And that wasn't the only thing that went wrong with his plan either. Getting crushed by a door for instance, was a bit of a setback.As for how he came up with his plan, he basically spent a thousand years on his own with virtually no company, letting lesser beings do all his work. He'd just have to pick out what to do about the big things that could go wrong and make up the little things as he went.Or it could all be luck and he's just taking the credit for it. You never know.
