A little LEGO dress tutorial, at last-though 17 months have passed! https://www.instructables.com/LEGO-Minifigure-Fabric-Gown/ Hoping to make less simplistic version in the future (dreaming of doing a bridal gown with extravagant layers!), but as nothing is guaranteed, thought I might as well set this simple one free! Thanks for the read!

I decided to rebuild my "sigfig" to better match the Lego Movie 2. Presenting... Apocalypseburg Laval! I also used some effect filters to change the appearance a bit.

Does anybody know the complete dimensions of a LEGO minifigure? I've tried looking it up but the only measurements that I can find are incomplete and don't specify units. Thanks in advance!

I have a neat idea for a BIONICLE set implementation but can't try it out at this point in time. You may have heard of this way of using BIONICLE pen parts on top of a minifigure to make little BIONICLE minifigures: You can take the bead and the mask that fits on it, squeeze it onto the minifigure torso and have a little Toa minifigure. But a thought occured to me that you could do this with Pohatu's, put it onto a small cream/brown body and give an actual Hewkii doll to Macku! Can anyone try this out for me? Or perhaps PM me if they have some pen parts they'd be willing to give?

So, there's already a thread (or, at least, there was) about a licensed theme that you want LEGO to do. This thread is somewhat similar to that, but this time, you can say anything you want LEGO to make. It could be a single minifigure, it could be a licensed theme, it could be a non-licensed theme, just anything. Anyway, the three I can really think of, right now, would be a minifigure of Edgar Allan Poe, a series of system-style H.P. Lovecraft creatures, and a line of City-kind of stuff, but placed in Europe in the 1800's. So, we'd get vehicles, buildings, and all that jazz. It would be pretty darn cool. What do you guys want/NEED.

This speeder started as an experiment to see what I could build with those two specific colors, sand blue and dark blue. I'm quite happy with the result, actually. Main Pic Back Front Landing gear deployed Landing gear retracted With Pilot In flight (no pilot) Gallery (when public) That's it for now. More MOCs on the way tomorrow, perhaps.

Hello there. For those of you who don't know, Civil War was a Comic Book story line from MARVEL running from 2006-2007. After an incident involving a Superhero Reality Show destroys Stamford, killing hundreds of people including sixty children, the Government decide to hold a Superhuman Registration Act, meaning Superheroes must register their Secret Identities to the Government and receive 'proper' training of their powers. Iron Man led the charge for the act, hunting down unregistered Superheroes to register them, and Captain America led the charge against it. In the end, Captain America surrenders, ending the Civil War among the Super-Community.In the aftermath, a Superhero team is deployed for every state in America, and the act is considered going global, Captain America is assassinated by Red Skull on the steps of the White-House before his trial, and MARVEL released to new ongoing series; for the Pro-Registration side, there was Avengers Initiative (which was later shut down during the Dark Reign arc, rendering the act moot) and for the Anti-Registration side there was Secret Avengers (which is still going). The Premise is solid, but the execution is quite lacking, as the Pro-Registration side is antagonised in the Main Issues and it's tie-ins, and ruins any argument you could make for them. They recruit Supervillains to help with work, and the ending has the Initiative WINNING with later interviews saying they were the right team to go. The story is flawed, and the characters act out of character, but it's a good read. I advise buying the Trade Paperback, collecting issues 1-7. I haven't read the tie-ins, so I can't comment on them. But I digress. This is just a drawing I sketched of the final battle in Civil War in Lego, and here's the original for reference, of which I based my drawing upon (courtesy of Zyke), with some alterations.. I am pleased with what I've done, but I got lazy with the background and colour palette unfortunately. I apologise for the low quality.Constructive Comments and Criticism is much appreciated. I hope you like it.
