Official BBC Contest #79: >enter building contest!

Have you heard about... video games?

They're pretty neat! You can be all kinds of things, doing all kinds of things. Want to be an elf who eats dragon souls? Sure. Race powerful cars in beautiful locales? Not a problem. Tap a ton of square buttons in time to the music? I wish you the very best of luck.

Even Bionicle has gotten in on that gaming action. You can't talk about the theme's success without mentioning the Mata Nui Online Game. We've seen various games come to the hot consoles of their day. Fans even take matters into their own hands and make Bionicle mods for other games, or make whole new games outright.

But what about the reverse? For this contest, you'll need to build something from a video game. A character, an item, a place... it's up to you.

Happy building, gamers!

Ooooh, I have a perfect MOC for this. It's been sitting, un photographed for a couple years, so I should maybe touch it up, but it will fit perfectly.

You say to use this handy form to submit. What handy form is it?

EKnight

We were just waiting on some backend stuff - the form is now handy.

I wish I'd checked in sooner to see this! Maybe I'll whip something up! Thank you for hosting events like this :D

Question: Can entries be digital? I may want to do a digital one and could prove it's existing colours by sharing the file?

I'm sorry, but we're not allowing digital entries at this time.

To balance out the maintenance downtime earlier this week, we're extending the deadline to Thursday, March 31 at 11:59 PM Eastern. Voting dates will be updated correspondingly, but I think that's enough math for the evening.

May we use an entry picture of a build with a stand edited out, as long as we also provide the non-edited photo to the contest hosts via the form?

Yes, you can just send me the entry picture with the stand edited out.
