The nominees won't even be announced until late January; maybe the thread would be better off then.I must confess I haven't seen that many films this year, so I don't have much idea as for what the likely nominees are. It is sort of nice that they're allowing the amount of Best Picture nominees to vary this year; no point in inflating or limiting the number arbitrarily.
