The smaller blades dont look right for a Piraka and the orange horns only go along with his eyes so they stand out too much. Brown are red don't feel too appealing, exposed axles on the lower torso is an odd choice.The hunch of the custom torso is neat. Likely not gonna win the contest. Yeah maybe in hindsight i coulda shaved off the gunner arms or maybe reduced it to two arms and two guns, oops. i dunno, i'd vote for it. nails the G1 aesthetic, and multiple arms are always neato. weapons could be a bit better/more varied, but it doesn't detract from the MOC. to be honest if i could have i would have used my actual piraka weapons (but of course, they broke over time because huge flat pieces with lots of projections xox ) i also might've tried to make some custom weapons that looked better but i rlly didn't have enough small versatile technic bits for that, plus after "big bulky torso" the part that most screams G1 for me is those weird chronicle staff parts, bent and unbent. Toa of Ice - 1987 Posted June 24, 2016 Share Posted June 24, 2016 Dont want to sound blunt its a ok moc but it looks like a small combiner with added bits seeing as the brown is clashing against red when it is used in uneqal parts brown to red.
