Why Walk When You Can Take the Bus?

LEGO Ideas member Savath_Bunny submitted his Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. "The Bus" LEGO Set project just before the second season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. kicked off. Now the fourth season is underway and the idea has reached ten thousand votes and will be reviewed by LEGO for consideration to be made into a set! The Bus plays a pretty important role in the show and is the location of many episodes and scenes, so if a single set was to be made based on the series, this would make a lot of sense. I'm not a huge fan of this model's design, but the minifigs look great and I think the LEGO designers could make an interesting set out of the concept. Unlikely to pass review IMO. The original project is around as big as the Helicarrier set but not nearly as attractive or iconic. Perhaps a version redesigned by LEGO might have some sales potential, but not at this colossal scale.

It reminds me of that plane from total drama island. If I recall, that plane wasn't very sturdy and this model doesn't look very sturdy either. While it's neat it passed 10,000, I don't think it will pass review and I don't really want it too. There are many cheaper and better-looking models on Lego Ideas out there. I know that a lot of people must like this, but as a outsider I just don't like it.

It's impressive that this proposed set has all those play features. But from just looking at the plane exterior model, it kind of looks bland IMO. I agree that this probably won't pass the review stage, but I still think it's cool that it at least got 10,000 votes.
