Such a good MOC, oh my. This entry is just crazy good. I don't know if you were going for a roman feel or not, but thats what I'm picking up. Your guy would look so imposing with a red cape and gladius. As is though, you have great chance in the contest. I really like how proportioned he is, and that axe is of an inspired build. The only thing that seems a little off are the two little gold minifigure katana. They look a little out of place and would probably look better facing at a downward angle similar to the gold CCBS shells. Really digging the capehawk though, very original.

Thanks! There was definitely a bit of a roman inspiration for this guy! I can see what you mean with the katana unfortunately they can't fit downward with the piston details that I added below them :s . I'm glad you like the "Capehawk", it made making the head very difficult but overall worth it I think! I had to buy 70142 just to get another cape in time!
