Otherwise, thanks!Ta Magorus is the first of my new 'Hordika Advanced' MOC series. They are based off of my take on what a fully-developed bipedal Hordika would look like. They all feature an original body & arm structure that gives a mutilated and asymmetrical taste to the MOC. I wouldn't say a huge amount of imagination goes into it, but I am proud of it nonetheless.Ta Magorus:An ancient warrior, the former leader of the Seventh Great War against the Makuta, now lives his days away inside a hollow volcano. He has become not much more than a legend, a whisper in the books of old.His many battles with numerous Makuta tainted his body, eventually twisting it beyond recognition. With it came unnatural strength, making him capable of lauching a fully grown Toa a clear 10 bios (13.7 meters) and incredible energy. His blasts of fire could demolish a wall in moments, or vaporise a Matoran before they could turn around.However, the taint took with it his mind too. He is bad-tempered and has constant mood swings. Chro Posted October 15, 2012 Share Posted October 15, 2012 First off, welcome to the site! This is a pretty simple MOC, although it has a neat concept nonetheless. I'm not sure if it technically counts as a Hordika considering he was changed by Makuta exposure (as opposed to Visorak venom), but I know what you were going for. Maybe a Visorak/Makuta hybrid bite? As for the model, to start with, you should stick to two colors (the weapon can stay the same color though), So you should get rid of the gray parts on the chest and shoulders, or the red hands. I also think the shoulders look a little strange because they are lower torso pieces rather than arm pieces. I think the large thing protruding from his back needs to go aswell, perhaps try and make it face downwards instead of up across the back of his head?As for the storyline, good concept, just one thing though, inhabitants of the Matoran Universe don't have blood otherwise, nice work!
