Capcom. You've been saying for SIX MONTHS that there'll be news about Monster Hunter in the west "soon." I'm not completely convinced you actually know what the word "soon" means. "Soon" means in the immediate future. Generally if you use the word soon, it loses effect if you repeat in more than 2 or 3 times. "Soon" does not mean you'll announce that you can't say anything just quiiiite yet multiple times over a stretch of 6 month. And if this "news" is that you're localizing the Felyne
Welp, Grooseland had a good run, but it had kinda grown outdated. So, I changed the blog title to something from my most recent favorite game, Xenoblade! And it's already been out for 3 months. That's how bleeding-edge current I am
AGHABLURH KILL IT WITH FIRE clearly the staff put no effort into this skin they don't care anymore bzpower is RUINED 4EVAAAAAAR Nah, I like it. I'm not blown away by it; I wish it had a bit more energy to it (although energetic and eye-hurting is a very narrow line to walk) and maybe resembled old BZP a bit more, but it's certainly a huge step forward from the default skin. I'm glad the staff did this, I had just been wondering if we were ever going to get off of the default skin. It shows t
I'm having an issue with my computer that I need to solve fairly quickly. I was looking into upgrading my RAM, so I opened up my computer and pulled one of the, uh, RAM pieces out. I took a picture of the unit specs and put it back in. It wasn't clicking into place like it was supposed to, so I fiddled with the latches a bit. That didn't help, so I pulled the other one out and had the same issue. Eventually I sorta pushed them into place so that they seemed like they clicked. I put everythin
Well, at least for a week. If I win GSR's little giveaway I'll have this for a year, but given my luck with the Summer Seal the other day (hrrrrrgh), I'm not going to hold my breath. So yeah, uh...better start using this bad boy
It has come to my attention that an outstanding number of BZP members are self-professed Bronies. I, however, refuse to succumb to the pressure from others to watch My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. I like Ogre Battle 64: Person of Lordly Caliber (Best Strategy-RPG EVAR). I like Dilbert. I like Apple. I like Metroid. Darn it, I even kinda like Dragon Ball. BUT I DO NOT LIKE MY LITTLE PONY If you agree with my philosophy, then join this list: Non-Bronies of BZPower: -Ddude the Insa
I must take this opportunity to broadcast to you all the wonders of Ogre Battle 64. Ogre Battle 64: Person of Lordly Caliber is probably my all-time favorite game. It's a strategy-RPG developed by Quest (who, if I understand correctly, was absorbed/partially broken up by Square a few years later) for the Nintendo 64. The game was one of the few RPGs releases on the Nintendo 64, and it came out shortly before the end of the system. The game has you putting characters in units of 3x3 grids.
Geforce GT 430. 60 bucks. It's not top-of-the-line or anything, but it'll cover what I play (Minecraft, Portal, Spore, maybe Civilization 4 and 5 if I ever get those).
A friend is coming over tomorrow, and we're planning for a marathon of this game. Back when he got it (he has the game, not me) we could do some insane multiplayer matches. Hoping we have the same success a year later. Any other fans of this game? I hope to pick it up some day, but I'm financially focused on getting a computer graphics card at the moment. also yay 4 blog entries in one day
Question. Why was I not informed that there is a portable version of Ogre Battle with a slightly different name and combat system? =P But seriously, I'm hooked on Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones. I'm actually digging some of the free GBA games I got, Warioware and this in particular. I didn't even bother downloading MK: Super Circuit though, since I have a vastly superior Mario Kart available.
