Papa P
I have remade an old bionicle box for a particular 'unreleased' game. Tl;dr its nearly 100% authentic in design and appearance. I want to distribute it to people with an empty CD ROM (to avoid 'distributing' the game) with a label and jewel case with cover and back. My issue was I was advised that Lego might be angry I'm using their logo on a product I am selling. I've seen people sell boxes they have made and have no repercussions. Particularly )http://www.bzpower.com/board/topic/25662-wts-custom-sand-tarakava-mask-pack-display-boxes/) this guy. This post has been up awhile and hasn't had any issues from what I can see. Does someone have an exact answer?
Illuminatus
It is technically a copyright violation but I can absolutely guarantee you that LEGO will take no action whatsoever. Quote $50 OR MORE FOR THIS CD! $50 OR MORE FOR THIS CD!
Constraction_Deva
Do what you want, people make and sell third party stuff all the time, it isn't like you are advertising it as an official LEGO product.
