So I have three poems due tomorrow, specifically poems inspired by other poems. So I take a piece of looseleaf, write my name, and prepare to title it "3 Inspired Poems."
And then I see my brother playing Pokemon while I'm writing.
I write "3 Inspired Pokemon" and don't notice that for half an hour.
Snowsnowsnowsnow! Not blizzardy yet, but it's sticking to the ground.
So today, after a delicious luncheon, I headed downtown to shop a little with my papa. I went to a holiday bazaar, and bought a couple of gifts. For myself, I got a t-shirt with a Kraken attacking the Brooklyn Bridge. B)
After that I went to a clothing store and got some... clothes. =P
Then i went back to the bazaar to get something for my granny, and also bought a hot chocolate. But, this was no ordinary hot chocolat
So today was just as expected: Good weather enough for County Fair/Field Day at school.
I was face painting half the time. Intermediate School barely came over for face painting, but there were lots of little kids. Only problem was that the little kids were so monotone and bore no facial expression when we painted them. What kind of generation is this? o_O
Anyway, I got one of my friends to paint a goatee on my chin. It looks awesome, and I still have it as of this entry's publishing. B)
I hear there's 50% chance of rain on Sunday (so far). If that keeps up till the actual day, I'll be really happy. =D
That guy in Italian has to stop kicking me in the back out of nowhere during class. xP
KUROSHITSUJI OVA (waiting for sub =D)
Don't wanna do my science crossword for Friday but I feel like I have to.
Drawing a random chick, want to experiment with coloring in Photoshop.
Aaand I'm working on Magic Police.
Good day. =D
I got super glue on my fingers from trying to put together broken parts of my clear plastic ruler. :< Clear rulers are useful for arts and drawing graphs, and there several small parts that had broken off from it being in backpack. After a year of living with a broken ruler, I decided to fix it, and a mess-up is what I get. ;_; It didn't fit together well enough because the glue bonded too quickly for me to adjust the piece so that the edge was even. Now I'm going to go do my history home
So Dudebot told me about the new Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya episode, and I watched it. It was awesome. EE is starting to get interesting, as I was told it would.
I need to somehow get my hands on the books...
and lol Koizumi
Woooo I'm going to one tomorrow
LATE NIGHT PARTIES
...Or so it would have been. I have an academic program Saturday morning, so I need to go to sleep earlier and wake up early. I hope I don't ruin the party by being a good student. xP
See y'all Saturday, anyways~
I saw it in 3D today. I loved it a lot, surprisingly. <3
I also tried peach bubble tea today, and it was really good. Only, the guy put so many fruit chunks that every time I took a sip from the straw, I'd get more solid fruit than drink. xP
Latest FMA Bortherhood ending = B)
Okay, with the midwinter break (Valentine's break, President's break, free time, whatever you want to call it) approaching, I have several things to get down to during that.
- I've started another character art piece, of Takashi Natsume, only I'm thinking of painting this one. The paint mediums I have are watercolor (tubes) and tempura (tempera?) paints. I heard tempera can flake off after a bit of time, but I'm not sure on that one. And today in art class
I believe so, because I have been on a roll with writing my latest concept for the past week. Usually, I end up with a block in the middle of writing anything, but here I've been typing and editing non-stop, except for internet check-ups and life stuff, and am past 8 pages with a lot more to go. Gonna get back to it after posting this entry.
I have amazed myself.
Finals day one went very well. First I had a double period of art, which meant sitting three hours in art class. I got my final done early for that, and it's pretty too. It has an explosion in the background, so I get extra points (from you guys, at least).
Then I had lunch, which meant one and half hours in the cafeteria. I eat pretty fast, so for part of lunch I drew, and the other part I studied. Now, in terms of studying, a friend and I who had the same class, Global History, next period
I was scouring the city art stores for the materials my teacher requested, so now I has art bin, huge folder, two huge sketchpads/books, and tons of little supplies. Next I have to stick it all in the art bin and stuff.
Pearl Paint is awesome. =O
Earlier today, the metal legend Ronnie James Dio passed away.
He was one of the guys that got me into metal not too long ago, and I loved what few songs of his I had back then. To this day he is still awesome, and always will be. <3 I dressed up as him once, old readers of this blog might recall.
Rest in peace, Ronnie.
I now present the lyrics (as close as I can get them) to one of my favorite songs of his, and one of the first ones I heard from him. : Holy Diver.

For my bro's birthday (which was one week ago, actually), I got him a pair of speakers (we previously owned none =( ). He had told me he wanted them so that if he was doing something like MOCing he could listen to music from his computer easily.
Well, the speakers themselves are not bad. The sound quality is a bit meh as well, but I still like it. My bro and I watched the latest FMA: Brotherhood episode together with the speakers, so that proved to be fun.
Now I can listen to music tomorro
So I realized how many people I really know well.
During school it's all your natural day-to-day people, same guys in the same class and hallways. And lunch.
But after school, once I got out with some pals, I instantly noticed a dude from my art class across the street. He joins us, along with some other people I see on occasion. We walk to the end of the block, and we're at the concert hall. Outside, this small concert group is holding a classical music concert, and everyone's gathered ar
10/30/2009
Promises to be an epic day.
So yeah, on the 30th our school is letting all the students dress up in Halloween costumes (masks aren't allowed though), and there'll be a competition and stuff (I find it impossible to pick a winner from several thousand students). And it'll be a shorter day, hopefully (I get the schedule tomorrow), and after that will be a parade of us students.
But... forget about the parade. I'll be going with friends to the local art museum where there's an e
sleepover was fun and had yummy food
But on Friday, one of my art classmates had pretty severe boy problems, and was barely able to paint. Her friend (also in my class) went up to her, and he said that she shouldn't hate herself for this because the world has six billion people in it, in which she's only met a few, and that among those six billion, one person would be just for her.

[obligatory new years entry] Happy New Year, kiddies! Yes, that includes those of you who are still in 2011 as of this post. It's pretty cool talking to people from the past, you know.
99.5 on my global history midterm, 99 on English midterm, 95 on science midterm. =D
My art midterm will take a while. In fact, I haven't worked on it since Tuesday. The school is having all the art classrooms make a mural thing that they'll hang up in the wall this Friday, so I've working since last week with a few people to get that done. We have all the artwork for it, which the whole class worked on, but now us "committee" people (as my teacher calls us) have to put it together. It's looki
I've noticed that in some anime/manga illustrations, artists choose to represent water or wetness with something that looks like a stretched out bit of thin wax that got holes in it as it was stretched to cover the character or item.
I can only find one example image for now, from CLAMP's manga X, seen here (notice on his skin).
I mean it looks pretty and all, but I wonder why artists might draw it as so. I, for one, fail at drawing and coloring water and/or wet things.
We had the photos taken outside. And it is freezing out there. The photographers had us in a pose, and then took a bazillion photos of that, and then we went somewhere else and repeated. So... cold... ;_;
But after that I got some peppermint tea and that warmed me up. =D
And burned my tongue. xP
In a few moments I'm leaving for my grandma's house, taking the train, and all that.
She does have internet, and I will have access to BZP and other sites.
The one thing I will most likely not have access to is AIM. I've forgotten the password to my main account, as well as the secret question. For the AIM program only (apparently so), I linked my main account with a new account I made just so I could access it. So, unless my grandma's computer has AIM installed, I won't be online there.
