This Looks Cool

I've been sick since Wednesday. Had my first taste of NyQuil last night and that seems to have helped. Now I'm just dazed, but not feeling terrible. If I just sit here for a few hours, watching shows like Warehouse 13, Dollhouse, and Doctor Who, then I should be up for adoration tonight...here's crossing my fingers.

Anyway, I guess I'm feeling well enough to do a quick blog showing you this MOC recently featured on TBB:

Note the Gorast and other Bionicle pieces.

TBB is so disappointing these days. It's always the same people getting blogged, and the MOCs aren't the highest calibur. Feels more like a gallery for those famous online builders.

Also, I'm loling at the Flickrites who think the Bionicle parts intergration is totally unique. Not so when all you do is tack the parts on a stud or by friction. One kid went so far as to call it fusion.

It's still an awesome MOC though, just a bit too limey.

IDK about TBB's quality...I enjoy it. Can't really say much more than that, except they usually don't blog the best Bionicle stuff...

Heh, it'd definitely not fusion. But I can't really say I've seen what you're talking about here.

I really wish LEGO started producing some more bright green instead of lime. It's been taking the back seat for way too long.

More Mata Green... yes indeed.

Stay healthy, man. I heard there was a severe outbreak of Swine Flu at one of the colleges my friends go to, and that school is where it speads the most. Be on guard, wash you hands, and all that jazz. Get well.

TBB is a little too dramaey for me.

Like someone on another Lego site said, System builders intruding into Bionicle parts are not as versatile as Bionicle builders intruding into System.

I'd say one exception is this moc... but yeah, a bit too limey.
