Indeed, it's Kopaka - and he looks kinda like his movie form, which is great.

You've captured the 'bio-mechanical' part very well, and I like the hints of shading as well as the shadow behind him that are visible.

 

What you might try would be varying the pose a little - he appears a bit stiff, just standing there. On the other hand, it gives him a calm, collected appearance - so if that's what you were going for, then it's fine. :)

 

Proportion-wise, the sword is a bit large, and the hands a bit small, but that's nothing overly serious/drastic.

 

Might want to turn up the darkness scale on your scanner.

 

Either that, or edit it a bit afterwards. (some minor tweaking of brightness/contrast should do the trick)

Pencil drawings can be tricky, I often run into problems with scanning them, too. Simply because sometimes the scanner doesn't pick up all the shades... :/
