotan who has been trapped on this world for a long time. If one of the Coronets is able to find them, they will join their Court and take over the duties any attendant who has been slain. All other players are Generic Slizers with no role ability. When both Pivotal Roles have been activated or killed, the game will end: -If one Coronet has found both Pivotal Roles, the other Coronet and their Court will be killed, and the Court with the Pivotal Roles and any remaining Generic Slizers will win. -If one Coronet has found one Pivotal Role and the other Pivotal Role is dead, the other Coronet and their Court will be killed, and the Court with the Pivotal Role and any remaining Generic Slizers will win. -If one Coronet has found the Delta Slizer while the other has found the Mask Maker, then the Coronet who activated a Pivotal Role last will kill the other Coronet and their Court, and they and whoever remains will win. -If both Pivotal Roles are killed, then the Coronets are both killed, and the other members of their Courts and any Generic Slizers who remain will win. Rules: -The laws of BZP are to be obeyed. -Roles are not be revealed. -Votes are not to be switched. -If you are a member of a Court, you are not to betray your Coronet. -If a role fails to respond before the established deadline, a target shall be chosen for them via RNG. 11. I figured that it might be useful to have a central location where people (including me) can find all of my stories on the site. I will not be including the majority of my comedies here; most of them are basically unreadable thanks to those mysterious coding errors that struck awhile back. One of them is included here, since I cared enough to go back and fix it. Basically everything else is probably from after November 2013. This series was originally based upon the Bionicle Mafia game series in Games & Trivia, although it has since diverged from the standard formatting of those games, expanding into a whole universe and story of its own. This series details the adventures of a cast of characters named after BZPower members; signups are opened before each major installment to determine which members can join the cast, and of course, survival is never guaranteed. Prelude (March 2014) Although the name lacks creativity, and it is not required reading, Prelude provided a brief glimpse into the mind of Voltex, as well as giving readers a glimpse of backstory prior to the events that take place within Book 1 - Isolation. Many of the flashbacks in Book 2 - Extraction make use of this time period as well. Book 1 - Isolation / Review (March 2014) Told from the viewpoints of Voltex, Ehks, Sumiki and Pulse, Book 1 - Isolation tells the tale of 23 Matoran who are trapped inside a conference hall after it is ambushed by the terrorist Xaeraz. The Matoran must survive the attacks of a group of traitors hired by Xaeraz to kill the rest, and execute those they believe to be guilty in order to escape. This epic is very self-contained, and the readers are given very little information to understand why it is happening, allowing them to learn alongside the main characters. All Hail the King (September 2014) Much like Prelude, this short story is not required reading; however, narrated by Fishers64 (or, as she is most commonly known in the story, "Agent 64"), it provides some valuable insights into the world that this series is set in, as well as the first real glimpse of how the White Council runs things. The timing of this story is unclear, although it does take place sometime before Prelude. An organization known as "Control" also features prominently, although their role in events is unknown. Book 2 - Extraction / Review (October 2014) Told from the viewpoints of Voltex, Ehks, Agent 64, Burnmad, Xaeraz and White Thirteen, Book 2- Extraction dictates the continued struggles of the survivors from Book 1 - Isolation as they find themselves at battle with two mysterious forces. The group meets a new cast of Matoran along the way, although whether they can trust these newcomers or not is never clear. In order to escape back to Metru-Nui, they must work with their greatest enemies and betray their closest friends. Book 2 - Extraction also provides much of the backstory that was absent in Book 1 - Isolation, explaining the relationships between several characters and detailing how the various narrators came to be who they are in this epic. Book 3 - Extermination / Review (December 2014) The final installment of the Uprising series and narrated by eight different characters, Extermination was written as a standalone story, to allow more people to enjoy it. Having survived the events of Isolation and Extraction, the survivors started an uprising against the White Council - one year later, they remain at war. But a new figure, known only as the "Shadow", has appeared, and they are hunting down all involved in the war one by one... it is no longer a war. It is a matter of survival. It is extermination. By the Fireside (December 2015) A standalone short story starring the member Dina Saruyama. I wrote it for her for the BZPower 2015 Secret Santa gift exchange. In this story, her character runs into a decrepit robot within the jungle of Bota-Magna, and the two remininsce about the past, discuss the present, and contemplate the future that awaits them. Oblivion / Review (January 2016) A standalone BZPower epic, in which four Matoran (and one Agori) are gathered by a Mad Great Being. They find themselves in a deadly race to find the Mask of Life while hunting a dangerous and mysterious villain, with the hopes of saving Spherus-Magna before it can be destroyed. These works are, as the header states, unrelated to any other projects. They are often standalone, or the number of installments in their series is too small for me to put the effort into dedicating an entire section of this "library" to them. Tahu vs. Tahu [G1] (December 2010) Originally released on December 19, 2010, Tahu vs. Tahu was, for a long time, my magnum opus. It is an epicomedy starring the Bionicle sets, who go to war when their leader, Tahu Mata, clases with his remake, Tahu Stars, for control over the House. It has been re-released as of March 28, 2015, as the first two seasons were lost with the archives and the second two have become gibberish since coding errors hit them in 2013. Bionicle Mafia IV: The Smiting (April 2013) This is unrelated to the Bionicle Mafia series above, and is instead based upon the game Bionicle Mafia IV: The Rich, The Poor, and The Pyro, run by Zakaro. I was in contact with the Medic during this game, and a conversation he had with Zakaro over PM (which was relayed to me) inspired me to write this short comedy about the Medic and I trying to steal Zakaro's ice cream. One Last Stop (November 2013) This was my final comedy, starring Vultraz, Jaller, Mazeka and Takua (four of my favorite characters from my comedies, and who together managed to appear in basically every comedy that I wrote). No prior reading is required to enjoy this, although its effect will definitely be strongest for those who read the likes of Vultraz's Diner, Tahu vs. Tahu, and How to Be a Hero. This signaled my goodbye to the comedies forum and the characters within, although I would revisit Vultraz at least once more, and I have a little something that is still in very early planning stages. King Vultraz (September 2014) Made in response to the official announcement of Bionicle's return in 2015, this short story once more stars Vultraz, Jaller, Mazeka and Takua. No prior reading is necessary, of course. I was inspired to write it by members commenting that the Mask of Creation looked like Vultraz's Mask of Scavenging wearing a crown; while I did not personally see the resemblance, inspiration bit me anyway. This brief tale chronicles a portion of Vultraz's journey to claim the mask and rule the universe. All That We've Lost / Review (November 2014) Written as a sequel to the games Bionicle Mafia III: By the Numbers and Bionicle Mafia XVIII: By the Numbers 2 (with this story also being known as By the Numbers 3), this two parter epic is actually a standalone story as well. It was originally meant to be a short story, but grew too large, and so was split into two chapters. It stars Voltex and Taka Nuvia as they journey through twisted versions of the former's memories while hunting down Makuta. What is the Potoo?! (January 2015) Another comedy based upon the Bionicle Mafia game series and quite possibly my most absurd work yet - I think "absurd" is just about the only word that can possibly fit, to be honest. It stars several BZPower members arguing about who shall be roasted with marshmallows, while they also discover the Potoo. This story was also coincidentally my 5000th post on the forums, although that was not intentional. It was also the first instance of me breaking the "One Last Stop is my final comedy" rule. Tahu vs. Tahu / Review (July 2015) The six 2015 Toa (known as the "Toa Okoto") arrive at a House in the year 2010, having traveled back in time. With no memories to guide them, they must discover their purpose in the past while also surviving a civil war and stopping a mysterious enemy that threatens to destroy every single set alive. BZPGOT: Lore & Histories / Review (July 2016) Differing from my usual projects, this isn't so much a story as it is a world-building exercise, expanding the world of BZPower's Game of Thrones. With chapters focusing on the different regions, factions, races, and perhaps even players of the game, my intent is to craft a resource that might just prove to be invaluable in future iterations of the game. What is the Potoo?! 2 (January 2017) The sequel to What is the Potoo?!, in which a team of far too many BZPower members is sent by Windrider to find Voltex after he fell down a hole two years prior. Finding them scattered all across an absurd version of Okoto and haunted by the call of the Potoo, Blade, Portalfig, SPIRIT, Luroka, and all the rest soon find themselves locked into an adventure that really should not have been written in the first place. This was written and posted as my 10, 000th post, just because I could. I will, of course, update this once I have posted more things.
  12. Slizer Mafia 2: Okotans’ Revenge Having invaded Okoto, the Judge Slizer was able to use the Mask of Time to return to the year 2000 and create a future where the Slizer theme continued. For years now the theme has prospered, having millions of fans and drawing in massive profits, completely overshadowing every other smaller constraction line Lego has produced on the side and achieving a steadiness that ensures many more years of prosperity. But as the theme entered into 2015, a familiar distortion appeared in the sky over the Slizer Dome. Later that day, a Slizer official was found dead, holding in their hand a note written in the Okotan alphabet: “We will take our future back.” The Judge Slizer has been put in charge of finding and eliminating the Okotan invaders. The Slizer Dome has been placed in lockdown, successfully cornering the bionic fiends, but they have managed to infiltrate the task force and are working to dismantle it and leave with classified information about a certain individual. As their allies start to be picked off one by one, the Judge Slizer resorts to desperate measures… *** Welcome to Mafia! This game will be separated into Day and Night rounds each lasting 24 hours. During the Night rounds, special roles will decide on actions via PM, and then during the Day, all players vote on who they think is guilty, and whoever receives the most votes is executed. Okotans: These G2 elites have made their way to this alternate timeline to claim vengeance for the Slizers’ act of raiding Okoto. Win by eliminating all Slizers. -Ekimu the Mask Maker x1: A wise elder determined to take back what is rightfully theirs. Each night, Ekimu will order one of the other Okotans to kill someone. Ekimu cannot send the same person two nights in a row, and cannot be killed unless he is the last Okotan left alive. -Kulta the Skull Grinder x1: This creature’s dark powers were disrupted in the process of crossing timelines, limiting what they can do…for now. If they survive until Night 4, however, their powers will return, and they can revive one of the players they have killed as a Skull Slizer bound to the will of Ekimu. -Umarak the Hunter x1: An elemental being of Shadow who is one with the night itself. When Umarak kills someone, there is no suspect list. -Tahu the Uniter of Fire x1: Being the leader of the Toa, Tahu has some doubts about this mission, but if one of the other Okotans is killed he will realize that he has no choice but to take things seriously. At this point, Tahu will call Ikir to his aid and be able to kill two people when sent, though this produces a smaller suspect list. Slizers: A special task force assembled to eradicate the Okotans, they have now been compromised and must purge their ranks at any cost. Win by eliminating all Okotans. -Redshirt Slizer x 14: Generic soldiers who don’t do anything other than vote. -Judge Slizer x1: An elite official leading this task force. Their vote counts as 3 votes. -City Slizer x1: A speedy Slizer who can investigate one player each night to learn their role. -Spark Slizer x1: A medical officer who can protect one player each night, nullifying all attacks against them. They can also grant an electric shield to one player, giving them the ability to escape death once, but the Spark Slizer can only create ONE such shield. -Blaster Slizer x1: This aggressive gunner selects one player to kill each night, though their weapon is ineffective against other members of the task force. In light of this, no one will be executed as a result of a kill made by the Blaster Slizer. Neutral Roles: Civilians who were unable to get out before the lockdown went into effect. Win by surviving. -Music Slizer x1: This Slizer wants to be involved and will target someone every night, but their mood is entirely dependent on what song their iPod shuffles out. They might protect their target, they might kill them, they might prevent them from acting, they might learn what their role is. Music can take you anywhere. -Flare Slizer x1: A disturbed individual who was found enjoyment in this chaos. Every night they will target two players and launch a volley of fireballs as they fly over, randomly killing one and burying the other in rubble. If a player gets buried in rubble twice, they will die. -Hiker Mike x1: An unbelievably friendly individual and a master of negotiations. They can target one player and talk them out of making any rash decisions, stripping them of their role ability. This ability can only be used ONCE, and the player must explicitly activate it in their PM. If Ekimu is targeted, they will be killed and another Okotan will assume their authority; if another Okotan is targeted, they can no longer be sent to kill. Since targeting a Redshirt Slizer would accomplish nothing, if Hiker Mike targets one of them, this ability will not be used up and Hiker Mike can try again. Rules: 1. BZP rules, yo (follow them) 2. 13. DAY 1 "Well, this is... This is not looking good folks. " The lonely reporter's voice was thin over the waves, alone and afraid. It had been a scant few hours since the game ended, the city of Po-Koro had descended into a nightmare in a scant few hours... Who knew the peaceful brown and tan folk of the land of stone could riot so ferociously? It was a city whose air had been positively jubilant that afternoon, now it was darkening by the minute, both natural night and the thick blotching of smoke and fire. One was the loneliest number, save perhaps for some barely extant number at the far end of the endless number line, some gargantuan entity whose name was formless and whose existance no one could ever comprehend, much less ponder. But... Who knew one was such an inflammatory number? Especially when eighteen preceeded it... The perfect season, ended in a single play. The Po-Wahi Ash Bears ("da burrs" as they were known to the adoring villagers) upset by a wildcard upstart from southern Ta-Wahi. Yikes. "The Guard is working to regain control of the streets, patrols are heading out by the minute...." He didn't sound so sure of himself... Most of the Guard had joined the rioters, as enflamed as the fans. Funny that, unity, duty and destiny was so much weaker than sports pride. "Stay inside your homes, lock the doors. Keep a hand on your weapons." A loud pounding down the hall. The flimsy furnature reverbarated. "Oh... Oh gods." The door to the station exploded into a million pieces. "..." Muffled screams, noises of violence. A sound like the flesh of an orange being peeled. "...!!" Not so muffled screams. 14. Crack! Lightning split the air and thunder rolled over their craft. Yet the pair of Makuta continued to weather the storm, for there was no room for either of them in the hold, among their meager provisions. They were roughly two and a half hours at sea, now, and the storm had been persisting since before they had left. Normally, one would not shove off in such a bad storm, but circumstances had been... extenuating. These two Makuta were escapees from the fateful coup staged by Teridax. Opposed by nature to the vile rule of their former brother-in-arms, the pair had, like many others, attempted to escape to a far-off locale, in hopes of living out the rest of their existence incognito. Regarding those two Makuta: One lay prostrate upon the deck, and the other was hunched over him. The feature most immediately noticeable to a passive onlooker was that, from the former of the beings described, there was rapidly escaping that pale, green mist known as antidermis. The source of this emission was a massive injury on the backside of the being's pitch-black armor casing. Various cloths and lengths of rope had been employed in the effort of stemming the life-giving substance's escape, but it continued to flow in spite of them, and in spite of the cannonball-like midak ball that still remained lodged in the wound, without which obstacle the victim would, ironically, have far earlier died. A more astute observer would notice a similar stream of gas emanating from the destroyed right half of the healthier Makuta's Kanohi. A portion of the gas escaping from both injuries was dissolving into the rain that streamed down that unfortunate pair of bodies, leaving a trail of a ghastly green tint in the water that flowed off the sides of the boat. Struck by the hopelessness of his situation, the dying Makuta reached his shaking hands up to his face, and weakly removed his own, undamaged Kanohi, offering it to his companion in the hopes that the latter could avoid a similar fate. With some understandable hesitation, the hunched one slowly took the pristine mask. Lifting it to his face, he stared into its empty, soulless eyes. And through them he saw those of his comrade, which were beginning to take on a similar vacancy. As he continued to stare, heartbroken, more gas began to weakly seep from his friend's bare face. The Makuta, unwilling to turn down the apparent dying wish of his comrade, removed his ruined mask and replaced it with the dripping, rain-streaked Kanohi by which he had known his friend for centuries. If any attempt had been made to exchange words in this scene, they had gone unheard over the storm. Meanwhile, the boat that now carried a single, unfortunate soul, came into sight of Keno Island's beach. ------- What a crock. The soft sound of his footfalls echoed from the steep bank which marked the end of the beach. Having long since shifted his form into that of a lowly Matoran, the disguised Makuta was in search of whatever type of civilization sparsely inhabited this island. He was but several hours into his circumnavigation of the island's coast, when he gained view of a small settlement. It was another hour of trudging through the sand (Matoran, he found, have egregiously short and stubby legs) before he approached the village-- a mere dot on the surface of the island, sprawling maybe two dozen shacks and shanties along the waterfront, with a single, properly-constructed building up off of the beach; probably a meeting hall or some other sort of gathering place. As he neared, the unfortunate survivor increasingly sensed something amiss. Even a village this small should have people out and about in the middle of the day, and yet, in the hour that he had spent walking towards it, he had seen not a soul. No Matoran on fishing boats in the water, not a man going between the buildings for his tasks. Only ghosts strolled down the dirt path that divided the town. Entering the midst of the buildings, he began to investigate the shacks. Though small, and certainly under-equipped for a being of his stature, they had a certain pleasant, homey quality, which he recognized as being characteristic of the constructions of simple beings like Matoran. The fortresses and outposts of the Brotherhood, though he recalled them fondly, were far from comfortable. He pushed through the hanging mesh of palm leaves that served as a door to one building, and, his keen eyes failing to perceive any living beings within, he began to rummage around. Though a single room, another mesh of leaves separated it into two halves. In one, it seemed, the inhabitants of the shack slept, while the other contained a series of wooden bowls, utensils for cooking and eating, and most impressively, a rudimentary stove. The Makuta looked upon it with the unwittingly self-superior wonderment of a man witnessing the complex tunnels of an ant colony. Yet, he thought, I cannot locate the residents of this abode. Worried for the well-being of his newfound ants, he ventured forth from the shack he had been investigating. He knew exactly where to search next: The meeting hall. That would certainly be where Matoran would go in a crisis. He approached the building - monumental in comparison to those ones which dotted the beach - and parted the doors. And he stopped, for he was immediately assaulted by the hideous stench of death. Sadness welled up in his heart. Oh, no, he said to himself in worriment. They've all died, haven't they? It took only a cursory search to confirm his suspicions. Several bodies littered the foyer, where he had entered, but in the very next room was piled at least three quarters of the village's population. Their corpses were in some cases hideously mutilated, and he thought it best to begin his examination with one of those. It did not take long to determine the cause-- a peculiar, viral infection, the key characteristic of which was its tendency to cause the infected to develop manipulative, secretive, and usually paranoid personalities, and experience nightly episodes of psychosis, often with a focus on spreading the malady to others. The infection took hold of its victim immediately, and was extremely difficult to detect 90% of the time, when the victim would act almost completely normally. In one week's time, it would begin to replicate so rapidly that the host's cells would start to burst, causing various other symptoms until death. Under normal circumstances, it would be simple to synthesize a cure. However, with the Brotherhood in chaos, that would prove impossible, and this Makuta's knowledge of local flora was unfortunately nonexistent. Nor, it seemed, were the Matoran natives able to develop a true cure on their own-- as evidenced by the pile of bodies in front of him. In such circumstances, the only thing to do was to slaughter patients before they could infect anyone else. And, on that note, the sound of ragged breathing, and stirring as if from sleep, seemed to indicate that the Makuta had judged one such 'body' rather prematurely. He turned, to witness the apparent sole survivor of this incident rising from the floor. His mannerisms clearly indicated that he was in the later stages of the infection. The end was near for him, anyway. "Oh..." Breathed the visitor, still in the guise of a Matoran. "You poor wretch." The Makuta on Keno Island A deadly infection has taken root in the population of Keno Island, and it's making use of its victims to guarantee its spread. Led by the sole Turaga of the island, the healthy residents of various villages have come together to one location. But little do they know that the infection has already claimed one of their own. Meanwhile, a Makuta turned political refugee seeks to escape the notice of the Teridax-led Brotherhood of Makuta. But it would seem that they have already turned their search upon this small island, for one of their own agents also walks among the Matoran. The Village - Wins by eliminating the Infected, and any Makuta that are revealed Matoran x 17 - Simple villagers, these roles vote during the day, and have no actions to perform at night. Turaga - The leader of the Matoran, this role's votes count for double during the day. Doctor - Well-versed in the medicinal plants native to the island, this role can prevent either death or infection for one individual each night-- including itself. May not protect against both at once, however, if the Detective is targeted with either form of protection, they will gain the benefits of both. The Doctor's concoction to prevent infection is fatal to the infected. Detective - This resourceful Matoran can detect signs that one might not be as they seem. Investigates someone during the night, and finds whether they are village-aligned or not. No more, no less. The Infected - Wins by infecting the majority of the remaining players, or by keeping Patient Zero alive through day 7 Patient Zero - The first infected in this village. Picks two people to infect before other roles go out. Votes with all Infected on who to convert during the night. If allowed to live for 7 days, dies in a gruesome spectacle in which all remaining Villagers are infected. Infected x2 - Chosen by Patient Zero before the start of the game. Vote with him on who to infect during the night. The Makuta - Both are immune to the infection, and will survive the first attempt to lynch them. Must not reveal roles to Village. Visitor - Kills someone every night. Wins by eliminating the Infection while remaining undetected by the Agent, or by eliminating the Agent as well as the Infection. Loses if all Villagers are eliminated or infected. Agent - Can kill once per game. Wins by seeing Visitor eliminated. Rules: 0. Roles act as described during the night. During the day, everyone votes on who to lynch. Null votes are allowed, however, abstaining is not. One person will be lynched, and ties will be broken by the Turaga. If the Turaga's vote has already been cast for one of the tied candidates, that one will be immediately lynched, otherwise the Turaga will give their decision via PM. Null cannot win ties. Ties will not be announced, nor will vote totals. 1. A Makuta is considered 'revealed' only by being unsuccessfully lynched (which reveals them to all), or by revealing their role to a Villager (which reveals only to that individual). If someone claims to know a Makuta, whether it be true or false, or by that player's admission to being one or no, that player is not revealed to all as a Makuta. 2. Villagers are to play to their role, which means attempting to lynch a Makuta of which they become aware (however, they may put this off until the Infected are dealt with, or what have you). They may claim that someone is a Makuta to the rest of the village, however, that Makuta is not revealed, and other players are not required to lynch them at any point, though they certainly may. 3. Everyone must do everything in their power (and within the rules) to win, until they have died or the game has concluded. 4. The dead must not interfere with the game. 5. Use of screenshots in any scenario, as well as quoting from your role PM to prove your role, are forbidden. Relevant out-of-game discussion is permitted*, and may be quoted (or have quotes faked) from, but since I can't view those conversations, honor rule is in play, particularly regarding rule #2; Makuta should not out themselves to a Villager, looking for an alliance! 6. Infection conversions occur before any deaths in a scene. So, if there's one Infected and they die, their conversion for that night will occur before their death, and thus still take effect. *7. During the night, Infected may only converse with each other, and everyone else must be isolated-- the idea is that everyone retreats to their own meeting/house during the night. Player list 1. 15. It only needs one more inhabitant. There is an infection spreading, and some Makuta hiding. It needs your help. (Bionicle Mafia XXXIII: The Makuta on Keno Island is a Bionicle Mafia game in the Games & Trivia forum, hosted by Burnmad. It aims for 25 players and right now it's got only 24.)
  16. I have a Mafia game up. Go play it. If you don't, the Zivon will consume you. It's right behind you RIGHT NOW.
  17. Mafia: Slizers on Okoto Makuta had been banished to the Shadow Realm. The Toa had returned to the stars, having used up all their life points. Okoto was about to know prosperity once again. No one knows how or why the strange portal appeared in the sky, or just how many airships emerged from it. But everyone now knows the chaos brought upon the island by the strange beings known as Slizers, and that with the Temple of Time under their control, the Toa will not be coming to save anyone this time. The vastness of Okoto has proved advantageous, leaving the Slizers spread thin and one small village a relatively safe haven. However, one night, a Slizer ship moved over the village and fired something—a bolt of light that shot into the village and then disappeared without a trace. The next morning, a Slizer defector approached the village with crucial information: that the Slizer forces had set into motion some sort of experiment, and an elite group known as the Ultrarexes had infiltrated the village in the hopes of finding its results. With the airship hanging over them like a guillotine, the panicked villagers came to a decision. They would root out and eliminate the Ultrarexes…by any means necessary. *** Welcome to Mafia! This game will be separated into Day and Night rounds each lasting 24 hours. During the Night rounds, special roles will decide on actions via PM, and then during the Day, all players vote on who they think is guilty, and whoever receives the most votes is executed. Sounds like fun, right? Factions and Roles: Okotans: The normally peaceful villagers have been consumed by paranoia, and have taken to lynching each other in a desperate attempt to rid themselves of the Slizer menace. Win by killing all Ultrarexes. -Protector x1: The brave leader of the village. True to their title, the Protector can protect one player from death each night. -Villager x11: Normal villagers who do nothing aside from vote. However, intel from the City Slizer suggests that one of these individuals may not be what they seem… Ultrarexes: Hostile Slizers who have blended into the village population. Each night they will kill one player, and they win the game by killing all Okotans and Robotops (aside from the Fire Slizer). -Judge Slizer x1: The leader of the Ultrarexes, the Judge Slizer decides which subordinate to dispatch each night and who the target will be. They cannot be the one who goes to kill unless both the Rock and Jungle Slizers are dead, and if they do, there will be no suspect list. In the event of their death, another Ultrarex will be selected randomly to take their place. -Rock Slizer x1: A resilient warrior who bulldozes their targets with raw power. They possess a plasma shield that will protect them from death once. -Jungle Slizer x1: A silent assassin who eliminates their targets with elegant precision. If the Protector foils their attempt, they will retaliate with a poison dart that will prevent the Protector from acting the following night. -Energy Slizer x1: A scout who can weave in and out of the village without being detected. Each night the Energy Slizer can investigate one player to determine if they are the secret role, and if they are, the Ultrarexes will be told how to activate this role. Since they cannot kill, if the Energy Slizer is the final Ultrarex left alive, the game ends in victory for the Okotans and Robotops. -Altered Villager/Skull Slizer x1: The result of the Ultrarexes’ astral mutation experiment, this once-normal villager has returned to life as an undead creature who is extremely resistant to death…and extremely eager to tear into their former allies. Robotops: Though not a unified group, there is one thing these rogue Slizers have in common: they have all taken up arms against their own people in one form or another. The Sub, Ski, and City Slizers win by killing all Ultrarexes, and the Fire Slizer wins simply by surviving the game. -Sub Slizer x1: The only thing this outlaw Slizer wants is to put an end to the Ultrarexes’ mysterious experiment. Each night they will target one player, and if the target is an Ultrarex, they will kill them. -City Slizer x1: A defector who has chosen to aid the village in their fight for survival. Each night they will investigate one player to learn their role. The mystery role will appear to them as an ordinary Villager. -Ice Slizer: x1: A laid-back Slizer who wants to stop things from escalating if at all possible. Each night they will freeze one player, preventing them from acting. -Fire Slizer x1: A deformed Slizer gone mad with rage. Each night they will target two players, one of whom will be killed. Rules: 1. All BZP rules apply, obviously. 2. No vote switches. 3. No screenshots or role-revealing or leaking info to others or spilling the beans once you’re dead…just, you know, don’t spoil anything! D: We need at least 20 players to start. Sign-ups will be left open for 24 hours after that number is achieved in case anyone else wants to join in. Good luck! 18. REVITALISED For many months, the city of Metru Nui has been content. All was in order. No dark forces had taken over, nobody had died. Every time a dark force did attempt to take over, one of two things would happen - either the dark force would vanish completely, or everyone would forget about the, and wait for the next dark force of the month. Until now, of course. The city of Metru Nui, being content with its position, infuriated many of the prospective dark forces looking to take over. Thus, these Dark Forces once again lash out at Metru Nui - as they had many times before. Unfortunately, this time, they aren't going to disappear. These are the Roles of those in Metru Nui that have sworn to fight the Dark Forces: x11 Matoran. These Matoran live in Metru Nui. They want to protect their home, and they'll do it the best way they know how: Lynching, even when there is little to no evidence.x1 Detective. This Detective has been contracted by the city's Turaga to figure out the identities of the Dark Forces.x1 Medic. This Medic tries to predict who the Dark Forces will kill next, and tries to save the target.x1 Turaga. This Turaga leads the city of Metru Nui. As such, their voice is an especially influential one, meaning their votes count for double. These are the identified 'Roles' of the Dark Forces the Detective has gathered: x1 Makuta. This Makuta is known to be at the head of the Dark Forces, and desires to rule over Metru Nui - even if everyone else is dead.x3 Rahkshi. These Rahkshi are the sons of the Makuta, and terrorise the streets during the night. Additionally, there are the roles of those those who do not seem to care either way about the Dark Forces, or are hostile to everyone - they appear to be 'Neutral': x1 Dark Hunter. This Dark Hunter has apparently been contracted to hunt everyone present in Metru Nui. They do not care if you aren't of the Dark Forces or not, they will kill you either way. (Serial Killer)x1 Toa of Fire. The Toa of Fire just wants everything to burn, caring not for Metru Nui or the Dark Forces (Pyro) But beware - even though Dark Forces are attempting to take over, that does not mean you can ignore its Laws and Basic Principles: Vote switches are not allowed. We can't just remove your vote, because then we'd get accused of removing other people's votes, too. Days and Nights are both 24 hours. No screenshots. What's a computer? What's a print screen button? If you betray Metru Nui, or any other factions you have allegiance to, that is an express chute ticket to getting lynched by the mob - or absorbed by Makuta. So don't betray your allies, or you'll end up with none. The dead stay dead. If you see a corpse chattering and giving info to the living, please alert your local Medic about the newly-discovered zombie problem so it can be wheeled off to the local Chattering Corpse Heap Isolation Chamber, where it can only chatter with other corpses. The following is the resulting list from Metru Nui's 2016 Population Census: 1. Valendale 2. ToaTimeLord 3. Voxumo 4. Dragon.star 6. Toa Smoke Monster 7. Ursus Wielder Pahrak 8. xccj 9. Dallior Matoran, killed by Dark Hunter Night 1 10. Manducus Matoran, incinerated by Toa of Fire Night 1 11. jed1ndy 12.135675. Auktam Aroluk 13. Destined Blade Matoran, lynched Day 1 13.1. Unit#phntk#1 Matoran, lynched Day 1 15. FF Matoran, lynched Day 2 15 (with a vengeance). Ehksdian Turaga, cremated by Toa of Fire Night 2 16. ToaD Matoran, lynched Day 2 17. Nato, aka The Good Guys 18. JAG18 Rahkshi, killed by Dark Hunter Night 2 19. Lucina Matoran, lynched Day 1 20. Burnmad Matoran, killed by Dark Forces Night 2 For the new players - BZP Mafia works like this: there are two different types of rounds, Day and Night. During the night, the Mafia roles (in our case, Makuta and the Rahkshi) decide who to kill, and then kill them. During the day, the Village votes for who they think did the evil deed, and whoever has highest amount of votes is lynched, killing them. These rounds commonly last anywhere between 24-72 hours depending on the game of Mafia,
  19. ACTUAL FIRST POST http://www.bzpower.com/board/topic/22798-bionicle-mafia-xxxi-extra-american/?p=1080541 (credit to Nik the Three for the banner) Once upon a time, there was a Matoran named Nuck Chorris. He was merely seconds away from completing his masterwork. He had placed a bun made of wheat on the table. He then spread ketchup on that bun, piling on that a meat patty, onions, and cabbage. He then placed another bun atop that. On that lay lettuce, and tomato… and another patty. He then took out a glowing object of pure gloriousness… bacon. He placed the bacon atop the foodstuff pile, and quickly smothered it with the final bun. He then took out his patented frilly toothpick… and gingerly inserted it through the thing. He had finally created his masterwork… The 1/2 pound deluxe bacon cheeseburger. Suddenly, a magic portal erupted from beneath it, transforming Nuck into Chuck… Chuck Norris. A sudden rush of patriotism flowed throughout him, and he quickly got to work transfiguring Ta-Metru to a new land, a shining land of hope… America. America blossomed, much to the confusion of its neighbors and inhabitants. Soon, only the most patriotic of citizens were allowed to stay. These happy few made America great. However, opposition soon rose. From the very cheeseburger that had created America, a new evil arose… Communazism. This evil imbedded itself within the souls of some great Americans, perverting their once great values with socialism… creating the Mafia of Filthy Communazis. Rules: 1. Basic Mafia rules. If you're new to Mafia, or you just need a refresher, just ask. 2. Vote switches are handed out very gingerly, so if you genuinely made a mistake, I'll allow a switch. 3. Night rounds last about 24 hours, and day rounds about 24. However, votes a little late will still be counted. 4. If you are not American, it’s okay. Unless you’re Canadian. (just kidding y’all are pretty neat) 5. And don't reveal your role until after you've been eliminated. Revealing your role prematurely is asking me to boot you from the game. American Roles: Roles assisting the safety of the village. Win by eliminating all Communazis. Average Americans: Those with an unquenchable desire to be average. Basically just normal villagers. Murican Medic: Someone using their powers of patriotism to heal and protect the Americans from death by anti-Americanness. Magnum P.I.: The legendary detective who can discover the role of anyone a night. His epic Hawaiian shirts and mustache will help him evade death but once. Chuck Norris: Has the ability to save all of America. His vote counts double, unless he elects to discover the role of someone. Mafia of Filthy Communazis: Those running the murders. Win by eliminating all neutral/village roles. Vladimir Hitler: The leader of the Filthy Communazis. Can immobilize anyone for one night, or use his special single-use power of overruling the vote of the rest of the mafia. His identity is unknown to the rest of the Mafia. Communazis: The members of the Mafia. They select a villager to kill each night. There are 6. Neutral Roles: Those who are not Village-aligned, yet not Mafia. Win by eliminating all Mafia. Frenchman: If targeted by the Mafia, survives and joins the mafia by surrendering. Canadian: Is just there. Can pick one person to protect and will die in place of their protected if their friend is targeted. PLAYER LIST: 1. JAG18, the returning conqueror 2. Luroka, the guy who un-American-ly changed his name 3. Quisoves Potoo, the bald eagle's fiercest rival 4. Voxumo, the former leader of Okoto 5. Phantom Terror, the person who shamefully has a shameful Mega Bloks avatar 6. Nik The Three, the guy who is now famous for creating this splendiferous banner 7. Ghidora, the guy who would say something against this but won't 8. Rahkshi Guurahk, fellow band nerd/patriot 9. B0ss Mandacus, the bunny 10. jed1ndy, the guy who almost made the banner but then didn't 11. Pulse, the Filthy Un-American who will probably be playing an American due to the fickleness of the RNG 12. TimeLord, the British person who is not American enough 13. Unit, the guy with an unnecessarily long name 14. MavesIgnikari, the 6-post-man 15. FF, the sneky theeph 16. Ta-metru_defender, the enthusiast 17. Toa Smoke Monster, the special one

  22. ON A DAY... THERRE WAS AN EVIL MAFIA HOUNDiNG DEFENCELESS INNOCENT VILLAGERS BUT THEN THE VILLAGERS SURPRISED THE MAFIA WITH A PLAN OF THEIR OWN: A PLAN SO CUNNING THEY BECAME SO COOL THEY ALMOSTCEASED TO EXIST BUT, INSTEAD... THE EVIL ANTI-VILLAGE FROM AN ALTERNATE UNIVERSE HAS APPEARED TO DESTROY THE VILLAGE BUT THEY ALSO BROUGHT THE GOOD ANTI-MAFIA FROM THEIR OWN UNIVERSE AND ALSO THE SKULL SKELETONS FROM BONKLE 2015... WHO ARE HERE TO STEAL THE VILLAGE'S COOLNESS YET THERE ARE EVEN MORE CONTENDERS... LIKE A ROCK AND A COMPLETELY USELESS MEDICTECTIVE ALSO THEY CREATE TOA EVERY DAY THEY ALSO DIE IF THEIR COOLNESS REACHES ZERO THIS DAY IS... BONKLE MAFIYEAH 10^44354x67/5654(63566*6456): THE AGE OF THE REVENGE OF THE RISE OF THE COOLNESS OF THE VILLAGE AND THE INVASION OF THE EVIL PEOPLES FROM OTHER UNIVERSES (TAOTROTROFTCOTVATIOTEPFOU for short) THE TWISTED TWISTERY TWIST: THE TWISTS ARE... EVERYONE HAS TWO ROLES!! A REGULAR UNIVERSE VERSION AND ALTERNATE UNIVERSE VERSION WHICH WILL SWITCH BETWEEN ODD-NUMBERED ROUNDS AND EVEN-NUMBERED ROUNDS. IN ADDITION TO THAT EVERYONE HAS A COOLNESS RATING. EVERYONE STARTS WITH A COOLNESS RATING OF 5, OUT OF 10. COOLNESS RATING RISES IF YOU LYNCH THE RIGHT PERSON AS PART OF THE VILLAGE OR IF YOU KILL THE RIGHT PERSON AND GET AWAY WITH IT AS MAFIA. IT FALLS IF YOU LYNCH THE WRONG PERSON OR IF A MAFIOSO GETS KILLED AS MAFIOSO. IF YOUR COOLNESS RATING REACHES ZERO... YOU DIE FROM BEING UNCOOL. COOLNESS RATINGS ARE DIFFERENT IN THE ODD-NUMBERED UNIVERSE AND IN THE EVEN-NUMBERED UNIVERSE, SO KEEP THAT IN MIND! ANOTHER TWIST IS THAT IF YOU DIE YOU MIGHT BECOME A ZOMBIE. ZOMBIES SIPHON THE COOLNESS FROM SOMEONE AND SPREAD THEIR ROLE BY KILLING OTHERS, AND ZOMBIENESS PERSISTS BETWEEN UNIVERSE. THERE'S EVEN ANOTHER TWIST: IN BOTH THE EVEN AND THE ODD UNIVERSES YOU GET TO MAKE WISHES. TWO ROLES, EKIMU AND MAKUTA, IN THE ODD AND EVEN UNIVERSES RESPECTIVELY, GRANT THESE WISHES. THESE WISHES MAY BE KILLING SOMEONE, SAVING SOMEONE, OR COOKING THEM FOR FOOD. EKIMU AND MAKUTA CAN ONLY ACT UPON WISHES AND CANNOT CHOOSE ENTIRELY OF THEIR OWN VOLITION, BUT THEY CAN CHOOSE BETWEEN WISHES. ALSO, ANOTHER TWIST IS THAT IF YOU DON'T DIE, YOU LIVE. THERE'S ALSO THE TWIST THAT IS NOT YET REVEALED BUT YOU'LL KNOW IT WHEN IT HAPPENS AND WHEN YOU SEE IT. ROLES: VILLAGE ROLES: x19 MATORAN: THESE MATORAN ARE COMPLETELY USELESS OTHER THAN FOR VOTING. x5 ANTI-MAFIA: FROM THE OTHER UNIVERSE, THESE FIVE ARE ACTIVE EVERY EVEN-NUMBERED NIGHT AND KILL SOMEONE ON THE OTHER SIDE FOR NO WELL EXPLAINED REASON OTHER THAN 'WE DON'T LIKE THEM'. x1 MEDICTECTIVE: AN UNHOLY FUSION BETWEEN A MEDIC AND A DETECTIVE. THEY ARE SO INCOMPETENT THAT THEY ACTUALLY SELECT ALL BUT TWO OF THE CURRENTLY LIVING PLAYERS TO SAVE. THE REMAINING UNCHOSEN TWO DIE OF MEDICAL INCOMPETENCE. IF THEY CHOOSE TO INVESTIGATE, THEY GET THE WRONG ROLE ENTIRELY. x1 ROCK - THIS IS A ROCK. IT CAN'T VOTE BUT IT CAN CRUSH PEOPLE WHO WALK UNDER IT. x3 TOA (ELECTED) - THEY CHOOSE THREE PEOPLE TO BECOME TOA EACH DAY. THIS DOESN'T HELP AS TOA ARE KNOWN TO INEXPLICABLY FLY OFF AND LEAVE NOTHING BEHIND. THEY MAY BE CONFUSING TOA WITH FLYING THINGS. MAFIA ROLES: x19 ANTI-MATORAN: THESE MATORAN ARE FRIGHTENINGLY COMPETENT AND ALWAYS VOTE FOR THE CORRECT PERSON. EVEN I'M SCARED OF THEM. x5 MAFIA: THESE DESPICABLE DUO OF DUOS PLUS ONE MORE ARE KNOWN TO KILL THE VILLAGE ONE BY ONE BECAUSE THE VILLAGE IS COLOURED ORANGE AND THEY DON'T LIKE ORANGE. x1 ANTI-MEDICTECTIVE: ALSO AN UNHOLY FUSION, ONLY THIS ONE IS WILLINGLY DOING MALPRACTICE. x1 ROCK: THIS ROCK IS EXACTLY LIKE THE OTHER ROCK, ONLY EVIL. x3 SHADOW TOA (ELECTED) - THEY CHOOSE THREE PEOPLE TO BECOME TOA EACH DAY. THIS HELPS IMMENSELY AS SHADOW TOA ARE KNOWN TO UTTERLY CRUSH VILLAGES. NEUTRAL ROLES: x1 SKULL GRINDER: SKULL GRINDER IS HERE TO STEAL YOUR COOLNESS BY KILLING YOU. WATCH OUT. SKULL GRINDER WILL ALSO STEAL AND CORRUPT YOUR WISHES. x1 SKULL BASHER: SKULL BASHER IS HERE TO STEAL YOUR COOLNESS BY KILLING TWO OF YOU. WATCH OUT. x1 SKULL SLICER: SKULL SLICER IS HERE TO STEAL YOUR COOLNESS BY CORRUPTING YOUR VOTE. x1 SKULL WARRIOR: SKULL WARRIOR IS HERE TO STEAL YOUR COOLNESS BY SIPHONING YOUR COOLNESS DAY BY DAY UNTIL YOU DIE. x1 SKULL SCORPIO: SKULL SCORPIO IS HERE TO STEAL YOUR COOLNESS BY BEING COMPLETELY USELESS. x1 EKIMU: EKIMU IS HERE TO GRANT WISHES YOU MAKE ON ODD-NUMBERED DAYS. EKIMU ALSO WANTS TO KILL MAKUTA. x1 MAKUTA: MAKUTA IS HERE TO GRANT WISHES YOU MAKE ON EVEN-NUMBERED DAYS. MAKUTA ALSO WANTS TO KILL EKIMU. (?)x ZOMBIE: IF YOU DIE YOU MIGHT BECOME A ZOMBIE. THEN YOU TARGET SOMEONE, STEALING THEIR COOLNESS UNTIL THEY DIE, AND IF YOU WERE THE LAST TO SIPHON THEIR COOLNESS, THEN THEY ALSO BECOME A ZOMBIE. x1 SECRET ROLE: THIS SECRET ROLE IS SO SECRET IT DOESN'T ACTUALLY EXIST. RULES: NO SIGNING UP IF YOUR COOLNESS IS LESS THAN 5DO NOT BREAK THE RULESSCREENSHOTS ARE ALLOWED AS LONG AS THEY ARE .GIFS AND CONTAIN COOLNESSVOTE SWITCHES ARE ALLOWED AS LONG AS YOU BRING A LITERAL SWITCHROUNDS WILL LAST FOR 1.43 MONTHS.THE ONLY CLUE IS THE ONE YOU FIND DEEP IN YOUR HEART. 23. "Matoran into Toa, Toa into Turaga, Turaga into Legends." - attributed to Toa Vakama at the end of The Great Rescue BIONICLE MAFIA: LEGENDS One should know that all legends stem from great deeds, massive accomplishments, or the increasingly warped tales passed around in small groups in the middle of the night. One should also know they are oft exaggerated. Many so-called legends have turned out to be nothing more than a continuously snowballing misunderstanding of partially forgotten events. Others, however, came about from beings performing their destiny, whether that destiny was to seal away all evil or to fall into water and drown. Even more legends simply never happened, just mere fabrications of an over-imaginative Matoran or other such being whose life is often without much purpose, other than trying to follow the three virtues of Unity, Duty, Destiny, particularly the third virtue - destiny. Many Matoran cling onto destiny and imagine themselves re-enacting legends or fulfilling the prophecy of the week, in an attempt to make their boringly ordinary lives more interesting. Because, let's be honest, when you're in a village called Kra-Koro in the middle of a location never really specified, doing the same things for hundreds of thousands of years, you start to get a little bored. It turns out, in fact, that it may very well be the collective Matoran population of Kra-Koro's lucky day! A new Turaga had arrived in town from nowhere in particular, claiming to be wise and with knowledge of a great many things foreign to Kra-Koro - concepts like counting to numbers higher than nineteen, the prefix Kra being equivalent to 'Shadow', and of course, the encroaching shadowy apocalypse that awaited them all if they did not do exactly as the Turaga said. So the Matoran listened, intently - and almost no changes were made. Kra-Koro was a stubborn village. It had exiled its last few Toa - they were deemed too tall to fit in. Except, of course, there's an exception - each following day, the inhabitants would choose one of their own to become a Toa, to help protect against this supposed shadowy apocalypse - with the policy of immediately becoming Turaga the following day, to negate the height difference between Matoran and Toa, of course. Unfortunately for the Matoran, this was exactly what the Turaga wanted, for the Turaga was of the element of shadow, and, within the night of their arrival, they had drained the light of four Matoran. turning them into malevolent, evil, Shadow Matoran. If they were to become Toa, they would surely use the power for evil, and not give it up quite as easily... it always does seem odd how villages are so stubborn to change things to save themselves, doesn't it? --- THE TWIST In this game, there is no medic, or detective, or what not. Instead, at the very start of the game and on each day, you elect one person to become Toa, who can then choose to investigate someone or save someone. The following day, the become a Turaga with permanent bonus vote (their vote counts for twice as much.) Turaga cannot become Toa. But the Shadow Matoran, the Mafia equivalent, can become Toa too... and they don't become Turaga. Instead, they gain an extra kill. --- ROLES Village: The Village wins the game by eliminating all the original Shadow Matoran and Shadow Turaga. x15 Matoran - These Matoran are your average villager. But, unlike your average villager, they can become more than that - they can become Toa. x1 (Elected) Toa - At the start of the game and during each day, you will vote on someone to become a Toa for the following night. Toa can choose to either investigate someone or to save someone from death. During the immediate following day, they turn into Turaga and their vote counts for twice as much as a Matoran's. Unfortunately, the Shadow Matoran can become Toa too. Mafia: The Mafia wins the game by either becoming the majority of remaining players (i.e, if there are 7 players left and 4 are Shadow Matoran, the rest are villagers, the Mafia wins.) Alternatively, if every single Shadow Matoran becomes a Shadow Toa, they also win the game. x4 Shadow Matoran - These lightless Matoran choose someone to kill each night. For every Shadow Matoran that becomes a Toa, they gain the ability to kill one more person per night. x1 Shadow Turaga - This insidious being is allied with the Shadow Matoran, and knows who they are - but they do not know who the Shadow Turaga is. Much like an ordinary Turaga, the Shadow Turaga's vote counts for twice as much, but, having no light to balance their shadow, the Shadow Turaga can silently negate someone else's vote. If the Shadow Turaga is killed, they choose an ordinary Matoran to turn directly into a Shadow Toa. They cannot become a Toa, as they are already a Turaga. If they are chosen to become a Toa, however, their role will be revealed to all and they will immediately die from the ensuing angry mob. --- Rules: Standard BZPower rules apply. No screenshots, even fake ones.Vote switches are allowed for lynching, and you must state who you're switching from.Vote switches for electing the Toa are not allowed. Once you've posted, you've already chosen.Rounds will last 24 hours, though they may occasionally last longer. There are no clues. There are no suspect lists. Those who lie beneath graves cannot walk back out, and even if they did, their mouths are muffled by dirt. To be short: try not to influence the game if dead, alright? You can comment, you can 'talk', you simply cannot influence the game by doing stuff like telling people who to vote.Should there be a tie for electing a Toa, both will become Toa.Please do not say 'I did not get a PM' when PMs are sent out. If you do not get a PM, you are a Matoran.Legends: 1. JIF Shadow Creamy (Valendale) Shadow Matoran, won the game 2. Lenore (Nevermore) Matoran, lost 3. The Amaztastical Lynn Matoran, lynched Day 2 4. 24. BIONICLE MAFIA: DESTINY OF LIGHT (this game is on hold tell approval is given so hold on the sign ups) The three virtues mean nothing any more. Chaos is the new order. And darkness rules supreme. But in the darkness there is a light that has had enough. RULES 1-Vote changes are not permitted. 2-All BZP Rules Apply. 3-Once killed, players can no longer have an impact on the game. 4-Role revealing is not allowed. ROLES Shadow Matoran x19 – The dark citizens of this twisted village; can vote each day on the killer. Medic x1 – Can protect one person each night from death. Detective x1 – Can investigate one person each night. The Mafia of Light x5– Still have faith in the three virtues and will stop at nothing to stop the darkness. Will deside on a person to kill each night. Goal of the game The Shadow Matoran win by killing all of the Mafia of light. Mafia of light win by out numbering the Shadow Matoran. Ex. 4 to 3 How to vote Each night you will vote on some one to hang for being a Mafia of Light. While the Shadow Matoran vote; the Mafia of light will pretend vote for someone to hang but it will actual be there target for night. If there is a tie then no one dies this goes for both. Medic and Detective will PM me there decision before voting rounds. All the Mafia of Light will know who each other are.
