I often see topics that are sort of the opposite of this one, asking which aspects of the Ninjago TV show you would like to see in sets. But I rarely see stuff that asks the opposite question: are there things in the Ninjago sets that you wish would appear in the show? One thing I wish was more present in the show is Nya's daggers. They were her signature weapon in the 2011 sets, and both the 2012 and 2016 versions of Samurai X included a version on a pole as a naginata. But neither has been given any equivalent in the show. I know that pretty much none of the ninja use their classic signature weapons as much as they used to, and that Samurai X has her own signature weapon in the show (the boomerang blade), but I think these weapons really suit Nya. Kai's scar is another example. In the sets, Kai has always had a scar over his left eye (except for in the Target Minifigure Gift Set), but in the show this was omitted since such a battle-hardened look didn't fit with his backstory as a blacksmith in a peaceful village. However, that doesn't preclude the possibility of him sustaining a future injury in the show to better reconcile it with the sets. It could even be an interesting plot point from a narrative perspective since Kai is kind of vain and it would be interesting to see what he'd think if the ninja life started to wear on him physically. Can anybody else think of examples of things from the Ninjago sets that could be fun to see in the show?

Hey all - i'm fairly new to this site, so we'll see if i did the poll thing right, but i've noticed a lot of discontent about canonizing the weapons of the mangai, mostly based on the fact that the options are just too broad. i figured i'd save us some time and just jump right to the point: should we even bother continuing discussion about the toa tools if the majority doesn't want to know about them? personally, i don't think we should decide on this, and assuming my poll works, i will be voting accordingly. with the element of the last mangai, and everyone's masks, there were/are a specific set of predetermined options we have to choose from. with the tools, it's simply too much, and there are too many opinions from too many people to consider.

So we've already seen topics on what launcher we all like best, be it the Zamor Sphere Launchers or the Midak Skyblasters, but what about the ammunition types? If you were given the choice of a weapon, and it's ammo, which would you choose? (this only applies to story versions of the weapon, how it functions in real life doesn't count.) The given choices are: -Bamboo disks -Kanoka disks (any known power or metru variation) -Rhotuka Spinners (any known power) -Zamor Spheres (any known power) -Vampiric Sea Squid -Explosive Cordak Missiles -Midak Skyblaster Light Spheres -Nynrah Ghostblaster Missiles (original or adaptive armor variation) -Thornax fruit One may argue the Krana cuz they can be thrown at enemies, but they're not necessarily weapon ammo, so they're a maybe. But anyway, let me know what you guys prefer, let's have fun with this eh?

So, I was looking around at photos of the Toa Mahri (trust me, I spend my time wisely! I do!) when I had a thought. Why would Kongu have two Cordak Revolving Blasters? I know there was a lot of controversy over the fact that in the story he discarded a melee weapon of unknown origin, and a topic started where members debated what it could have been/what they thought it was. Now, I decided to read up on the Mahri (not because I had no idea of their story, but as a refresher) and as it says the reason Kongu took a second blaster was to be better prepared. Now, honestly, between six rocket launchers, you're prepared as is, so why take a 7th? Well, I have a couple of theories as to why. 1. He knows long range weaponry. This made sense considering he's always used Bamboo disks back on Mata Nui, and ended up having an Energized Crossbow on Voya Nui. He knows how to hit his targets, so it may be that he isn't used to close quarters combat. To be honest, I don't believe we've ever seen him with a melee weapon. He may have used one, sure, but I can't remember seeing him with one. 2. It was the natural progression of his set. You see, I looked at the Mahri's weapons in comparison to the Inika's, and saw a slight pattern. Granted, it may be coincidence, but I thought it may contribute. When you look at what weapons they had/have, you see that they transformed to something similar to their prior tool. Jaller had (dual in story) a sword which turned into... Another sword, no surprise. Hahli had a harpoon which turned into a giant claw. Hewkii had an axe which had a shape unlike most axes, which then turned into a blade on a stick, but still retained a very streamline look. Nuparu was supposed to have a weapon that ended up looking like this, which if it was to resemble that shape would look similar to his drill. Matoro is a tad bit of an odd ball, since he had a sword that turned into awkward hooks. But following this, considering Kongu had a crossbow (a ranged weapon), is it hard to believe that having a second blaster would make sense? I dunno if I'm just over thinking it or just seeing things, so that's why I decided to post this topic. What do you guys think? Does this make sense to you, or do you think he just should have gone with the flow (no pun intended) and kept a mysterious melee weapon?

Ok, so I was drifting around biosector01 looking for some decent weapons for my Vortixx in BZPRPG, and much to my surprise, I found a list of really incredible weapons (most made on Xia), some of them I am proud to say were thought up by us here at BZP. So that sparked my idea for this thread, whats your favorite Bionicle weapon? Mine is personally the Vortixx Rhotuka Battle Ax. This weapons awesome design and sweet powers put this one at the top of mine

I know my last topic is similar but what is your favorite team weapon like the skyblaster or cordak blaster. Do you have any custom weapons please share.

Their are a lot of elemental weapons in Bionicle. What ones are your favorite or do you have a custom weapon you would like to share. My Weapon would be a Elemental Protosteel shape shifting melee weapon used by the Ult Toa Nova from my Mocs

Behold: the modern-day knight! In a heavy-duty armored suit, with electronic movement assist, any and everybody can be a supersoldier! In three variants, designed for land, air and sea, it is an excellent choice for any and all armies to invest in. It can also be remotely piloted, in the event a human pilot cannot be found or does not need to be risked. The standard weapons for the land variant are as follows: over the right shoulder is a minigun, attached to the backs of the upper arms are missile racks, he carries a laser weapon in his right hand, a large missile launcher in his right, has another minigun on the bottom of his left arm, a flamethrower on the bottom of his right arm, and two extra missiles for his handheld launcher by the missile racks. These weapons are switched out depending on what variant it is being used as, but they always attach to the same hardpoint on the armor. Land Variant Front Left side Right side Back Air Variant Front Left side Right side Back Sea Variant Front Left side Right side Back Tell me what you think, compliments, creative criticism, almost anything! But don't you dare leave without commenting, or he'll have something to say about it to you...

Alright, so here's my question. I'm wondering how weapons in Bionicle that possess powers aquire those powers. For instance, Karzahni gave power-charged weapons to many if not all of the matoran he repaired and sent away from his land, how did he charge them?

I am suspecting that the great beings had something to do with setting up the first toa. If so, why did they equip them with melee weapons? I am sure a longer range weapon, like a gun, would be more useful. Even the Vorox on Bota Magna had long range firearms!

Is it just me, or am I the only one who preffers the old hand molds to the new ones? While the new ones added a more lifelike quality to the sets, its connecting capibilities are poor compared to the old ones. You can't connect any of the weapons to it that meant to go over the hand a little, like Pridak's shark tooth blads, etc. There is also the old Toa-Mata two-fingered hands, and other titan hands. Opinions?

Out of hydraxon, maxilos and gadunka which one has the sickest taste on weapons?
