We have no reason to think otherwise since Hero Recon Team does exist within story media like Hero Factory FM, and nothing in the Hero Recon Team story material contradicts the television episodes and other sources of "the main story".With that said, I don't expect him to show up in the television episodes any time soon, since he's basically a "behind-the-scenes" spy character. It would be nice if he were mentioned, but that's perhaps even less likely.
