Before I state what I think I want to make it clear that I do like my 360. It just has some really dumb problems. So I got an Xbox 360 for christmas, When I turned it on I was pretty much blown away by the graphics. (My other two consoles are a wii and a PS2, as well as my graphically challenged computers.) But it didn't take long to figure out that the thing was designed to have the paid service along with it. I'm all for having good online features, but some of it is being pushed to far to m
Logicalcyclops: It's just got these unpredictable difficulty spikes and just let him suffocate and what do you mean the O2 thingy is broken he wasn't even near it and now I've effectively cut off my ability to repair the thing that gives me air with a lack of air and the irony isn't killing me the lack of air is. Logicalcyclops: Actual thing that happened. Logicalcyclops: But at least nothing was on fire. Logicalcyclops: Because there was no fricking air. This is a description of one of my f
For those of you who are unaware, I am a huge cat lover. The little black and white one is mine. He's now much, much bigger. He's something around the age of twelve now. and for some reason he's really attached to me. I also have another cat that looks strikingly like the bigger one...
So our first essay was due a little less than a week ago. There was a peer review thing we had to do, but it was open for a solid two days, one of which I had no realistic access to a computer or internet. And than we get the online essays graded. The teacher used question marks to comment on my essay. After the final due date. (Which was referred to as the first draft and the fact that it was the final thing might have been mentioned once. Maybe.) And than before class one day she informs us
I got a sonic screwdriver! Sonic by bumblecade, on Flickr I wanted to have Ratchet holding it, but he needs a new paintjob... It's a flashlight and it's insanely bright. I think it's also a bit smaller than scale, but I'm not positive on tat. I still want 11's extending one. And apparently nerdery is an official word to Chrome.
I made bank on beetles from the Island today. I payed off a significant portion of the dream suite payment In just one day, and I still have some to go toward my house and maybe some to stick in savings. Which I should actually use...
"Hm. You know, I only played a bit of it one time, maybe it won't be that bad." less then one hour later: "Wow, yeah, no wonder the Metroid franchise ceased to exist for five years" But it got good ratings. Somehow.
That took far longer then it should have... great game though. Despite it being a decade old it still looks really good, if maybe a bit outdated. Things like missiles exploding and seeing Samus's face reflected in the visor where really nice touches. On to Metroid Prime: Echoes!
I'm finally getting around to playing this game. Not that I should be in any hurry since it's been nearly a decade since the last release I'm willing to acknowledge. I've no idea how much further I've got to go, I'm thinking it can't be that much further... I just got the power bomb, based on past experience that should be fairly endgame I think. I'm not really a fan of the enemies that phase in and out of visibility, makes them a pain to aim at, and the Chozo ghosts, while not a threat, shou
So I went mega stone hunting today. Yeah. Why they had to make it so annoying is beyond me. Seriously. 1 hour? That just doesn't seem well thought out...
If you have me as a friend on Steam you may have noticed I have been logging up time playing this game like nothing else. You also might not have noticed. Either way. THIS GAME. As someone who is tremendously bad at stealth games, it gives some nice advantages to the player. Of course if you beat the game you can play it without said advantages and see how quickly it can destroy you. But anyway. This game has a pretty decent story with a fantastic ending. But it was an absolute joy to p
My friend alerted me that it was being out up on Amazon and I had it in my cart and I thought that was enough. But it apperantly was not, if I had known that I would have had one... Oh well, maybe I can hope for a restock...
I found Quite a few of the new Bionicle sets at a local target. They did not appear to have any Gali or Onua sets, for some reason, but I think I saw all of the others in varying amounts. Though a few of the protectors might have been absent.
I imagine some people on here play league of legends. If you'd like to add me my summoner name is star dagger. But as a warning, I'm awful as I'm still pretty new.
WARNING: THIS ENTRY WILL ALMOST CERTAINLY CONTAIN MAJOR PLOT AND ENDING DETAILS OF THE LAST 4 EPISODES. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. So after watching the season finale and reading some complaints, I started thinking. Now before we go on I'd like to make it clear that I enjoyed it overall. But the final battle seemed.......... .. Off, I guess. Now, before the final episode I was quite excited for the season finale. I thought the build-up was fantastic and left room for a gigantic climax. A
If you haven't played the game and you plan to, You shouldn't read this. It could very well ruin the game for you, I'm going to stay away from major plotpoint but the ending just won't be the same if you know how it hit's you. If you're thinking about playing it, I think you should. It's a good story driven game with some unfortunate oversights. I originally heard one of my friends raving about this game in my math class during senior year, not too long after it's release. Fast forward to just
My freind had an extra copy on steam so I convinced him to send it my way. I was playing it and something fell in my room and I almost lost it. This was a terrible idea.
