Ok, say you become a staff member. THEN what will your new goal be?

 

Aaaah, coming to an answer on that you might find you want to devote your energy to something more desired.

 

Besides, the best way to become a staff member on a site is to not even THINK about being a staff member.

People who openly express desire for a position often get blacklisted lol.
