Ooh, second by six votes, so close...

But second is still awesome.

Now my brother's gotten in second twice, and I've gotten in second once, I just need to get in second again we'll be tied.

I wonder when Tufi will stop feeling sluggish... ?

Good for you, but you know what I hate about BBC contests?

THE SAME PEOPLE WIN EVERY TIME. They should have a "If you've won/goten in the top 4 X amount of times, you are not allowed to enter for X amount of BBC contests." Like in the RPG contests.

Still, congrats.

Ah, ToM's entry....

Well, he's ToM, so it's got to be something good. That might be a problem, because everybody knows him so they'll vote for him.

Thing is, this is revolutionary, if you think about it. Usually small MOCs don't do so well, and his priestess is the size of a Matoran.

But that tree is awesome, and considering this was about the vignette then that makes sense. So there's something there.

I did like your entry, 55555. Good job on second place. What do you win?

I don't know, I have to wait until Tufi stops feeling sluggish from Easter dinner.

Yeah, they never tell you the prizes at the time when the contest starts anymore.

THE SAME PEOPLE WIN EVERY TIME.

Could it possibly be because they're the best MOCers?

True story. If you want to win a BBC, would knowing that you only won because you shoved the greats off into a corner really make you feel accomplished?

That's one of the points of these contests. They teach you to push yourself and reach new heights. They intend to inspire creativity.

So use that. Don't grumble because someone else is better than you are. You won't get anywhere in life complaining like that.

(And yes, I have a vested interest in allowing former winners to keep entering. I do not deny that in the slightest.)
