If you don't want to read through a block of text, the basic idea is: They Fail. Well, the Nuva do. The Miskuta are actually pretty cool.
Tahu: Mask Stinks, and Rockets in armpits FAIL. I hope when he crouches, the spikes on his legs dig into him. Hard.
Gali: She looks like a man. 'Nuff said.
Onua: P'raps the best (though that's not saying much) of the 3 Nuva. It's good that he has his original color scheme, but WHY IS HIS MASK A KRAAHKAN?
His red rockets Kill his color scheme, and He needs his claws. He also looks the spindliest of the 6 Toa, while he's supposed to be the buff one. Props on keeping the original scheme, though, Lego.
Gorast: Pretty good, like the concept of 4 arms, but WHY OH WHY DOES SHE HAVE A BLEY TORSO? Otherwise, she's pretty good, and the face is cool.
Krika: Almost flawless, but why lime green Nyrnah, and why a third leg?
