He's A 33% Better Inika

Out of 7 Inika heads, one of them has sideburns, caused by a difference in the way the colours were injected. I've never heard of this before, but I'm not sure if it's misprint material considering I've only compared 7 heads. Does anybody else have/heard of a sideburns Inika head?

Alternate Teridax

Which do you think suits more for him - New Gold, Old Gold or Trans-Gold? As a pleasant surprise to me, there was an Old Gold Kraahkan in a Bionicle package for me today, so I now have a choice between the two.   IMO, New Gold has a far better selection of parts, but Old Gold has good Kanohi, better contrast to white and makes a better tribute to the original Makuta. (Trans-Gold is right out.)   Also, I was looking at pictures of real war-hammers, and they all seem really undersized for a Maku

Important Macadamia Announcement

Dear readers of the BZP Daily Blog sections,   We apologize for the panic caused by rampant entries such as this. The notion that Macadamia nuts are dangerous is unfounded, and has caused an up-rage of protest from the Macadamian community.   Please understand that Macadamia nuts are not dangerous or to be feared in anyway. Many great and powerful people are Macadamian, and you don't see them running around causing trouble to you?   To illustrate my point, I have photo-evidence to prove that

Tlr Deleted Scenes!

I was rummaging through my TLR DVD for hidden behind-the-scenes material, and I found something even better - A whole plethora of deleted scenes which where fully rendered and finished like the movie, but were for some reason cut from the final cut. Most of the scenes contain Mata Nui using his life powers in quite surprising ways, so perhaps these scenes were cut in order to keep the rating suitable for kids...   The scenes are really quite hilarious and also seem to be treatable as canon, but

Brickshelf And Maj

Good: It's amusing to see half of the avatars, banners and other images here not working. Emotes in blogs are failing awesomely.   Meh: It's kind of funny to think how many images people would lose if Brickshelf and Maj stayed offline.   Bad: I'm one of those people who would lose heaps of images if Brickshelf stays offline.

Birth Of A Blog

First things first:   A few days ago, I was finished acquiring pieces for BBCC#56, when I found that I had some money spare on my PayPal account. Remembering how great BZP is, I donated some of it, and went Premier! That is the story of this blog.   I shall use this blog for the purposes of WIPs, odd thoughts and announcements that really don't belong anywhere else. I've also got some really silly and potentially useful edits of TLR that I'll share here soon. What's BS01's policy on edited ima

Post your name and 250x100 banner here and I'll apply a duo of mouse-tracking Creeds to it. If your banner has a link too, post that as well and I'll do my best to make sure your flash sig links the same way. This way you can participate in this latest fad without losing any functionality of your current signature! I recommend you use Bundalings' Creed and

Is Makuta....

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «Dead?  Sure, a burning moon tore a hole through the entire brain complex he was residing in. It's not like he was just crushed or squashed out of his armour, he was incinerated.   But then again, we'll eventually find out that he abandoned the MU when all of his Rahkshi were killed, so his daze/failure-to-see-large-incoming-objects was not because of the emotional pain of Tahu slaughtering all his children (like any good Toa would), but because

Stars Fad

There are so many of them, it's like a fad!   I'm impressed with how versatile the Av-matoran pieces really are, and how the designers must have foreseen all this when they made the parts.

Useful Tlr Edits

Skopio minus Mata Nui and freaky Tellury-brain thing.   Spherus Magna system minus burning Mata Nui.   Bota Magna minus Mata Nui and Vorox.   What's BS01's policy on edited pictures? Because these are all more useful than the original pictures (unless you believe in Tellury-brains...)   Next come the not-so-useful TLR edits, which I shall valiantly try to convince people are canon.   Also, thanks for all the approvals in the previous entry.

Statistics For A Mata Nui Set

Using the current votes from the Mata Nui set polls, I've come up with the following figures that you might be interested in knowing: Bionicle fans would mostly pay around $60 for the set, however the average price would be $125.11. Bionicle fans mostly chose 40% SYSTEM, with the average being 38%. The height that almost half of the Bionicle fans wanted was 60cm, and it averaged out to a large 47.63cm. Most (27.1%) AFOLs would pay $90 for the set, and the average price was $118.76. Almost a th

It's pretty amazing, although I don't think it's as completely revolutionary as what other people around me say. The effects and designs are amazing, and the story is good too, although not that original IMO. The only things that bugged me were the incredible wireless reception for the avatars and multiple instances from where an air-strike from space would've made the human's objectives much much easier.   If you haven't seen it, you definitely should, in 3D if your cinema supports that.

Headphone Glitch

I've had a lot of headphones for my computer, which I've replaced when they stop working (usually from running the cable over with my chair...), but my current pair of headphones have just developed the most unusual problem this evening.   It's a physical problem which I can fix somehow by fiddling with the volume control on my headphones, but it causes half of the audio I'm listening to to stop playing. It's not a left or right speaker thing, it seems to be the top layer of audio, which is the

Tahu Mata Star

Golden Armour mode   Not really a proper MOC, simply my interpretation of a more canon looking Tahu as he is in 2010.   After I set up a backdrop to photograph my 57 entry, I used it to photograph this and some other stuff, so I'll be on a mini-MOC-posting spree for this week.
