So today during Assassin's Creed 2, I get to a part where I have to kill a guard captain. BUT HAHA IT'S A TRAP So I'm on the ground, he's on the roof with a bunch of guards. My objective is beat all the waves of guards and kill the guy. So I defeat one wave, and I think "screw this," so I climb the wall and go straight for the captain. He runs, but I manage to hit him so he fights back. And then over a dozen guards swarm me. So we're all fighting on a roof wide enough for 4, maybe 5 people. And

I JUST GOT A NEW COMPUTER I DO NOT WANT TO SPEND TIME IN SCHOOL. *sigh* It hasn't even been a month yet and I'm already tired of school. I guess having a new, uber-computer doesn't help, either. I solved all 240 Riddler Challenges in Arkham Asylum. By myself, with no help at all. Only at 88% completion though. I still have to get all three achievement/challenge/bonus/whatever-they're-called bats on each challenge room. |-|\/|
It still hasn't sunk in that school is over forever. Also I spent the last class ever playing Uno with 9 other people. We had to stop drawing cards, otherwise the game was never going to end. also our caps are very uncomfortable
Sooo, I really couldn't find any reason to continue with Roland in Borderlands now that he's 50. I'll go back to him when the DLC is released. So today I started a playthrough with Mordecai. He has so many cool skills, it's gonna be hard to choose which ones to take. ALSO, I played some L4D2, and got the Guardin' Gnome achievement. |-|\/|
Today I went geocaching with some of my friends. The last one we did involved climbing an extremely steep hill. The only way to make it up was darting from tree to tree to grab on. It was craaaazyyy. Then on the way down I lost my footing and slid like 20 feet down. Another highlight of the day was thinking a goose was fake and not realizing it was real until it lifted its head and hissed. Good times.
I saw it. I thought about it. The temptation was too much. I bought Borderlands. I've played it, and it is quite good. I wish checkpoints were more often though. I quit, and later when I continued it, I was about 10 minutes behind where I was before. It's a little irritating. But the game is really cool. My minor OCD-ness makes it so emotionally painful to drop things, though. ; I wish I would've bought it through Steam so it would be tied to my account, but, again,. it was an impulse buy.

I beat Trine 2 today. It's one of the most beautiful games I've played, for sure. The art direction is great and the lighting is just spectacular. The gameplay was a little disappointing; there were too many similar puzzles and combat still only consisted of mashing mouse 1. The biggest disappointment though was the length: a measly 5 and a half hours. Regardless, it's the type of game that makes you want to play through it again eventually.
