Day 76 Well, the conference finished off today. We had some pretty awesome speakers. The Minute Physics guy gave a talk on communicating physics. And the lady who discovered pulsars debunked the 2012 armeggadon theory. I didn't get a chance to watch ponies today. Hopefully tomorrow!
Day 20 Dang, 20 days already. Well, Tuesdays are still my least favorite day. Early morning Phys Ed and late night Humanities just don't make for a good day. Not to mention I went through seven years of Scantrons for the Physics Dept. Man those are heavy. My Chem lab was pretty good today though, we did some actual chemistry finally. I seem to remain my halls resident Physics expert, since we had another study group for the homework that's due tomorrow. I'm gonna polish off this

Finally got around to playing some. Someone in my Physics class wanted the Professor Portal acheivement. I didn't have a mic, so the solving was pretty one-sided.
Just signed for community college classes. When I took the placement test, the lady said it was the highest math score she'd ever seen. Which was an awesome self-confidence boost.
So it looks I'll be taking three classes;
Physics and lab, a four credit course.
Developmental Psychology, three credits.
Calculus with Analytical Geometry, five credits.
It's gonna be a busy spring.
So, I recently got back from a weekend retreat with my choir. It was loads an loads of fun, we played lots of ping pong on our off time.
Since I haven't gotten a lot of time off since then because of school and whatnot; I thought I'd give a bit of an update.
Happiest thing is that I got a proto boost from Than for reporting large amounts of sigs. Made my day.
Still trying to find a way to get Portal 2. No money is no fun.

Hey, I'm confused with the comics for this year. There are the three that already are out, and one coming in November. Usually they did one comic every two months. Which comes to six comics a year. Unless I missed one, there are four this year. What happened?

Day 46 Ugh, I have three four midterms coming that I feel woefully unprepared for. I've got Fitness and Calc on Tuesday, Chem on Friday, and Civilization the following Tuesday. Also, I bought "Panic" by Caravan Palace. I think I like their first album better, but it's a little soon to tell. Goodnight all, I hope you had a great weekend!
So I saw The Dark Knight Rises. Fantastic. Not as good as Dark Knight in my mind, but man oh man was Bane intense. In other news, yay skin! It was a lot of fun to see this come together backstage. I even had my own little part to play! Granted it was just cataloguing images that I'm not entirely sure were used... but hey, it still looks nice.
Day 61 So, over the past few days, I've been making a Tetris clone in Python. I finally got it working today, and I noticed the serious lack of line blocks. As it turns out, I actually missed a line, and had no line blocks in the game. The irony was not lost on me.
Is anyone else crazy-go-nuts excited for BBCC 61? There are some fan-freakin-tastic entries. Best in a while.
