KittehWubbins
So, some people may have heard that Canada Nationals for Science Fair is coming up in May. This may not mean a lot to some people, but it does to me. See, I qualified and won a position to fly to Windsor to compete in Nationals for Science Fair. I was looking everywhere online for other people's experiences in National Science Fairs, and failed. So, why not make one? I am one of 5 kids in southern Alberta to go to Nationals and there will be 500 competitors from age 12-18. Ages 19-21 are seperate. I am in the 14-15 category, so yeah. Now lets cut to the chase: has anyone here been to a Provincial/National/International Science Fair or other Academic Competition? If so, could you drop a few hints on how to present it? I come from the most redneck part of Canada, and I am competing againt some of the most academically advanced kids in Canada (even look at the past winners, there are 12 year olds: QUADRAHYDRONDUALPROCESSINGLASERCURETOCANCER2871649917. Actually). The only way I will be able to beat the super gifted kids is by presenting it better than them, but I don't know how. I am not naturally shy but I can be. Thanks for reading!
