Gatanui
The Bohrok are some of our favourite BIONICLE sets of all time, so yeah. -Gata Quote - Gata Please don't use my avatar or signature without permission, thanks!
Katuko
Null vote from me. I like them both too much to choose any over the other, especially when the Va are taken into account. Those guys were awesome, despite barely showing up on the story.
I Exist
This is a hard choice... they are equal to me.Bohrok gets the vote for the nostalgia...The Sons of Makuta gets the vote for their epicness....So I read the topic and voted for the Underdog, the Rahkshi. The 1st Shadow
I had to go with the Rahkshi on this one. The Bohrok all just seem a little dull to me. that guy from that show
When the Rahkshi came out in 2003 they were state of the art. Bionicle had not before created such a menicing villion and they curtainly cast a whole new feel in story. When they arived, @#$% just got real.In addition they had knee articulation Quote That is all
Aanchir
But let's ignore the whole Av-Matoran/Bohrok nonsense.- TiliusWhile it's a bit silly that Av-Matoran change into random elementally-themed "breeds" of Bohrok IMO, I get the idea that the Bohrok-Matoran connection was always intended. The 2001 Matoran and Bohrok have strong similarities in their segmented limbs and two-toed feet. And while Greg does write some weird stuff into the BIONICLE story, dreaming up such a long passage of obvious world-building for the middle of one of his action-driven books, when it doesn't move the story forward at all, just doesn't seem like his style to me. Obsessionist
I have to go with the Rahkshi. Bohrok were awsome and retro and spherical and all, and I love them dearly. But the Rahkshi came out when I was just getting old enough to buy my own sets, and I thought their long legs with bendable knees were amazing, and their overall appearance appealed to me. They always struck me as revolutionary sets, with a new style of building and aesthetic involved.
Mare Tranquillitatis
Rahkshi. They look more evil to me. And always loved their slugs.
LewaLew
Rahkshi are cooler because they were true villains. One of the reasons I think the Bohrok are better is because they weren't true villains.Bohrok had better sets, were more of a menace, (still love those images with a locust-like swarm of Tahnok charging through Po-Wahi) and they weren't straight-up bad guys.Rahkshi, through they looked cool, were not as aesthetically amazing as those marvelous spherical Bohrok, and they were reduced to what were pretty much just Teridax's goons. The Bohrok were monsters in their own right. Quote How well will you die?
