Firstly, I think it would look better with more unified colors overall, like using light-grey Technic instead of black and omitting the red pegs scattered around. Also, the tail doesn't seem like it would be able to launch forward very effectively; it needs to be longer. Finally, I think you should mostly use white for the limbs, and limit the grey to structural parts and such. Don't be afraid to try new things. That's how you get better!
