Shadows Of Metru Nui (Short Music Theme)

I think I recorded this simple theme, when I've started to experiment with sounds (about 3 years ago). I've found very short sound sample from official Toa Hordika animations and decided to compose full-length theme using this sample. Of course, I am not Nathan Furst (who was a composer of three Miramax movies), but I think that this theme is pretty interesting. Really awesome! I think it sounds more like Metroid. Did you used some program to do this? If yes, i would love to know what it was!

Wow, this is really nice!Although I found that rain clip in the middle a little odd. Also it would be nice to have a little more variation in it as well. I think what it is is that it's lacking a melody that someone can hum to.It's a great background music though!

Ah, very pretty little composition here. I remember loving the 2005 animations and their music. This takes the awesomeness of that and and a choir-like sound, making it even more awesome. Also, it does remind me of Metroid.

Very good spooky ambience, great use of the '05 drums, which I always felt needed some tune with it. Sound works really well as well. Spooky yet relaxing too.I'm so glad that this subforum now exists, I hope people take full advantage of it.
