Be on the lookout for new sets at Barnes and Noble. I found Gali there 2 days ago, they're all gone now but other stores could leak them out as well.

Vezon and Kardas definitely, it's the only set that I've seen in stores I didn't buy, and when I had the money they were never to be seen again. Other than that the sets I don't own are mainly from 2001-2003, before I started collecting.
