The Creation of the Universe
100,000+ Years Ago
The great Bionicle legend – its beginnings occurred in an age over 100,000 years ago.
The primeval world existed as one of vast emptiness until the Great Beings came to it. Their one duty was to create new universes, so the Great Beings took it upon themselves to build up this world until it would suit the innumerable years of history that followed.
The process evidently spanned over many, many years. Meticulously the Great Beings created

Lend me your approval!
Thank you to Varaka for inspiring me to start a content block for blog approvals. Now I need it to grow. So yeah, if you're happy with this blog, I encourage you to drop your approval image in the comments. Or you can clap your hands, but that's not as fun.
Thank youuuuu.

In other news, we have serius plumbing issues at home. Any water we run, drain, or flush gurgles up in our basement. Haven't showered in days (it's cool, i

Some days, you just never seem to get a break. I took a day from school yesterday just to catch up on all of my work. Even though I worked all throughout the day, I was up until three in the morning. Even so, I still didn't find time to study properly for a chemistry test. If this is high school, I don't want to know what my workload will be in college. I fear for my life.
So on days like these, sometimes it's just best to take a break from serious things in lif

Not that it really matters, but in case it does, tomorrow I will be heading for the hills, so to speak, and will not be back until the end of June. I will have no TV, no XBOX, shoddy cell reception, and no internet access during this time. So the Farshtey Feed is off for two weeks. I will continue it as soon as I get back (that's gonna be a huge entry, am I right?). So that's all there really is to say. Me, gone, June 17-28...ish.
Thanks. Bye.

Despite absolutely dreary weather, a ray of sunshine comes my way. So yeah, I'm a happy man today . I stopped by the Borders conveniently located at a bus stop on the way home from school, and to my joy, they had The Final Battle stocked aplenty. For anyone who wants to pick up the book sooner rather than later -- GO TO BORDERS. THEY HAVE IT.
I read what I could on the bus/train ride on the way home. As I type, I haven't made it even close to the ending yet,

As is usual, I'm traveling away from home for Thanksgiving, and I should return home on Friday. I thought I should say that in case I ever miss a Friday to do the Farshtey Feed, I'll put it up the next day or as soon as possible -- basically I'm saying, I don't skip. Have a good holiday!

The bomb has dropped. The world has stopped. Nothing will be the same again.
I've changed my blog title.

There occurs a time every year, always February-March, when I tend to forget about Bionicle and BZPower for a while and retreat into real life. This pattern has made itself evident over the course of pretty much all my years as a fan of Bionicle; it's a curious thing, but I do, obviously, get back into it every time. I suppose this is so because nothing really happens Bionicle-wise in these months, and also because I'm always faced with taking care of a dozen other o

Farshtey Feed #3 today. Not much activity from the OGD this week since Greg is on a trip.

• Mutran is in the swamp.
• The energy that causes the mutagen is not mutagenic in and of itself -- it's when it interacts with a substance like water that it becomes mutagenic.
• The energies created the Pit mutagen, the same way radiation makes for radioactive water. In this case, the energies on their own are not harmful, but mixed with another medium, they

^When checking the date just now, I just realized that Christmas is two days from now instead of tomorrow. Meaning I'm not going to Mass tonight. What a dummy...
Anyway.
I noticed the other day that my user profile rating has gone back up to five stars.
Thank you guys.

Another school day, and it was a drag. It took so long for that bell to ring. My head was too full of dreams of summer vacation to learn. It's not over yet, though. I have to study for tests tomorrow, tests later this week, a large group project that's doomed to fail, and finals on the last three days of school. It's...like...the teachers are trying to make us suffer more while they still can!

Swearing is bad, so when you have to use an expletive on BZPower, what are your alternatives?
Mata Nui! ... Chocolate milk! ... Pohatu's foot! ... blue pins!
BTW, what's funny is that it takes like ten people to give this blog the exact same rating, lol. Really, thanks for that guys, there were cobwebs on the rating bar .
Incredibly, I received my Brickmaster September-October today, on the tenth of the month. I'm a happy man, since typically I get my issue on like the 25th... of the next month. On that subject, I complained to Lego about not getting a July issue, and I am still waiting on that issue to arrive in my mailbox, in September. Is that right? Anyway, here's some photos, including some of the exclusive Klakk set.
The Klakk is a simple set.

What would life be like if Greg Farshtey were one of your teachers?
Think about it. Your school -- be it grade school or high school -- needs a new English teacher; and Greg, an author for LEGO, happens to have the necessary degrees and decides to pursue the job. Yeah, Greg wouldn't be able to keep the job with LEGO as it is, so this is totally far-fetched. It just would not be capable of happening. But can you imagine the first day...

Just to warn you, this is sort of a storyline rant. Don't take it the wrong way -- I like the story, always have, but sometimes things just need to be said, you know. This time around, it's about Hewkii's mask power.
I'm reading through Prisoners of the Pit again, and Hewkii is using his mask of Gravity to make a 200-foot venom eel slam into the sea floor and a Takea shark float helplessly away to the surface. And I'm thinking this is just one of the most miserable
Carapar was one of the six Barraki warlords, led by Pridak. These six powerful beings were created by Mata Nui himself; however, the Barraki were looked down upon in the eyes of the Order of Mata Nui when they rebelled against him in some way or another. Carapar and the other Barraki were active and formidable conquerers well over 80,000 years ago, each commanding a significant army. The Barraki made a noteworthy alliance with the island of Xia, which led to that island’s success. As a group, th

Guess which animal.
So, I just got back yesterday from a trip. Twelve-hour car rides aren't my favorite thing, but I'm just glad to be back. School starts on Thursday.
I'll tell you the answer to the above in a later entry. Unless of course someone gets it before then. I think you'll be surprised by the answer.

Hello again, BZPower. I haven't posted an entry in a very long time or posted in the forums much lately. I've been busy with schoolwork. I've completed a research paper, given a major speech, started driver's ed, and been swamped with plenty of other work in between. But don't worry about me; it happens to everyone. Usually this situation pops around the end of third quarter. I've also had some difficulty with the computer lately, which has seriously not been fun AT ALL.
