BIONICLE was my childhood, definitively. Hours upon hours were spent building, playing, and creating with the Toa, Makuta, and Rahi. Even as I grew, I always asked for the new BIONICLE sets on Christmas, and always kept my canisters organized in my "archives."

When BIONICLE was cancelled, it crushed me. The loss of such a great childhood memory cut into my heart; I was angry. I had always expected BIONICLE to continue on to a new generation, and to see my son building his own BIONICLE sets some day. I know now that was foolish, but it was a pleasant thought...

Wow that was sad. Sorry about that. I guess I needed to type it (for further resources, I could have a daughter, but I'm not quite sure I would get her BIONICLE). I was never too good at building, but I love BIONICLE's immense sweeping storyline, and I love connecting the dots. Also, I enjoy making my own characters occasionally, but I like for them to fit into the canon in some way.
