Temporal Paradox

EDIT: Bumping to make it easier to find for those involved in the conversation in the comments.   WARNING! May cause pain to your brain!   I posted this in Nukora's blog, and it's one of my favorite paradoxes.   You go back in time 60 years and find yourself at a train station. You're marveling at all the things that you see when a woman bumps into you. She says "excuse me", etc., and pretty soon, you're having a nice conversation with her. You talk and talk and talk, when the woman gasps

Moc Of The Week 17

Yes, it's Sunday, and you know what that means... MOC of the Week! This week's winner's MOC is an entry in the glorious 48th BBC Contest, and I'm quite impressed with it. The Winner? Fight in the Obsidian Hall by Bundalings the Bunny! There's a lot to look at, and I like that. The figures are nice and simple, and don't draw too much attention from the "background"; tables, plants, etc., and some really awesome lights. Great work Bundalings, you've got my vote, and more than likely many more

The Final Word.

Ok, I know a lot of you aren't too fond of the whole Ta-Su-Xai name, but I'm going to follow through with it. The whole reason for my name change is because I've started a massive self-MOC project for myself. Argetlam already has a self-MOC (one that I'm very proud of), and this new one requires a different name. I'm going to make for myself a vehicle of some sort too (like the summer 2008 sets), an idea I've had for a very long time, but never put into effect. I'm also going to use the awes

It Comes Down To This.

Possible new names for myself:   The Argetlam Argy Ta-Su-Xai Hawkeye   The last one was thrown in there because I'm a big M*A*S*H fan, but anyway, vote here for your favorite one, and the one with the most votes after today will be my new name. Make your voice heard.

Is It Just Me?

Or are blog entries throughout the BZP Blog Community getting a bit more tense and controversial (in a bad way)? Please PM me if you ever feel that my blog entries get like that, as I try to keep them from being so.   Name change up very soon, and I'm still trying to get a bunch of comments in this entry. .

Picture Entry!

Because they're awesome.   First off, an Ignika Revamp (nothing too drastic).   Second, my March calender (I've seen every episode of Star Trek Voyager multiple times, and I still can't figure out which episode that scene is from (my blog approval to the first person to tell me)).   Finally, a sketch (a very rough sketch, not my best).   Oh, one more thing. I want to change my name, but I'm not quite sure to what. You don't have to suggest anything, but it could be considered a heads up th

Moc Of The Week 16!

Yes, that's right, it's the return of the regular (non-special edition) and original MOC of the Week! Most of you have been waiting very patiently for this moment, so I won't drag on in an attempt to waste time. This week's winner is: .:Toa Velox:. with his Evil Self-MOC! It wins because of awesome customness, great colors (and mask, my personal favorite ), and overall great design! Congratulations .:Toa Velox:., very nice work! To everyone else, keep MOCing, as you may be the next winner

Next Moc Of The Week Up Tomorrow.

Just letting you know, the regular MOC of the Week will continue tomorrow and each following Sunday as it has in the past. BBCC entries are fair game too, so if one wins, you may be swayed toward voting for it when the BBCC polls are up. Hope you're looking forward to the return of MOCotW as much as I am!

Thoughts Of Mistika

I've waited a long time to speak my thoughts of the Mistika, but finally, I'll reveal them. Personally, I believe that the vehicles are total win, and Takanuva is gonna be the first summer set I buy. The canister sets, however, disappoint me. $12.99 for the Mistika? Never. I really don't find them (setwise) nice enough to buy at $9.99, let alone $12.99. I completely understand the price rise, and I totally respect every one of you who likes the Mistika though, and if you do, that's awesome

Science Olympiad

Well, it was pretty awesome. I got up at 4:30 this morning so that I could be at the school by 5:30 so that we could leave (on a bus) for a two and a half hour drive to Minot at 5:45. We arrived at close to 8:30 and Science Olympiad began. I just got home now, so it's been an incredibly long day for me. Worth it, however, because I took first place in the Astronomy division (go figure ). I'm really tired, so I'm gonna watch some TV and go to bed.

Here It Is.

Alright, well, I promised you a nice interesting long blog entry, and here it is.   Friday - I stayed after school for a few hours recording voices with a few of my friends for a clay animation that we made for Computer Applications class. We had a lot of fun with it (used GarageBand), and hopefully I'll be able to post it here on BZP sometime soon. That same night, I spent three hours with some other people at my house recording all of our stuff for the radio broadcast that we're doing for E

Ooh Boy.

Sorry for the long absence BZPower. I've been incredibly busy the past several days, and I don't even have much time for a blog entry now, but I'll give you a nice long, very interesting entry tomorrow. Sound good?

To Anyone Who Can Reprogram Computers.

I've been having some fun in rewriting the program for Star Trek Armada II. I've cracked half of its code for its programming (call it either luck or my great skills with computers), but I haven't been able to figure out the other half. So far, I can change every aspect of the stats for ships, stations, weapons, maps, and missions. What I'm having trouble with is the special weapons. I've created my own vessel, but when I try to give it my own special weapons, some work, others display and d

Moc Of The Week 15

This is it, the renewal of the MOC of the Week contest... Most of you have been waiting for this moment, and now it's come. Who is this lucky winner? Well, a hint: he's won before, but this MOC that he made is so impressive that in no way could I ignore it. The winner? CzaR with Velonese: The Demon King! I don't have to describe this one to all of you, follow the link and see for yourself. It's massive, incredible, and massively incredible. Congratulations CzaR; enjoy your awesome banner

Moc Of The Week 15?

Well, not quite yet. I have the winner chosen, and the banner is complete. I'm a man that enjoys suspense, so I'm sure that you can understand my enjoyment in announcing the winner of the 15th MOC of the Week tomorrow... hehehe...   I'm sure you'll look forward to it.

Moon

Ok, so there won't be a special edition MOC of the Week today, as my banner program is on the fritz again. I should get it fixed by tomorrow though, so in the mean time, here are some awesome pictures I took of the moon.   (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6)   Also, I think there are some people here who don't like me.   <<   >>

So The Blog Has A New Look.

So I updated the images in my blog, but I'm still working on the Category pictures. As of now, they aren't working out for me, but I think I'll be able to get them working fine in the next couple of days. Let me know what you think! Also, I'm gonna be gone until tomorrow evening. Finally, I'd like a new name for my blog. Suggestions would be awesome!

Eclipse Tonight

The previously mentioned total Lunar Eclipse finally occurs tonight. Earth's dark shadow moves across the lunar surface starting at 7:43 PM Central Time. Along the East Coast, the Moon sits 30° high in the dark eastern sky by then. For those on the West Coast, the Moon rises minutes after the partial eclipse begins, just as the Sun sets. If you're on a hilltop with a clear view of both the western and eastern horizons, you might get a unique opportunity to briefly see both the Sun and eclipsed M

Calling All Blog Staff

You guys are awesome.   You put up with all the blogging members and enforce all the lenient (at least compared to the forum) rules, and I'm sure that gets challenging. Still, you make the blog community a happy and efficient place for all of us.   Thanks.
